gas plumber who was on time and did exactly ... plus, plus
We had a 'saga' with our dying gas stove. I wish I'd known of this little company at the start of it! The first mob we dealt with kicked us to the bottom of the queue four times (till we gave up on them). Apremain came to our house as installers/sub-contractors on behalf of the Good Guys Tuggeranong (who added a couple of administrative stuff-ups of their own). But 'Bob' and an assistant
* turned up on time
* did what they were supposed to do (perfectly)
* were friendly and polite
* looked at another problem, gratis!
