Aqua joy salt water chlorinator G25 – My G25 chlorinator went back twice to Aqua Joy to be tested under warranty. Both times it came back after 6 weeks saying it was working, but it wasn’t. It may have been producing enough chlorine for a paddling pool but was not fit for purpose for a swimming pool. I added more salt, added extra chlorine to kick start it all to no avail. Keep away from Aqua Joy. They do not honour their warranty and their product does not work.

Just too hard – When attempting to undertake a warranty claim I am expected to take the cell out my deliver it to the shop and get it installed myself. If you want to have to have a negotiation when a product breaks this is for you. Customer service - NOT!! Steer clear

company doesn’t honor its warranty obligations – Installed this aqyajoy salt water chlorinater 3 years 2 months ago according to our installer . Product died completely and they now tell me that I have to buy a new cell just on 3 years . They claim commercial use but last time I checked the pool is in my back garden ! They claim my 70000 litre pool should only be filtered for 4 hours for 6 months a year , if I did that the only thing swimming in it would be frogs . This product is clearly not fit for purpose but they are now only prepared to charge me another $590 for a new cell . Apparently that is pro rata , should I feel special about this ? Just on 3 years after my initial outlay ! Not good enough !
