Scam terrible don't waste your time – This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. No communication. Doesn't answer phone. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I though it was ok until – Missing items from my order, lodged a dispute on the website immediately (1st July) and added 2 follow up messages. Still no response today (8th August) and still down $20. DO NOT use aquaholics service, you WILL be ripped off. Support your closest local fish store instead if they're any good...

Warning not recomended at all – Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely would NOT recommend buying through this site. Removed] and he was full of excuses and said he would email me and I'm still waiting . Defiantly not a business person. No contact with customers wont resolve his issues just takes your money and vanishes. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS SITE. I WILL BE TAKING THIS HIGHER

Trading, 2 days later received a reply questioning why I had checked the power supply with a test light. I replied that I checked my electrical components and the lights power supply to make sure everything was working and that the problem was in the actual light. They replied they would send me out a new power supply. I replied the power supply was fine the problem was in the light. They then replied send back the whole power and light assembly. Thats a week after they first replied to the question I originally asked. After I finally got appropriate packaging (light is 1.2 metres long) I realised they had not given me the return approval number or the address for return. I sent another email requesting these things. A week later still no reply.

Good service – Been buying live fish from them for awhile. Hadn't had any issue. Fish always come alive and healthy. Only problem I had once, but wasn't their fault. My live fish was never delivered. Complained to Australia post and had to make a police report then take it up with the ombudsman. Aquaholic was nice enough to replace the missing fish. Couldn't fault them..

Will not buy from them again – My fish arrived on time and were packed well but they sent me what were obviously Flying Foxes instead of pure Siamese Algae Eaters. When I told them I wanted a refund because they weren’t the fish I ordered, they told me that it was based on the picture, not the name. Turns out they are pulling a very common scam - I will not be ordering from them ever again and suggest you take your business elsewhere!

Worst company on the internet – This place has horrible customer service and even worse fish conditions. The fact they are still in business blows my mind
