    Great Fans

    published

Purchased from Bunnings 2 Arlec 120cm 4 blade ceiling fans led lit with remote. Had them installed and work great in 2 bedrooms of our Queenslander, however one of the Led lights continued to glow when turned off. Contacted Arlec within a week the fan was replaced as the original installing electrician had mixed the neutral and positive wires.Service and response from Arlec was wonderful.

    Suits queenslander/ colonial houses.

    published

They suit old colonial/ queenslander houses. However Blades are quite short so they do not produce enough wind for a large bedroom. Out of 3 installed, we had to replace one as it starting making loud noises when in operation. The other two have had some drop to their blades but still work quietly.

Our 3 year old Arlec 4 blade remote fan has stopped working. It will not respond to the remote control. Batteries in remote are fine and it appears to be working. The issue must be with the remote responder in the fan itself. What can be done?

Just pull it down carefully. Only spring style clips hold it in.
