Great for tennis and golfers elbow, loosening tight arm muscles
I randomly came across the Armaid product a few years ago when I saw a video title on a health related website that said this product could assist with tennis and golfers elbow. I have had both tennis elbow and golfers elbow multiple times over a number of years. I've tried massage, PRP injections, cortisone injections, etc. I watched the video and decided to buy the product. tch the videos to learn how to use it properly. I've found it is great for relieving tight arm muscles (which are linked to RSI) and once I've used it regularly (for a few minutes 2 or 3 times a day) over a few weeks my symptoms ease. My elbow/shoulder specialist, pain management specialist, doctor and physiotherapist had never heard of this product! My physio had a try at using it and said he thought it was great, and it would save me trips to see him as it could do what he does, and work the trigger spots and tight muscles.
