phone and i had to use contact form in a website and write to them. I contacted them 3 times however I have not received any response! They ripped me off by AUD23.64 and ignore all my emails! Such a big shame from big brand! very impolite and rude and they rip you off! Never will buy from them again! Not recommended at all!

Low quality made in China – Received Empiro Armani pants as a gift, the tags are still attached, the bottom section of pants torn the first time I tried on the pants. Contacted the customer service in a hope of exchange or credit but no luck. All photos are attached.
I wish there is a zero star – I want to give a zero star ! If you are in australia, do not buy on the armani official website! After i have purchased the product, the advisor online will only ask you to look for the info by yourself instead of helping you directly! Recommend to buy their product in Myer, David Jones or Sephora or Adore beauty instead if you may need any service afterward or decent package! So many Jeans zipper teeth are missing – Purchased full price this mens size 29 Jeans in March2019 at Chardstone. My son was wearing once in 2 weekends until mid June2019 for 3 months. He complained 7 teeth are missing. I've never seen any items missing Zipper teeth in my life before and here is one of the brand jeans badly damaged. Ripped me off. Do not trust – Do not trust the crew at Armani suits. They have a few chains that are not actually trading under that name. I ordered some clothes when I was in thailand, paid for them, and was contacting them day in day out for months before a batch of half finished clothes finally came, after I got a local to call and threaten them. and take advantage of westerners. I called over and over and was told it was posted, but the date on the postage stamp showed it didnt leave til the local called them. Do not trust them. They might be fine if you are there to ensure the quality is as you would expect, and not relying on them to post back but whatever you do do not trust

OK – well, i like wearing jeans,no matter which brand it is. i like skinny jeans,straight jeans,dark blue or black color~ Rock,true religion and lee are my favorite brands~ i like Armani's casual style jeans. the sizes are hard to choose. they are hard to fit on me.
