I was surprised to see largely negative reviews on Product review, and overwhelmingly positive ones on their own site. I wondered if perhaps Arnold's only showed positive reviews on their site, or if perhaps only dissatisfied people posted on Product review. I also noted consistent Product review feedback complaining of communication problems and slow delivery.
So I decided to do a test.
I had genuine questions about a product, so I set about getting help. I was only able to email (no phone or other support). My first queries were answered ...same day, so I decided to go ahead and order. I then wanted to know what came with the product. Of 3 pictures, only one showed what came with it. The other two showed, but did not specifically note them as, optional extras. That one picture of the actual product, did not show the case it comes with as standard. My final question, requesting confirmation of what the included case actually looked like, was never answered. My second query on stock levels took 7 (seven) days to answer, all be it with an apology. I was told there was one item left in stock but I could not reserve it - only order and pay for it and just hope no-one else did so in the meantime.
A simple to use interface where I found what i wanted quickly and easily. I ordered and paid and the parts I ordered turned up as promised and I must say I was impressed by the quality of what I got. I would buy from Arnolds again.

Arnolds Boat Shop.. Excellent service... Raymarine Dealers service..TERRIBLE.
I bought 3 Raymarine products from Arnolds, an Axiom 12 MFD, a Quantum 2 Doppler Radar and an AIS transreceiver around 10K of Raymarine equipment. I also purchased all the cables and aerials to install the items myself.
As previously stated the service from Arnolds was excellent with regard to price and technical support and advice on the product.
With regard to Raymarine itself, their service was terrible. My boat is berthed in Ballina NSW with the nearest Raymarine dealer being 150 kms, the dealer did offer to come to Ballina to install the p...

Has anyone read all the great reviews they have on their website, I can't believe there true. These people seem to be running a scam.
I seriously wonder if Arnold's Boat Shop has no stock of any kind at all but orders the items in as the customers (we) order them? This could explain the delays experienced by customers. One review states that the address is a vacant shop front (ref. Milan Mitrovic review) which could support this theory. I am mindful of experiences with a company called LHP some years ago. Very similar "modus operandi".

Arnold’s Boat Shop sells nothing !! They just take your money and never supply the product !! Buy at own risk. They scammed me out of $177

Don't buy anything from them. I had to go through my bank to get my $350 refunded. Their website needs to be shut down.
