Hopeless company and limited technology
Bought a Bluetooth Arteck mouse and keyboard combo from Amazon. When it arrived, I noticed it wouldn't allow more than 2 simultaneous key presses which made it useless for gaming.
When I enquired with customer support the experience was beyond awful. 10 emails later and they haven't addressed the original question. They don't listen at all. I asked the same question t times and still haven't got an answer. Complete waste of time, junk product
