Our move was over a short distance, involving a 5 bedroom, 2 study, 3 living areas, 2 story home with some very heavy furniture pieces upstairs. Everything went into storage for a week. Could not have gone better. Super punctual and efficient at both ends of the job, (thanks also to Di, so quickly assessed) the team were absolutely fabulous. Nicest, most professional guys with a super organised project leader. Nothing was too much trouble to eliminate MY stress levels. Well planned...made a smooth process. We used Ashtons for the first time in November of last year and it was a tremendous experience. From the first appointment to price the job to the completion and clean up the levels of communication and customer service could not be faulted. The guys who moved us on the day were incredibly hard working and went out of their way to help make it a very smooth process. We would use them again in a heartbeat (the service is expensive but worth every penny).

Ashtons were great. My move from a large house went very well. Di initially came out and did a thorough quote and was happy to discuss any concerns etc. The 4 guys turned up on time on the day, were friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole process was well planned out and went very smooth. At the new house they again carried through with their work ethic. I would thoroughly recommend Ashtons if you want a reliable and great service and one that takes the hassle away from you.

We had Ashtons move our furniture into their storage pending settlement on a new property and thought all we had to do was wait out the settlement period in temporary accommodation. The settlement kept being deferred through no fault of our own and the situation became increasingly stressful as we dealt with solicitors and kept having to extend or change temporary accommodation. All the time, we were in regular touch with Ashtons as we tried to identify available dates for furniture to come out of storage, assuming a new settlement date could...

The whole process was seamless and hassle free from start to finish. The team were polite, happy, caring, on time and very professional. The fact that my household furniture is old and heavy was no problem for the guys, they never complained, and nothing was damaged during removal and installation. On removal day the truck had to park in my neighbours driveway due to my driveway being long, steep with lots of overhanging branches. My neighbour even complimented the team on how respectful caring and courteous they were towards her. I have nothing but praise for the team including the initial consultation with Di from the office. Would definitely recommend Ashtons Removals, they we A1 from start to finish.

From start to finish the Ashtons team were all fantastic, friendly, helpful and stress free!
The 5 guys arrived on time and were all very polite with a happy attitude and worked hard all day. We had 2 large trucks so was a big move, our driveway was narrow and not level so impossible to back down so they had extra walking up and down our driveway - sorry about that!
A big thank you to Jeremiah, Clint, Daniel, Matt and Luke your a great team with a nothing is too hard attitude which was so appreciated. Moving is hell and you all made it easier.

Ashton removals helped us with the movement of our baby grand piano. The service was excellent, arrived on time, the removalists were very polite and helpful. Would definateley recommend them.

2 bd 2 bath from townhouse to apartment with many stairs and long walk to get to apartment in complex. Brenton did my load and unload and he was an excellent worker and extremely friendly.
