Hi aunt Betty, I made a booking from Melbourne to Bali on the 9th September with Malindo Air, I am unable to find my booking on their website with the booking number provided on my itinerary. Please advise me on how to rectify this.

Hi, Recently booked a flight from Sydney to Japan flying with Philippine Airlines in December. Received itinerary and etickets a day later with flights I booked. Received a new itinerary and set of etickets two days later with my first flight from Sydney arriving 2 HOURS AFTER my connecting flight from Manila to Japan leaves. Surely you can't be getting away with selling people flights that aren't flyable? I have emailed twice at this point, and tried to get through with customer care with no luck - I need to get this issue resolved ASAP as I need to fly on this day. Answer your emails

I booked flights to Melbourne 3 months before travelling with Aunt Betty. I have had 4 flight itinerary changes already and I still have 40 days until we fly. They are saying Virgin are changing flights but when contacted Virgin they are saying Aunt Betty is moving flight changes. When viewing on line flight times they are still the same but I’m being moved to different planes . Why is Aunt Betty doing this and don’t say it’s Virgin because clearly they are not?

I have payed for the flight through Aunt Betty, money has been taken out of my account yet i cant confirm my own booking with Virgin. I should be able to manage my own flight once money has been taken from my account!!!! FYI Im not saying you are manipulating flights what I am saying is flight times are the same but we are being moved to different planes all the time.

Hi, my name is Dilip Pahuja and my reference number for the flight is S8DOMU. I had called customer care several times and I am always kept on hold and never get a response as every different team member tells me a different thing. Can I get a call back as my decision for a refund of a flight was supposed to be given in 24 hours and its been 5 days already and still have not got a response.

Hi Aunt Bettty. My name is Kate Montgomery. I have a return flight from Brussels to Auckland departing today on ref: OBWH5H. I had emailed customer care a few days ago and had a response asking to confirm the changes which I had replied to and confirmed yesterday. At the moment I have not had a reply since then and my flight departs in around 9 hours from now. I have emailed customer care a couple of times asking for a response but have had no reply. Can someone please look into this urgently for me as I need this fixed asap. Thank you!

I recently booked a flight with you which involved one stop over en-route from Australia to the Philippines. When I received my flight itinerary I noted that the second portion of my flight was not the one I had chosen; instead in was leaving 4 hours earlier and required another technical stop. I called the customer service number who said that I would have to pay to make changes to the flight as it was already ticketed. I believe that this was an error on your part, or by your computer booking system, not my error (as you customer service represented insisted). My partner and I repeatedly checked that we had chosen the correct flights before proceeding to booking as we had considered multiple flight combination options, and wanted to be sure that we had chosen the correct one. Can you please advise what my options are? The flights I requested are still available at the same price as I have already paid - can this not be changed to the correct flight schedule?

i booked for connecting flights and these are for december do i check in online for both airlines or i just check in for the one iam departing from?

I don't think you are allowed to check in right now for Dec flight/s, but if you are allowed, of course (and you want it), it's nothing wrong to check in all your flights and print out all the boarding pass (or the proof)Hi Lynn, Thank you for your message. Hi there , My boyfriend [name removed] had booking flight to Thailand and paid since yesterday. But at this moment he still not get an e ticket. He just called to you and your staff said he will send air ticket within 3-4 hours. I hope that everything will be ok. i ordered a Vietnam airline ticket from Aunt betty oficial website in october 2017. Quite a while i havent check my ticket but suddently today after checking the viability of the ticket, i found out that it has no actual flight number. I tried to re-contact Aunt betty but they just disapear, can you explain to me please???

Hi Nguyen, I doubt the website’s operations. As I have tried calling them couple of times before making a purchase but was on hold for 45 mins...., as I have seen an offer on Skyscanner website and wanted to make sure that this website actually exists. So, I tried calling them but no response.... It’s is suggested to check if the website actually exists or if they are stealing money from people by advertising cheap fares on Skyscanner. I had a very bad experience with one other website named cheapticket, ticket price was cheaper on this website compared to other websites advertised on Skyscanner. Made a purchase immediately as I was in hurry, next day I receive a mail from them saying that the ticket was not successful as flight was fully booked, but the money was deducted from my account So, I wanted to call them, but they didn’t have customer care number on the website and this made me suspect the website’s operations. So I made a thorough investigation and found the details of the person who’s operating the website and gave him a directly and warned him against filing a lawsuit. They have then refunded the money after almost 2 months! I have recently purchased a ticket with BYOjet as Aunt Betty seemed like a fraud website and the service was fantastic and got my ticket in 4 hours. I hope you get hold of these scammers and resolve your issue... Suggestion to everyone: always check if the website is scam or fraud before making a purchase from websites advertised on Skyscanner or other similar airline ticket booking tool. As most the website advertised are online booking only and some website don’t even have a customer care number to contact!
