i read the review below but gave the benefit of the doubt but then same happened to me,. cant be bothered with scams. Cant be happening all the time , yea one off but this seems to be a thing

Same as all these scam companies - advertise a price they can't do
Seems to be the running theme with these sites - advertise flights, you go to pay, system crashes, flights are then $300 more expensive. Seems to me they are advertising flights at prices they can't reach, just to get you on the website.

I found it really easy to search and book flights. Cheaper than all the other websites out there and the booking process was easy.
Easy and straight forward transaction. Competitive price. Only criticism is that price quoted should be the full amount including charges for card fees, etc based on the cheapest payment method available.
It's a bit early to say as the flight I have booked is for September 2019, however it was booked without any problem.

Charged, no flight details sent through, no booking apparently made, and refusal to provide a refund
Aunt Betty charged me for a flight and then never sent me the details... obviously I could not fly without any information to give to the airline - I had no booking reference for the airline, reservation number, nothing. I reached out to the airline on my own with my Aunt Betty booking reference number and as it had no correlation with any of their records they couldn't help me. Aunt Betty then refused to refund the money they charged me for a service they didn't provide. Plainly and simply, that's theft.

Totally useless and unhelpful offshore customer service. They Intentionally booked ticket in wrong name, now had to pay full fare again, but they still have not changed the name with the airline. Also told it will cost $ 200 for the airline to change the name. But I checked with the airline, and they do not charge anything for name change. Aunt Betty always say to wait 2-3 days,, it has been 3 weeks and still no ticket correction, considering reporting them to the ACCC, surprised as they are a subsidiary of Flight Centre Travel Group, as is Flight Centre. Never use them again ..

a single fare, full economy and it was a good experience with one important glitch, I couldn't find the name of the airline's specific relevant frequent flyer system. So registering on my relevant FF account took quite a bit of my time and my effort - neither of which which should have been necessary
Cause no half star option
It was a really really bad experience for just booking a flight ticket. The online system had a bug which everyone should put extra care on the name typing to make mistake on booking name. However, it will not working if you ask Aunt Betty to do the name correction and they will push their responsibility away, restart the stupid procedure again& again( they even dont know where is the stage) and eventually you have to ask airlinecompany for helping.
