Amazing prices
Easy to use website, fantastic prices. We have used Aunt Betty twice so far and the prices offered just cannot be beat!! Thanks Aunt Betty for helping us afford to travel more often.

Full refund and zero penalties due to Coronavirus outbreak (CZ)
I booked tickets to Europe via Aunt Betty on 11th August 2019 transiting in GuangZhou via China Southern Airline. My flights got reissued to the 15th Jan 2020 due to an airline schedule change. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, China Southern made a statement about full refunds for flights booked before the 24th January 2020 with flight tickets starting with "CZxxx"

Then I contact Aunt Betty about my cancellation refund and they complied with China Southern policies & statements. Usually as a third party company, they would charge a fee however this wasn't the case and I was very pleased about the customer service and prompt response from the team.

No way to contact
After all this coronavirus situation, I needed to cancel my ticket travelling through mainland China as I may not be return back to Australia. But no any luck to contact them for enquiry. I have to book another flight, but I have been trying to contact them since 3 days.

Nice customer service regarding to China Southern Airline issued notice for full refund due to coronavirus outbreak.
We've booked the tickets from AUNT BETTY 05/11/2019 for a plan to travel to China (on 02/03/2020). But since last year December, there is an outbreak due to coronavirus in China. We thought about cancelling our trip, and we know that AUNT BETTY can't do anything as they need to adhere airline rules. But on 24/01/2020 China Southern Airline issued notice stated that: all tickets booked on OR before 24/01/2020 are eligible for full refund and the ticket number must start with 784 (https://www.csair.com/cn/about/news/notice/2020/1dv5oniqv662d.sht...

Then we contacted AUNT BETTY for cancellation refund, and this is what we've recieved from AUNT BETTY: "In response to your cancellation inquiry, we have checked the latest Commercial Policy of China Southern airline regarding Corona Virus which is only eligible to those ticket been booked on or before 23 January 2020. Since your ticket was booked last November, it wont be applicable on your booking". Because there is a delay for the notice from China Southern Airline, so Aunt Betty does not know the latest policy. After they received the latest policy, they called me and informed us that the full refund is applied for cancellation. So they are processing my cancellation for full refund now. Waiting for the fund to arrive. Thanks for the prompt response and service.Thanks Howlin !!!

Bez contacted me back with a definition of Fare Rules. thanks, but that doesn't help. And other 2-3 representatives help me over the phone too. very Disappointed. kept me wait one day after another.

Service that Shines
I had booked a multi ticket to Colombo and then realised my mistake as the return started at 0005 midnight and so my calculations with days was out , I called within the hour but some rep there couldn’t help me and wanted me to cancel ticket and rebook online. I had forgotten to get a reference number and this time I called again and got a Jiro who went above and beyond to help me. He charged me for the changes but at least I didn’t have to go through the cancellation and rebooking again by myself. Goes to show there are people out there who are still willing to walk the extra mile for service. Thank you Jiro

A little concerned!
I purchased tickets from AB a few hours ago travelling with Garuda from Sydney to Bali on 24th April and returning on 2nd May. I've received my Booking Confirmation and Itinerary with the Airline reference number, but no e-ticket. Our details come up on the Garuda site, although both my husband's and son's Christian and middle names are joined without spaces. Also, the fee on the Garuda site is more than what I paid with AB and the fee that AB has been taken correctly from my credit card.
I hope there's no deception or fraud going on with AB. Feeling dubious.

best price and easy booking
Read a lot of online reviews of this booking company, most of them not very complimentary but decided to go ahead anyway, mainly because they are an Australian registered company and that at least affords me protection under Australian consumer law. The price for a Melbourne to London return trip was the cheapest available and about 15% cheaper than going direct to the airline. Helpful at time of need
We had booked a non-refundable flight from Melbourne to Adelaide return, however, my mother unexpectedly passed away the week before heading away. I contacted the Customer Care number and they were very compassionate and assisted me to request a refund from Virgin Australia. I received a quick notification that my request had been accepted. This was a great relief in such trying times. Thank you.

They keep saying we will call within 72 hours and they dont
The last email said the flights had all changed to economy. I paid for business and now I have nothing to prove they are business class. No updated itinerary and I keep getting told they are waiting for the airline to get back to them.

Using Aunt Betty for the first time I was a bit nervous as I booked an International Flight from Perth, WA, to Beijing, China. The price was remarkably competitive so I didn't waste any time...second guessing it.
However, I did encountered two problems with the Airline, China Southern.
1. Seating payment.
2. Verification of E-ticket
Having paid for the Seating, the online process failed, giving me a warning message. On double checking with my Bank, it appeared that my account had still been debited for the Seating charges.

Nice website but booking didn't work and customer service unhelpful.
Website well presented and easy to fill out, however the booking process never worked for me, saying flights no longer available no matter what I tried. Customer service was unhelpful.

Cheap flights and good service
I booked business class return international fares with Singapore Airlines for my family through Aunt Betty. The price was good, approximately $500 pp cheaper than booking direct with the airline (which we usually do). The booking information came through promptly which included the airline reference numbers and is accessible on the Singapore Airlines website.

Hassle free unless you need their service!
I have used them a couple of times, the first time was hassle free. I didn't even have to call them, the tickets were sent in 24 hours as promised and I could look it up on my airline and travel smoothly.
My second experience has been rather annoying, I had a schedule change from the airline with a 30 minute layover hence I wanted a change in flight. After a long wait at the customer care, they said the schedule team would contact me in 3 days, I didn't hear from them for over a week. I called them up again and they would say, the schedule team...

Hey there I’m not one to ever worry to much but after reading the reviews after making my bookings for my air fairs and I’ve revived my e ticket and etc for my flights and tax invoice and in my heart I wanna hope everything will check out and I won’t have to pay any hefty extras as me and my young family are making the move to live in Aussie and we do not have the greatest financial background so we have had to pour what we have to book these tickets so we can better our lives in Aussie I just wanna hope they these tickets are legit and I’m not going to be held up at the airport or be told to turn around cause the tickets are false

The price was cheaper compared to other websites. I didn't receive my e-ticket after 7 days from payment and emailed Aunt Betty with my booking confirmation number. The response from Aunt Betty was quick and I received my e-ticket. Will definitely use it again.
