Sorry Bernie, I have tried this same medium three times and you havent responded to a single enquiry, as for phone logs there wont be any as your published number goes straight to a recording, if you really are in Australia why not publish your number here ?
I just want to buy some equipment from you but want to know youre actually in Aus first as others are claiming youre in the US, if youre this hard to buy from I can only imagine what warranty issues I may have.

Do you have any phone number to be contacted? the one on your website no one never answer the calls. i want to buy the canon deal package 80D is this camera genuine? I am studying photography so i need a realiable camera. in the kit does not mencion battery i suppose it is icluded as all cameras comes with battery. how the post is done if i am not at home during delivery?

Hi,order n°100006295. I have ordered a Mavic pro combo flypack on Saturday 12 may. I'm waiting since almost 1 week and nothing. I decide to take a look in your website, and I see my order "canceled". I didn't canceled my order, I paid by card and my money is gone since Saturday.

But no email or call about this "canceled order" and no money back. Can you tell me what happened ? I try to call the service or send an email but no answer.

Hello Adrien, all credit card orders that we receive are screened by a riskmanagement company, in our case Signifyd. They decide which payments to approve and which to decline. Your payment has been declined, possible because you used an email address from a non-Australian Email Service. Our credit card payment processor Stripe has authorized your payment (this means they have put a charge on your card but not debited us the payment amount which we do manually). We have not captured the payment in Stripe which means we did not get your money and also did not get charged the fees.

Your payment has been blocked which Stripe. It says can take 5-7 days until it is unblocked which I believe is not a good policy. We did not have this before and in this case it makes more sense to use paypal. Please wait until the money is available again. This is frustrating. I do understand you.

I am a video editor and I like filming so yes all this is frustrating.. I see that my money is back so are you sure it won't happen again if I pay with paypal ? Do I have to change my email adress ? When I ordered my dji mavic Air I was a little worried about the method of payment but everything was sorted and I received it from China and all was good .When I found that I had a faulty battery it took many unanswered phone calls and not being able to get onto their site to get it resolved.I now have a replacement battery and feel that they did their best under the circumstances.

Dear Thibaut, I am sorry to hear that the Crane 2 is not compatible with your camera.

We are able to accept a return if everything is in the original packaging. Your RMA number is 188.

Please note that we are upgrading our IT infrastructure at present and sometimes emails are not being sent from our webstore. We are working on it.

Please return the crane to our Melbourne office and print out the RMA form which we sent you in a seperate email.

We appreciate if you can send us the Auspost tracking number.

I have resorted to asking you a question here as I’m receiving no reply through your email or phone service. I’ve ordered a DJI Phantom pro+ and parted with $2700 with the assumption that you were in stock and in Australia as your web site states this., only to receive info that your intact not in Australia and you have no stock on hand and waiting for your supplier to supply more. You’ve offered an exact alternative only in black and want me to pay an extra $200. I replied on Friday and today is Monday and still no reply and your phone service in Melbourne is not answering. Maarten, it's difficult for Bernie to run his Irish business that sends grey imports from China to Australia. Think of all the time zones this guy has to deal with! What if people supported Australian jobs and Australian businesses, and bought their electronics from authorised Australian retailers? Have a question for your local Australian retailer? No problem, give them a call or even stop by their shop! Don't waste your time with Aus-scameras and their offshore company. This isn't an Australian business!
