Poor man pays twice
Don't be a fool like I was, don't be lured by the price. If you want proper batteries you need to pay proper money. If you get more than 18 months out of these batteries I would be surprised. Warranty, non existent. "Poor man pays twice." The reason I gave one star is because there is nothing smaller.

Don't Go near this mob
I was the same 3 years ago 5 star when I bought my off grid package.15 months later batteries were crap yes I paid the pro rata warranty. 15 months later they died again so I rang up expecting to pay Pro Rata again but they ignored me. In the end I went and bought a unit being a victron system. Best thing I did rather then trying to waste money on crap. Ask your solar guy what they Think of Giant before you buy one.

I smell a RAT
Not sure what incentives were offered & I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't follow through, however it's interesting that the most recent replies are over a year since Aussie Batteries shut shop and rorted their customers along with them. Lower thana worms belt buckle.

Danger! Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish! Beware!! An expensive mistake!
Aussie Batteries and Solar sell rubbish! I purchased a system based on their design and it never worked properly, EVER! They were quick to respond rite up until they got my money. That's when they started to avoid responding. Many attempts at contact were never responded to. minimum 8 to 10 emails to get any response at all. to be fair they did (all be it very slowly) honer their warranty but after 5 replacement batteries and 2 inverter panels i had, had enough. i escalated my complaints to the manager and even after confirming that the manager...
Read more had received 5 of my emails, i still got no response what so ever. I had to sue through the small claims tribunal and this scumbag company denied that i was even a customer!! I won outright and even then they dragged their heels and only contacted me when it suited them. Do not use aussie batteries and solar. Allan Davis MelbourneRubbish Batteries.
Rubbish battery. [Useful items for you: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4iprs1zrdj85q4b/Sample%20Application%20and%20tips.zip?dl=0] Died less than 2 years old. Then they refused refund. Tried to charge me nearly $80 to replace my less than 2 year old $284 Deep Cycle Battery. Even now, still have not got refund, even though I am entitled to a full refund for a Major Fault under Australian Consumer Law. Do not buy from them. If you have a dead battery, do not rely on their stupid pro rata warranty, and rely on your rights under Australian Consumer Law ...
Read morefor a full refund. Call Fair Trading and Google rights for refund. You are likely to have to commence proceedings in Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal to get it. Ask around, these are rubbish batteries and Battery World are testing loads of them after they fail.MARK SNorth Western Region, NSW
i dont believe this site
I note comments on newly purchased products which is ridiculous even if genuine. I bought 4 x 135ah batteries in jan 2017, so much for the 5 year warranty which aussie isn't honouring. I am 74 yr old invalid pensioner who aussie expects to lift and cart 130kg of batteries over 2 x 200 trips for "Testing:. I received and endless un-interrupted stream of techno babble over the phone, claiming my house would burn down via my connections. Aussie counts on small users, campers, caravans etc only used occasionally re the 5 years, but even then those ...
Read moreusers will be denied warranty via "Not charging correctly". Check the "Cycles" in the specs, usually 1000 for this battery (always exaggerated) that is less than 3 years if used daily. I am off to consumer claims when I can find replacements. Every seller on ebay is a fraud, sirius, antenergy, 12volt, magic tech, I have researched all and all are fraudulentGeorge MilojevicWimmera, VIC
Wish I never went with them , they will make your life a misery!!!
Don’t buy this product, they will not call you back , they are rude to you they will leave you without power , we’re going on 6 months now and they haven’t fixed our problems, everything is still under warranty and they still stalling , we have a $70,000 system that wasn’t installed properly by there installation team and now it’s blown 5 inverters and cooked nearly all our batteries, and there making me out to be the problem, giant pain in the butt making our life’s hell , unbelievable how horrible they have been to deal with , don’t buy anything giant power or Aussie batteries and solar have you will regret it !

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE: First of all, have a look at the almost identical, and obviously fake, 5 star reviews on Google. And think to yourself - what sort of business needs to fake positive reviews? A bad one!
We purchased a solar system from this company less than a year ago. The system worked for the first few months, then failed catastrophically. The system is unusable. We have been attempting to contact the company to lodge a warranty request, but are getting ignored. Our emails go unresponded, and every time we call the secretary we get the standard...

Zero Warranty Customer Service
Bought two full solar sets from Aussie Batteries. One of the DC to DC chargers is faulty. Have called the store approximately six times and also written to them, but they simply won’t return our calls or assist in resolving this warranty issue. I am very disappointed in this company - their non action is very UN Australian

Is the free delivery service trackable, IE tnt or toll? How long will it take to arrive to postcode 6210 WA.

It is trackable but they use Couriers Please who are probably the worst couriers in the country. With them who knows how long it'll take.
