After an electrical storm blew up our NBN box, one quick phone call was all it took to have it replaced and running again within 48 hours (it would have been sooner had not so many boxes been blown up in the same storm!) Setting the standard for customer service

Despite having a smaller team (compared to the larger telcos) I always get through extremely fast and find their customer service the best out there as they are not only responsive but personalised as you are not speaking to some computer off shore. I have been with them for many years over multiple houses in different areas and can’t fault them. Fast reliable internet. You won’t be disappointed. Show details

Fantastic from the start

Having been with another ISP for nearly 20 years we recently moved to Australia Online when that provider chose to cease providing email. From initial enquiry to (now) some months into our Australia Online experience we cannot be more impressed with the service especially the outstanding Support offered. Connection in our relatively remote Regional location is perfect (much better than previous ISP), one or two small and inevitable initial issues were immediately resolved, email server seems totally reliable and has good spam filtering. Show details

I Should Have Done This Years Ago!

I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. In fact the customer service, installation process and connection exceeded my expectations. Michael was amazingly patient, assisting me every step of the way in the installation process. I cannot recommend Australia On Line highly enough. I only wish they had mobile plans. Quality Service

Had a tree bring our cable from the main line down and NBN come out after 4 days and we were told that they were unable to rectify for approximately 2+ weeks. Contacted AOL and they recommended that we contact NBN customer service and that they would do the same (possibly able to get further up the line than we could), with their help we ended up getting connected the next day. Always had fantastic customer service from them and the ability to ring and talk to someone that is local in a huge plus. Show details

5 STAR Customer Service

Amazing customer service, firstly there were no hold queues or call centres when phoning, within a minute I was speaking straight to Michael who diagnosed my problem and provided a solution. Within an hour from my phone call, I had received a new part, my problem completely fixed. Instant, professional, exceptional. This is not the first time we have been impressed by this company. Fantastic customer service unlike Telstra

I was with Telstra and suffered numerous dropouts over a period of three to four months. I asked many times what could be causing the dropouts but was always dismissed. They never offered to get NBN out to investigate. I then switched to Australia online and the difference in customer service was outstanding. They monitored my service and agreed I was having a large amount of dropouts. They organised an NBN technician to investigate and a problem was found and fixed. There communication was outstanding at all times and having an Australian call centre so much better than Telstra. Thanks heaps guys.

What does "(Boost)" imply in your bandwidth rated packages? Is 50 mbps enough bandwidth to stream 2 HD movies to two different HD TVs through the one modem simultaneously at night time?
