Doing the best they can in Covid-19 times
Ive had a number of parcels sent to me and with their tracking ability, I know how far they are away. That keeps my anxiety at bay, knwung they are held up in processing or even with the postal delivery person. It's a challenging time with Covid-19 and Australia Post are doing their best to get the job done without comprising the health of their staff.
Should Have Contacted First
Note - Below this paragraph was typed before I got the explanation as to why mail is taking longer in this struggling economy. I really don't mind now that I know why my magazines are running later than normal to arrive. Please note that I have ordered thousands of items that have always been delivered to me, not one thing has gone missing which is amazing as I like to buy stuff frequently online and a ton of magazines each month. They have a good system and are very reliable. Its great when things just work well and a few extra days to wait fo...r a magazine is no biggie at all. Lately my magazines have been very late to arrive so please go back to your old system as they used to always arrive very quickly and this is why I'm giving you 4 stars and not 5. You are reliable in the sense that I do receive my packages eventually but you need to be faster like you used to be. You are a very good company despite the idiots here giving you poor reviews. You know what to do to organize yourselves so please do so. You deserve an average of 4 stars, its just that the people who are quite happy like me do not leave reviews for some reason so here's a good review to try to balance the rating :-) Thank-you Australia Post for the thousands of packages I have always recieved but please change the system back. It was better that way.

Happy to help! I can see this one was sent on the 5th and we estimating delivery for up to eight business days which is today! Again this is only an estimation and seems this one is caught up in a delay. I'm very sorry about this but it seems it may not arrive in time. Are you moving interstate or are you able to get the parcel after it arrives? It should be delivered to you by next Wednesday, or even sooner. The majority of delayed parcels turn up three days after the estimated delivery date. Again, I am sorry for the longer wait but I do hope it arrives soon.
