Terrible Auspost Delivery Man
I had many bad experiences with this Auspost in regarding the items bought online.
1. The item from Ebay was delivered to the wrong address! - what’s this? Delivery man doesn’t know how to Read?
2. School supplies of my son were not delivered in the correct address.
3. Item bought from eBay was lost and the status was changed to “delivered”!- how come? Until now there was NO result of the investigation (if there is any).
Auspost should hire a more reliable, honest delivery person. Else, they should close their office if they can’t perform their duties. It is annoying to wait for something and doesn’t arrive!

Checked the latest AP parcel delivery times and:
4 business days from Canberra to Launceston. Really? I've been waiting 42 business days, and still counting, for my parcel.
AP: Care to explain the discrepancy between 4 and 42+? No? You can't use the tired Covid excuse, because this rubbish started well before it hit. This goes under "Never Arrived" because I think it's gone and lost. Around $600 worth of goods go, "Poof" and vanish. Put in a claim you say? Wait weeks to get, if I'm lucky, $100 back. Not going to "Resolve your issue privately" this time, I'm still waiting to hear something, anything from the previous attempt. I think I'll stop now before I get cranky.
always bring my parcels early
great job. I always get my parcels 1 week earlier than they are supposed to arrive. I personally get great service. Even when my parcel is coming from a different country its still arrives early. Hands down amazing.
absolutely disgusted with AusPost. Ive been waiting and waiting. They love using the covid excuse. Put on more staff you absolute bellends!!!!! No tracking updates for over 10 days. I am extremely frustrated.

Nearly 2 months since parcel sent left Melbourne for Syd and still hasn't arrived. Syd Post lied about where it is (first Victoria, then Sydney, then Rhodes, then after my online complaint (as no one in their enquiry/complaint department answer the phone) and their "investigation" its in Victoria, then tracking shows it arrived in Sydney with an ETA of Wed 17 to Mon 22, then nothing! No movement whatsoever. Charging for service not provided is illegal and so is withholding our products through no fault of ours. Any other company would be requir...ed to engage whatever resources needed to honour their business obligations or face prosecution, but Australia Post don't seem to care apparently because they know they can hide behind their immunity. Shame on you Australia Post, you have no scruples!!!

I regularly use postal services as I don’t drive, having my packages left at my door works wonders for me! Apart from when the drivers don’t deliver my goods. I often find they leave slips and mark items as attempted delivery when I’m home waiting for a knock. They rarely attempt to actually get out the vehicle and run upstairs to knock on my door. I was told by Australia post worker delivery drivers apparently can’t leave vehicles unattended for more then 30 seconds is half of one minute even enough time for these delivery drivers to exit thei...r vehicles and run up to my apartment? Probably not. Explains why I’m left to chase up my deliveries constantly. And try to get them which isn’t easy when you don’t drive. Also have found StarTrack and Aus post are both now linked into one they’re not seperate which I used to love StarTrack for the fact they had a redelivery option which is obviously now gone since they’re linked with aus post. I’d love to see changes within Aus post and even an option to have your goods redelivered which we pay delivery for and don’t get!
parcels left at post office
Couple of my deliveries left at the post office. I am a carer who can't leave the home easily. Therefore, I order online so that I can have my parcels delivered to me. However these parcels have been left at the local post office which is quite a distance away from home and I can't go to pick them up. Although I have many times in the past given instructions to leave parcel at the door in case not at home (I am at home constantly since I am a carer), there is absolutely no ring or tap on the door. I can't understand when other carriers can l...eave the parcel at the door or in my letter box, I can't see why Australia Post can't do the same. This is becoming quite a nuisance and now, although I have written to them, I haven't heard back. Very disappointing.
package has been in Dandenong for 6 weeks about 70 K away . call the complaints dept who dont even look into it and tell me they are confident it will get there soon ..... Im Not !!!! Shameful that they carry the Australian name ! I wont be buying on line if Aust post have anything to do with it ! Pick up you game !!
Frustrating - very poor service
I have commenced the painful process of following up a missing package with Australia Post (marked as delivered with a photo of the front of my letter box, where you can't see the package that would never have fit in my letterbox to start with!?!)
After a few exchanges via email I am now convinced they deliberately make the process as frustrating and arduous as possible in the hopes that people just give up on trying to get answers about what went wrong with their delivery. A very poor way to run a service, and to use photographic "proof" tha...t just shows the front of your empty post box is the most ridiculous thing to be dealing with weeks post the fact. Why bother even taking a photo if it shows nothing? Reading other Australia Post reviews I don't fancy my chances of receiving compensation for my lost items - or even an apology. Disgraceful that they continue to have the monopoly in terms of postal deliveries in this country. Really disappointing service.

STARTACK DO NOT deliver to the door even though whist on the phone to complain about missing parcels the ads guarantee 100% delivery to the door. False advertising and lying to their paying customers is their protocol. Pay for delivery to the door.....still gotta pick it up from the post office.
Ya service is crap and you lie to ya customers whilst taking their money......we want our money back for the service we pay for that we DONT get.
Sick of waiting
I have been waiting for 3 parcels for nearly a month. They have been sitting in the same place for nine days. I paid for them,Postage was paid, now I would like what I paid for. This is ridiculous and I am becoming extremely annoyed at this farce. When will I get my parcels Australia Post?
I’ve been advised if the item didn’t arrived by the 15th November, I should contact you for investigation. The item has been sent in the 20th October and up to dates is not arrived yet. The item since the 6th November is sitting somewhere waiting for delivery. It will arrive before the next century? Is not excuses now for the Covid as Victoria is back to normality with businesses. Did you lost my item or what? I never will use Australia post again. Take too long!
Aus Post are a Fraud, avoid at all costs
Delivery drivers pre fill slips then deliver slips only even if you are at the letter box, then they take all parcels to the post office or even the delivery centre miles away just to save themselves some time. Basically fraud. There is a reason Aus Post don't really have an avenue to complain that actually goes anywhere.
Multiple packages delayed whilst other shippers are delivering as per normal
Orders placed 25th October, still not delivered on 12th November , Auspost admitting delay but no action just same story to reduce servo,e levels and increase profits. Orders placed last week delivered by other couriers in the same week...
Australia Post what is going on?
Parcel sent from Melbourne to Echuca, Victoria (1.5 hrs away) on 01/11. Parcel is still sitting in 'Melbourne facility' today 12/11/21 - 11 days later.
Lodged query to find out what is going on, received response: we wont be looking into it as it is not 'late enough' ?!??
In terms of parcel deliveries - they never ever stop at our house - i am home waiting in the study with a window to the road for the parcel to arrive, only to receive an sms: ' you were not home - we have taken it to the nearest post office (15 km away) - I was home all alon...g - no one bothered to stop - i didnt even see a vehicle drive by!! I cant believe the Aust post executives are continuing to receive bonuses when the service is getting from bad to worst !! - they shouldn't be receiving salaries let alone bonuses !!

Why is it going back and forth Sydney to Lismore?
My parcel was due 29 oct. Tracking shows “we’ve got it” for the last three weeks but no revised delivery date. No point contacting them they just say the same unhelpful thing every time. I can understand Covid delays but no updates at all!!!!!
