What a disgrace. How is this organisation in business? Can't deliver a package on time, anytime it would seem. 4/4 of my last deliveries have been past their due dates.

Item I'm waiting on was scanned into my suburb over a week ago, still waiting for it to be delivered less than two kilometres. Australia post have become less and less reliable. I am awaiting a parcel posted in Melbourne four weeks ago that hasn't moved, it's still sitting in Melbourne.

Shall I honestly elaborate? Okay well let’s see delayed postage items, packages being thrown over the gate, goods arriving damaged, arrogant staff and post workers. I get parcels that go missing all the time where does it go to the Bermuda Triangle? I finally snapped today and had enough, the online enquiry system is useless you are better off to call them up. Some chick said don’t call us useless I’m stating facts! How hard is it to deliver a parcel or letter I swear they just put it in different letter boxes, chuck them on the road or don’t bother rocking up at all and put a slip up ya.
My blood is boiling!!!!
I have been sitting at home waiting for delivery and get an email saying they couldn't deliver! Didn't even ring the door bell!!! I paid to get it delivered as I couldn't get it and now I'm supposed to find a way to collect it from the post office or loose it. Auspost take some responsibility!

Constant Parcel Delays , No staff at Australian Post feels liable
Delayed – waiting to be processed for delivery
Parcel was sent on April 26th 2022 and until now its still Delayed – waiting to be processed for delivery. its your incompetent staff who can deny responsibility with none with the incentive in creating a better postage service. This is literally everywhere Australia nowhere days where you see the incompetent generation fill the roles with your enquires being bounced around with absolutely no one willing to genuinely assist you.
I seriously dont have hopes in receiving my parcels especially wit...
Read moreh how bureaucratic it is to actually contact someone yet who has a bit of responsibility to carry on the investigation on my parcels location. The disgusting Australian cultural trend of "get f*cked who gives a sh*t" is a serious social issue that plagues literally everything.- 4 reviews

A package was to be delivered from Yandina to buderim….. a 25 minute drive on a bad day. The parcel, not yet arrived, has had a scenic journey .
So far….. Yandina to perigean, perigean to Brisbane. Brisbane to burnside ( getting close), burnside to redbank, redbank to Brisbane, Brisbane to burnside. It’s still at burnside. I’d call it incompetency, not covid.
Parcel 2. Melbourne to sunshine, vic. Sunshine to Brisbane. Brisbane to sunshine. Sunshine to Cronulla ( nsw), Cronulla to Sydney, Sydney to burnside( this used to be a good sign as burnsid...
Lazy delivery drivers who literally put a piece of paper at your door telling you to pick the parcel up from a post office,
parcels always late or worse stolen by their staff, prices far far too high for the service you get.
Parcel arrive from the US to Australia in 3 days, same parcel delivered by Australia Post 2 - 3 weeks even more. Seriously pathetic.
They keep blaming COVID and bad weather which is a joke.
All in all I'd say Australia Post is the most disliked company in Australia.
I am waiting on 2 packages both were picked up on 4th April its now 26th April. Every time I track them it has a new extended delivery date. I still have no idea when the items will arrive, service is truly shocking.

There are floods in NSW? Fair and fine , common sense would suggest using an alternative delivery route instead of sending packages through affected areas
please this is not rocket science!!!!

The whole 5 star rating system needs to be scrapped and overhauled along with Auspost.
The whole 5 star rating system needs to be scrapped and overhauled along with Auspost. Firing everyone is the only hope now #squadgoals. Zero stars!
I've had many bad exp. with Auspost but I thought I'd share some info of recent interaction. Two packages ordered the same day, from same supplier, received by Auspost the same time, are both off on seperate misadventures round this country. One is now in Bankstown the other, after bouncing back and forth from Chollura to the Bermuda triangle and back again, now rests further south of Chollura... ...
Read moreI'm in Brisbane. UPDATE One is now 20 minutes from me in same factory that another parcel got held up at for almost a month. I think I know how the joke goes now; Auspost rep. "Knock knock..." Me "Who's there?" Me ...."Hello?"- 3 reviews

It’s like a lucky dip. You might get your package. U might not. They often damage your goods. Leave on the street. Just for the record that’s not a safe and secure location

The worst postal service bar none.
Why does it constantly take over a week to move packages from one place in Victoria to another place in Victoria.
Please improve your service.
Questions & Answers
Always seem to be long delays. Covid has well and truly died now and you would think the business would have enough knowledge by now on how to execute scenario planning regardless. They don't even bother with excuses anymore. It just seems to sit at 'received for processing for days before moving to the next state for yet more (eventual) processing. The so-called on time (7 days) gets changed to just say 'updated' with an extra week added on and no further information. Surely there is a more efficient way to manage the postal service by now. Why do Aus Post execs get so much for doing so little. So much wastage ...
The info shows Incorrectly sorted and forwarder to correct location. Actually, it arrived at the post office 3km away from my house last night and is now being sent back to the city (about 52km away). This means it will arrive with a delay of at least three days. Can I trouble you to make sure it doesn't get sent to further? No. AMQ575008301000935001
