Australia Post need to hire delivery drivers who aren't absolute speds. It doesn't matter where I live I've always had problems with deliveries and it's pure laziness because it's obviously too hard to get out of a car and check if someone is home. I've literally watched drivers pull in and just put the pick up slips in my mail box without even checking if I'm home. I've currently got notifications for packages being delivered to my house that are nowhere to be seen and no slips left. I hate Australia Post with all my heart.
Delivery Driver Lazy and Rough.
Was home when parcel arrived, saw and heard delivery driver literally drop my sons box of school supplies on paved verandah, press bell and walk away. Absolutely no care taken.
poor service, fake delivery
Receive a tracking text at 11:54am, "attempted delivery ,unable to gain access" for a delivery of a parcel...That's crap...its a business address and was open from 9:00am...Now they want me to go pick it up locally. I'm returning item.

My regular delivery, which is ALWAYS late by the way, is a waiting pick up at my local post office. Too bad that it's meant to be delivered to my front door.
Too bad that we're in the middle of a Covid outbreak and now I've got to go down to a filthy post office even though I'm high risk. Too bad that not only is my delivery late but now it's not even delivered to me. Too bad Australia Post can never do their job without messing it up.
All of my meetings are being done over the phone or by video conference to try and keep us all safe but Au...stralia Post, whose job it is to deliver things to people's homes, have got me going in to a post office. Congratulations Australia Post, you've done it again. Every time I think you guys can't surprise me with your ineptitude you lower the bar even more. How do you do it? How do you consistently be so bad at your jobs? This time you're actually putting my life at risk with your crap

they are a joke 7 days gold coast to Brisbane...7 days brisbane to agnes....retire and let someone else take over. 14days?.Tracking never works....parcels smashed...no notifications....rather get a friend to pick it up.
parcel never been received!
opend a case for investigation for undelivered parcel. got replyed saying they met the driver and the driver recalled that my item was accepted by an occupant of the address......
I was at home the whole day, no one had showed up, i have been out on the porch several times to check if there's any parcal... but no one and nothing.
There's no one in the house accepted anyting for me, and there's no evidens provided by the post to show who accepted the item and whether the driver been to the correct address.
Shame on the service!!!
The service across the board is horrible, the online support staff are rude when trying to inquire about parcels.
Parcel sat in Brisbane for 4 days, finally arrived to my local aus post facility sat there for 2 days and has now been sent back to Brisbane with an added 7 day delay
The worst company ever
If I could avoid using them I would. They have lost parcels on me so many times. There’s been months of delays. My last parcel I ordered on the 9th. Expecting it to come for Christmas. It never made it. They changed the date 4 times. They got information wrong a few times. And now finally we found out it was lost. How? This is where they should make their posties wear cameras. Just like police wear theirs. So should the posties.. That would stop them from going missing. They will be able to trace their steps. I would never ever recommend Australia post. I wish online retailers would stop using them.
Why does post take so long
I posted on time and given tracking the parcel was biscuits for my grandson. He had left the site when they arrived. As all students now gone home I don’t know what will happen
You smashed my present!
Thankyou Australia Post for smashing the present i sent my granddaughter for Christmas. It went by road and was packed in tight with fragile written all over it. It was also thick glass. What did you do, drop kick it or something? Not impressed and will be filing a complaint.

Seriously with how bad they do a royal commision would help, i use a non AP courier and it arrives in 2 days. But anything i order with AP when given no choice is massive delays.
Was great now worse than any service the world
USELESS aus post at least used to have great customer service, tracking organisation of parcel pickup and can great phone assistance. Australia Post is now one of the worst services of anything I've ever used in my life. My local Aus post store on toorack road has the rudest, laziest, selfish way and most useless humans Ive met in my life always lose my package and although I've been going there regularly for 7 years don't remember me to save a life. The worst company, service, standards, attitude of anything I've ever come across and on-top o...f that used to be a great delivery service now you're more likely to find a four leaf clover than ever get any help or any thing on-time. AUSTRALIA POST needs to be changed this can not be our standard of attitude towards our own purchases and deliveries of important information cant even call aus post without it hanging up on you. Worst people and service for something that was once so good. It need to be replaced.
Pathetic, useless & terrible customer support
Parcel was said to be left in a safe place where as it was not, the communication for the parcel came the next day. I have lost the parcel since, I have called the service and stay on the phone for 3 hours and no one is competent to find out what is going on. The most useless parcel service ever.
Aust/Post pathetic rubbish service.
Parcel from Glen Waverley to Thomastown 36kl took 4 weeks??? Another sent in Oct deemed LIT (lost in transit) what are you doing Aust/Post? Been a weak service since Christine Holgate took the helm way before Covid!! Private couriers dont give a damn items arrive (when they arrive)late and damaged!! Pay better wages, hire more honest and reliable people! Was once a very proud and reliable service, now complete pathetic rubbish service!!
Sent a booklet of poems to a friend in the USA for Xmas. Was returned to me five days later in this condition (see photos) Item and envelope were completely ruined; booklet soaked through with ink or something and still wet when returned to me. Contacted ''customer service'' (what a flippin joke of a title that is with this lot!) Absolutely no help at all, just vague mumblings about size/weight after the SECOND time I contacted them with these photos. An utter disgrace. I have had trouble with Aus Post previously, losing a REGISTERED letter and...misdirecting it to Sydney THREE times instead of to Melbourne (I still haven't figured that one out) I will actively go out of my way from now on to find alternatives to this pathetic disgrace of a ''postal service'' and I would encourage others to do the same.

I have lodged 2 complaints for failed delivery attempts. I have heard nothing from Australia post regarding the issues. However they have promptly issued me with a survey on how they resolved the issue??? Wt?!

Yes, I get that as well. Once you hang up on Australia Post Customer Service they are quick to send you an email with a link for survey, but they are not resolving your issue.
