All my parcels lately travel perfectly until they get to Qld, my latest one got scanned at Redbank and then again 15 minutes later and then it went to Brisbane then it said it was in transit to Stapylton but arrived back at Redbank instead and has now sat in Redbank for a day. I'm guessing like the last parcel it'll arrive at my house but will somehow get scanned at Redbank while it's sitting in my house. I think they're faking the tracking and their system is glitching out and putting it in random centres instead of where it really is.

M8 just received my parcel...opened up the box..and it has been tampered with. as in cut wide open.. disgusting! its wonder why youse get crap ratings. coz of the laziness that Australia Post has become. I use to give you guys a 5 star...now after what happened with my package being tampered with. Youse can go get screwed!!
Two separate delivery drivers left separate parcel deliveries containing Covid RAT tests out in the baking hot sun on top of a metal letterbox on a 36 degree day because they were too lazy to walk a few metres onto my property to leave them in a safer and cooler spot, out of the direct sun at the front door. Where they incidentally could have also ascertained if anyone was home to receive the delivery. I’d also specifically requested they be left at the front door if nobody was home. I don’t know why they even bother asking….

My regular delivery, which is ALWAYS late by the way, is a waiting pick up at my local post office. Too bad that it's meant to be delivered to my front door.
Too bad that we're in the middle of a Covid outbreak and now I've got to go down to a filthy post office even though I'm high risk. Too bad that not only is my delivery late but now it's not even delivered to me. Too bad Australia Post can never do their job without messing it up.

2 packages were sent at the same time from the same post office to travel across Melbourne to the same address. The cardboard tube arrived 11 days after the 1st delivery. It was totally unacceptable that the tube was completely open at one end. The packing tape looked to be neatly cut away to remove the cover. Fortunately the craft materials remained wedged inside-just- and thankfully were not of interest to anyone else.
Absolutely horrible service. I purchased something using DHL last week from Japan and was able to receive it within 2 working days (even earlier than the expected delivery date) Yet I payed for an Auspost product even earlier and it hasn't even been scanned! The item was purchased within metro Sydney too, so not even that far from me, yet their postal services are still incompetent as usual. Use an alternative carrier if possible.
It's been a week now since it's been registered and it hasn't even moved from this status. If I try and contact live bot that's not available either. Once again, such an annoying service to deal with
That's disappointing, I'm sorry Marisa.

This parcel showed up 3 days late looking like this. The box was trampled I’m not even surprised it showed up like this, it’s aus post. Obviously staff have no care for others belongings. Thanks so much for your great work.
I'm so sorry Emma,
After waiting longer than expected to get your parcel for it to look like this is terrible. Please take the parcel and all internal and external packaging into a Post Office and we'll inspect it for compensation purposes for you....

I've ordered stuffs from Target with the tracking numbers above. ALL OF THEM are delayed and have been stuck in Brisbane somewhere since the 5th of August.
I just don't understand why my parcel get lost all the time.
Hi Tur,
That's definitely a long time to be waiting for these deliveries but I'm happy to see that there is an update today to advise all 3 have now been delivered....
Read more It's definitely far more likely for parcels to be delayed rather than lost, especially given the impact the current circumstances are having on our network in most parts of the country. It's still very disappointing to have to wait so long though but I really thank you for your patience. Please let me know if you do still need any assistance with these deliveries. -Caseytheres been multiplw times i dont recieve delivery notices until my stuff gets sent back and i lose my item. they have also thrown expensive and delicate work equipment over my fence repeatedly, i sh*t you not. i am disabled and work from home. when they stuff up with my equipment i lose money from missed work. i just cant rely in this kind of garbo for my livelihood.
on a side note gladys from their twitter needs to pull her head in because i dont think sassing aussie customers with genuine concerns is the look auspost is going for- unless they are? wouldnt be surprised

Poor management in deliver items and keeping client home safe, always left gate open after delivery. Pure lazy.
Poor handling of delivery and slow in delivery. Often left gate open and too lazy to wait for a minute for someone to get the door and "run" away. Damaged my gate and this time today again left gate open. Very irresponsible. Customer service is poorly managed despite multiple concern raised for the above. Better use Sendel, cheap and fast even delivers during weekends with way much cheaper rates. Australia post is unreliable.

Received a delivery, opened it up and even though it was well packaged and secure, the delicate items were smashed into a million pieces. It looked like it had been dropped from a high height or someone had jumped on it. Aus post took 0 responsibility. No duty of care. And refused to even respond when requesting investigation.
Oh no Rebekah,
That's really horrible to receive an item like that. ...

If Australia Post treat all mail the way they treat parcels labelled fragile then goodness help us!
Glass items enclosed in this box that’s clearly marked Fragile !
The item took almost 2 weeks from Sydney to Cairns and this is the way it was received!

I understand post is delayed with COVID-19, but when I can get a parcel from the USA in 4 days but can not seem to get Australia Post to keep a parcel in the correct state, it is hard not to judge the inefficiency of our national postal service. On 24 August, Australia Post was handed a parcel in Mt Gambier. This parcel made it to Qld on 30 August into the Redbank facility, which is only a few minutes from its final destination. It sat there awaiting Auspost to complete the last part of the journey, however I discovered today that the parcel ha...
Read mores now been sent to Sydney. Why? Essentially, it is because Auspost are a national disgrace and have no idea what they are doing. Why have a parcel sitting in the correct state and then forward it back interstate AWAY from its end destination. This is yet again another example of why Auspost will never be competitive again. Edit: the parcel finally arrived and I received a PM from Auspost stating that due to COVID-19 they have delays etc.... Well, the rest of the world has the same issues and many far worse, but they keep mail moving. My opinion of Auspost stands, given that we pay for Express items which take many days to arrive, mail is routinely sitting for days without moving etc.- 2 reviews

Totally incompetent staff! Absolutely no training from above, asked if I could show them what to do!!
We send hundreds of parcels per week domestically and internationally. Domestically we use Parcel Post barcode stickers to track our parcels. When we stick this bar code on the parcel, this number is sent to the buyer for them to track. Only two staff at a local post office know how to scan the barcodes and then print the white sticker with the price and the same number as this is linked to Mypost. I went to four post offices around the Fremantle today and none of the staff had a clue to process these parcels. I even had one staff member ask me...

Read moreabel with a price and a Australia Post tracking number starting with R. Then they think they can lodge all the parcels at the end. This does not work as the customer has the parcel post tracking number not he new tracking number printed on the payment sticker. The correct way is to add the postcode, scan the Mypost card and then scan the parcel post barcode - then the payment sticker has the same number as the parcel post barcode number, but most of the staff do not know what to do!!Questions & Answers
Can lost parcel found out? Like after some time you found out parcel from somewhere like warehouse then can you deliver it?
Always seem to be long delays. Covid has well and truly died now and you would think the business would have enough knowledge by now on how to execute scenario planning regardless. They don't even bother with excuses anymore. It just seems to sit at 'received for processing for days before moving to the next state for yet more (eventual) processing. The so-called on time (7 days) gets changed to just say 'updated' with an extra week added on and no further information. Surely there is a more efficient way to manage the postal service by now. Why do Aus Post execs get so much for doing so little. So much wastage ...
The info shows Incorrectly sorted and forwarder to correct location. Actually, it arrived at the post office 3km away from my house last night and is now being sent back to the city (about 52km away). This means it will arrive with a delay of at least three days. Can I trouble you to make sure it doesn't get sent to further? No. AMQ575008301000935001
