Best Courier In Australia
This is the best courier in Australia. Unlike other couriers, if you have a problem you can actually contact them through a number that is working or an email they will eventually respond to. In my opinion, they should shut all other couriers down and just use this one because the customer service at Aus Post is just fantastic. I will be honest and say I have had very few minor problems with them such as late delivery or tracking number not coming up but they fix it within a day or 2 which is great. Majority of my packages arrive on time or a d...ay before estimated arrival which is amazing. I've never had a damaged package or missing package from Aus Post and they delivery drivers are all friendly, efficient, fast and hard workers. I've ordered some large items too so I'm very happy and impressed that they manage to always deliver them in a timely manner, in perfect condition. Not to mention, they are pretty fast sometimes. Sometimes I get the item the next day if I order at morning the previous day which is really hard to beat. I would recommend everyone to use Aus Post instead of Aramex even though it is more expensive because at least with Aus Post, it is guaranteed. Hope to see this business boom even more in the years to come, they are bloody brilliant. Cheers Aus Post!
Efficient and courteous
I have never had any issues with Australia Post delivery of parcels. I have found it to be efficient, timely and the postman or courier has always been professional and polite.
They should use the watches to see how slow their service is.
It has taken Australia Post four days to deliver an item 40 kms away. That's 10 km a day so I can only assume the postman was on foot and was held up by wolves or bandits. It cost me $15 for postage and handling and was sent by the seller without contacting me. If they had I would have used technology Aust Post seem to not have and time travelled half an hour to collect it myself.

It’s really kind of Australia Post to pick up your parcel and personally walk it to you, ensuring its safe delivery. Yes it takes years longer, but what a service!
Over 2 weeks to get here, one parcel arrived, the other went to Sydney
I live in Darwin. I ordered 2 wine boxes from SA. Over 2 weeks to get here, one parcel arrived, the other went to Sydney, the tracking was not true, as according to the tracking it was in Darwin for over a week. A week later I received a whole new tracking history with wrong dates and the parcel went to Sydney. One of the 2 parcels arrived quite late, but no further hitches with it, yet on same dispatch order number. I am glad the employees are happy.
16 days for delivery from Sydney to Adelaide
On 2 June 2021 TVSN submitted a small package at Sydney to be sent to an Adelaide suburb. Australia Post anticipated delivery between 4-9 June 2021. The final tracking information was that the packaged was in PERTH WA on 13 June 2021 at 6.14 pm. Despite numerous requests, the tracking information was not updated, apart from a customer query being submitted on 14 June 2021. Delivery was estimated to be 18-23 June 2021. Excuse given by Australia Post was that it had been missorted.
Finally delivered on 18 June 2021.
It took Aust Post 11 days to ship a small parcel 16km to my house. Meanwhile, i received another package using Border Express and it took only 3 days from Sydney. Pathetic !

Aust post XL box if it weighs less than 5kg they dont need to measure it and change any more than flat rate of $18.95
This happened with my postage today. Went back questioned they did reversal. If it's one of there extra large boxes it full. And it is 5kg or below. The cost should be $18.95
A gram over and next weight group
Well they need to sharpen up on their lee- way instead of the hard nose billing.
A parcel weighing less than 5 grams over the 1 killo and goes from $12.90 to $15.75
5 grams is the weight of a 5 cent peice,and usually foreign people serving say out of their control.as maybe thats why the public hate them so so greedy.and the money made must be spent on building a time machine se dates on photo as still awaiting delivery as i write 19th may
Aus post is incredibly slow
Parcels getting stuck at either the post office you sent it from and at this end at Darwin post office for over a week. Very late as to when it was estimated
Poor Registered Mail Service
I am appalled at the service of a registered small parcel taking 19 days from Busselton To Stratton WA the longest wait was the Airport mail service and the Midland mail center did not really care when I followed up on the late delivery.
Made a few complaints about parcels not getting delivered to my property with everything being taken straight to the post office for no reason. I was told the driver would change his ways and indeed he did as I watched him throw my next parcel at my house with force!!!
So I proceeded to make another complaint and was told a new driver would be appointed. The new diver knocked on my door today and told me I made a false complaint against ‘his friend’ and was told by his boss to tell me it was impossible to see what I was claiming. So in short I was lying...
Seriously I am fed up and don’t want your company visiting my property anymore. Sick of being harassed by your workers who I am paying to deliver a service they cannot complete.

Item is shipped from Melbourne but it needs to be sent to Queensland to be processed and sent back
Biggest joke of a service. My item was purchased online, the warehouse is 30 mins from my place. AusPost send it to Queensland, I assume because they don't care about the environment to then process it for 1 day and send it back down to Melbourne. Absolute disgrace.
The worst service in the Western World
It took 3 weeks with delay upon delay for Aust Post to send a simple package from Sydney to Perth.
In the same time, it took 5 days for a parcel to arrive from the U.S
Who-ever is in charge of our postal service.....SACK THEM

Is there any chance my parcel will be delivered today?
Hi my parcel (tracking number #99704713156901000830904) was estimated to be here on Monday 20th- Tuesday 21st, coming from within the same state. It now says delayed- waiting to be processed for delivery. Does that mean it’s still at its senders location? How long roughly would it take to be here?
That delayed status just comes up automatically when a parcel hasn't arrived within the time frame initially estimated.
Looking at the tracking, this was only posted on Monday the 19th so the delivery estimate calculated by the online tracking seems a bit off. Our website does advise allowing 2-4 business days for same state deliveries within NSW at the moment so it is actually expected to reach you by today.
It hasn't been scanned out for delivery yet though so does appear to have been held up. This is likely due to the ongoing COVID situation in NSW which is having a pretty heavy impact on our network.
I really apologise for the delay, we'll be working to get this to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, it's worth letting your sender know you are still waiting and feel free to contact us on 13 13 18, via social media or by lodging and enquiry on our website if you'd like us to set up a case to keep an eye on this delivery for you.

Sorry to hear it's taking longer than expected. The best way to get updates is to keep an eye on the tracking as you'll see an update there as soon as your parcel does receive a scan. Looks like it did receive an update early this morning. Depending on where it's heading to, I'd expect delivery very soon but please reach out to our help and support team on 13 13 18 or via social media with the address details if needing an updated delivery estimate.
