Please explain to me how this supposed tracking works? I posted a registered (tracking/signature) large letter to NSW on 3rd November from Perth, its showing as being still at the Post Office where it was lodged with a delivery date today (10th November), how does that work? Also, another one, recipient in Perth, tracking still showing that it's on it's way, and I know that it has been delivered? It's frustrating and no wonder that we have no faith in our own postal delivery service and it should be completely overhauled.
The staff are always very friendly and efficient when I arrive to collect my parcels. Great experience and staff display great customer service to clients whenever I visit the post office.
Ridiculous delays for years. Plain incompetent
You can’t blame covid on the fact that you’re crap. You’ve been ridiculously slow for years now. I’ve bought stuff from the us and its been quicker than stuff shipped in Australia with you morons. Why has my parcel been sorting i. Western Australia for 6 days?? Why did my parcel spend a whole week waiting to be delivered when it could have been done within 3 days? Plain freaking incompetent. Their tracking is useless and 50% of the time delayed or inaccurate.
Sub contractors can't read addresses so deliver to wrong addresses.
How can a company like Aus Post hire people who can't read street names or maps to deliver goods? So many items are getting delivered to incorrect homes. I shouldn't have to chase up my missing items that some slack and lazy person decided to deliver to an incorrect home. No wonder people are using other courier services. These amateurs need to be sacked. How about Australia Post spend less money on watches and more money on training!!!!
Delivery drivers are not wearing their masks correctly
On three separate occasions, delivery drivers have not been wearing their masks correctly.
1) Nose uncovered
2) Nose and mouth uncovered
3) Nose uncovered
This is just not good enough. This has been reported but I doubt anything has been done.
How bad has Australia Post got too!!
Sent a small registered parcel to Geelong from Melbourne CBD. After a week I have been notified it will take 11 days for delivery....What 11 days for a small parcel to 65km down the road....are you serious. Soo sad Australia Post.
A package from one suburb to the next, still hasn't arrived a week and a half later
Australia Post is hopeless. Ordered products in Vermont to go to my address in Nunawading, 5km. Looked at the tracking has been to Somerton, then to Chirnside Park still not even close to be delivered. I am contacting the Smart water shop and am refusing to do business with them anymore if they use Australia Post
Drivers do not read package instruction for delivery and sent to post for collection
Drivers do not read instruction on package and do not attempt to deliver and directly send to nearest Post for collection. It happened few times and it is really disappointing. There is instruction on package to deliver during opening hours but there is no any card for missed delivery that means they did not came for delivery and send direct to post for collection.
We'll Deliver It When We Feel Like It!
Absolutely fed up of being unable to predict when parcels are being delivered. Tracking scans are being skipped resulting in Australia Post being unable to tell you anything! I'm furious!
Interstate packages are taking up to 3 weeks to arrive now. With Australia Post making more money in 2020 than they have in years, their response is to reduce postal deliveries and blow out delivery times nationwide. Will any of the record profits they are making be spent on improving their services and business practices? NO!
There is no excuse for how they...are now operating, pandemic or no pandemic. The UK postal service has continued operating as per normal through unbelievably tougher times than Australia this last year. Australia hits a crisis and AusPost's wheels instantly fall off. It is disgusting!
There is a major problem with Aust post
Ordered several items from Sydney. Waited almost 3 weeks, Auspost advised of delays, lodged an online support request, no response for 2 days and item suddenly arrives. Postie advised Austpost expected covid would reduce demand and reassigned heaps of posties from delivery to logistics. Now parcel volumes are up 60% and they don't have staff!! They claim they are putting on 4000 extra staff, but if you check their HR site, there is no evidence of this... Please get over the spin and sort out your business!! PS my wife has 5 items overdue by weeks also, despite having tracking details.
ordered a Halloween costume during the last week of September. Arrived 4 days AFTER Halloween. It took you just over a month to deliver an item from one side of Australia to the other.
Australia Post don't answer messages
Over a week my parcels have been sitting in their Depo preparing how long dose it Take I sent messages they don't answer worst parcel courier ever need to get there act together
Unacceptable delivery delays
After waiting 3 months for a parcel. Australia post advised they had my parcel and would deliver it by the 02nd November. After multiple attempts to track the parcel which appeared not to progress, I have today been advised there are further delays and the parcel should be delivered by 16 November. Australia post are a disgrace. Every business has had to adapt to Covid to provide a good service. Unfortunately Australia Post has not stepped up.
Australia Post is an absolute disgrace and should be abolished
Adding yet another poor encounter to my forever ongoing dilemma's with this service whilst their senior management team take home millions in pay. This particular experience of mine takes the cake.
Item ordered from a store 25kms away, 10 business days ago. It was processed by Australia Post 9 days ago. Fast forward to today and this item still hasn't arrived.
Australia Post is a useless, worthless mockery of a business and it is disgusting that in this day and age these circumstances exist.
What attempted deliveries?
I opted for home deliveries on all my parcels due to not having a car to drive atm due to a flat tyre and i unfortunately don't have someone to go collect parcels on my behalf... several orders I have had to lodge a complaint online due to 1.Apparently my address is non existent and 2. Ive been home when the "attempted" deliveries where made, no one knocked on my door or came up my driveway so the drivers chose to place the card in my letterbox and not fulfill their job tasks to the required level. This has inconvenienced me immensely. I cant d...escribe how frustrated I am over this. Pure laziness is demonstrated from several of your couriers/delivery drivers have now not only caused me an inconvenience but also caused me unnecessary stress. **update, they tried to tell me that my address (due to being on a highway) that they cannot access and leave parcels regardless of a couple out of many parcels actually being delivered and left successfully. Im sick and tired of travelling to the post office to collect my items. I am pregnant and due to covid its recommended that I stay away from long lines ect... which in this case puts me in risk. Their response was not satisfactory its misleading and false and it seems to me like they just try to make excuses for the lazy delivery drivers. I will continue making complaints each time this occurs.. another one occurred today**
Absolutely useless service!! Sack your drivers
Absolutely useless service
Idiotic driver leaves 2 big parcels at myfront door which faces the main street towards a shopping centre and says "left in a safe place" and now parcels have been stolen!!
And the compensation offered is 100 bucks???
Worse than useless!
They send my parcel back and forth around the country, just updating the expected delivery so they can keep saying that it is arriving on time. !?!?! Hire more staff and fix your mess Aus Post.
What has happened at Auspost
Ordered equipment online from Victoria. Was picked up on 15/10/2020 from supplier and only reached me ( in Brisbane) on 28/10/2020. Response to enquiry was simply - we are very busy. Other deliveries I have had recently were quick. It seems the ball has been dropped. For this delivery I would have liked to score ZERO.
A letter posted from Sydney CBD to Alexandria on the 22 Oct has still not been received 6 days later . Postal service is still blaming Covid for such an appalling domestic service and state up to 10 days for a local letter delivery. Australia Post is nothing short of a joke!
3 weeks for 20kms
Long Delays to travel 20 kilometers not sure why
when ordered it said estimated 2-3 days been 3 weeks
will not be buying from anyone using Aust post again
How can Amazon deliver same day for cheaper
Questions & Answers
Please advise what is happening with the following item 88K516843501000935102. Tracking does not seem to update. Cheers
Priscila L.Australia Post
It's normal not to see any scans whilst your parcel is moving across the country and you may not see another scan until it's in WA at the next sorting facility. Your parcel is estimated to arrive within eight business days so please allow until the 3rd December.
Have a lovely day!
I am expecting a delivery 333UF963879001000935002, but it has been "Received and ready for processing" since Monday 23 afternoon. Please advice when the delivery can start?
Priscila L.Australia Post
This one should have already started now and was estimated to arrive today but can't see any further scans since it was sent. Parcels between these postcodes should take up to four business days however it's no secret that there are delays in our network these days so I recommend allowing until Monday and if the scans don't update we can start an investigation for you.
