I had a parcel send off from the UK to Aus on the 18th July didn’t arrive until the 8th October...
I ring after paying $120 shipping to be told it’s Covid nothing we can do to see where you paced last was.
When it did arrive wasn’t asked to show ID - was pretty disappointed.
They have been consistently bad and would use and would use DHL or courier fast over theM anyday..

Worst postage service I have ever used! They were bad before the whole virus and now they are just horrendous. These stupid lazy idiots working there can barely deliver a package within timeframe IF THEY DON’T LOSE IT. They can’t even get a package from within the same state delivered in under 5 DAYS. I beg of you to use DHL or FedEx.

Two weeks ago I ordered and paid for parcels from both Harris Scarf and Myer and I still haven't received my orders.

Both Myer and Harris Scarf and any other company who want timely delivery service needs to find another distributor bc AusPost is not working ATM I extremely not happy.,

Rarely if ever arrives on due date which itself it overly long. Looks like they are too well paid and don't care. Other carriers can and do do a far more efficient job.

Its mark send leave in safe place... whose place is it? We have all front area covered with cctv no one came in that day and time. they have useless courier with no responsible with their job.

Absolutely don't understand they want to provide the redirection service when they cannot fulfill it.
Lodge the redirection once the parcel been sent, call on the 19th and got told that it will be delivered no later than 22nd, but just check the status and it been sent back to the sender bacause the driver cannot deliver the parcel.
What a joke! What's the point for me to lodge the redirect? Wasting my time!!!

Bought on Friday and paid for express post. It is Tuesday night and still waiting and their excuse is Covid restrictions. Then stop charging people for express postage. Every few months their prices are going up and their service is going down. I hope someone takes over market and do a better job than Auspost. So very disappointed !

Another parcel gone AWOL, tracking shows Delivered, it wasnt.
This is the second parcel Lost or Stolen, tracking doesnt guarantee anything.
My neighborhood is safe, i suspect theft from a Aust Post contractor.

Bought phone from Auspost. NO RETURN policy which isn't stated on the product page. Took 9 days to get here. I bought products from Amazon on the same night and they arrived 2 days later. I will never buy from Auspost again.

I ordered a number of items for birthday presents, all supporting local business and done well in advance to allow for delays. Nothing has arrived in time and Customer Unservices have no idea when, if they will arrive. The tracking systems are useless, the query system is nothing but lip service as nothing happens and like the rest of the Government, blame everything other than poor management, poor systems and poor service they deliver.
And for this management get huge bonuses!!!!! Lucky they not employed by a corporate or self employed

WARNING - DO NOT USE

It took 5 weeks, more than 10 phone calls & over 15 emails to get my parcel forwarded from the shopmate USA warehouse, minus some of the items which they removed, even though MSDS had listed safe for air freight. Complete incompetence & excuses over & over again, blaming it on pandemic. I've since changed to a different forwarding service who has their warehouse in the same city & had no issues whatsoever, fast turnaround time, at a far cheaper rate.

Hey, my parcel has been received and ready for processing at the Melbourne airport since the 4th of September with no updated tracking history since. I have lodged a customer enquiry and have had no response from anyone. I have ordered several parcels that have arrived within a week of purchase all in that time of waiting for the original parcel. The tracking number is 7K2153034501000930206
