My recent package posted from Westcourt Post office in Cairns to Sydney on 27 August 2000.
Today is 1:45pm on September 3 2020.
The tracking shows that it has not left the post office.
The tracking shows it will be delivered on 2 to 3 September 2020.
Why has my express post sent from Geelong to Melbourne now in Adelaide after being in Melbourne yesterday????
It went from where it should be to another state?? What the hell?
One Delayed Parcel After Another
Items are always collected on time using E-Parcel.
Our shipments and deliveries inside of WA have not be affected.
However we have had a 300% increase in severely delayed parcels in the last month alone for goods travelling to the eastern states particularly NSW.
Australia post has become unreliable since the merger with Startrack Express.
We are paying for Startrack airbags however the goods are travelling by road with Aust Post?

Express Post still not delivered after 2 weeks delay and tracking is useless
Sent important documents via Express Post from NSW to WA which was supposed to be delivered by 29 September, but still not sure where my parcle is. The tracking is useless as there has been no update at all. Lodged two inquiries a week ago, no one has responded. Very very frustrating.

Posted a large envelope with important tax paperwork and information from one Brisbane suburb to another and have just found out that delivery hasn't occurred after four weeks. Went to post office to enquire and they palmed me off to their 131318 number and they were absolutely useless. Terrible experience
Letter within WA takes over a month - ZERO star rating
Australia Post - Covid 19 is not an excuse for a standard letter within WA to take over a month. This is unacceptable and you should be doing more to improve this service. This is totally atrocious and if you are serious about your business get a better plan. I received a parcel from New York faster than a letter within our own state. Get more people into jobs and stop thinking about profits.

Absolutely shameful letting people down in such a time of need to the point it made the news and to make things worse it's continuing to happen months after it was aired!!!!

Australia Post - Australia at its worst!
After being notified by a customer that their item hadn’t arrived I opened a ‘case’ with Auspost. It took them over a month to reply - that the item had been ‘lost in transit’. No compensation, no responsibility for their actions. Horrific customer service, poor tracking & apparently not answerable to anyone. A national embarrassment.
I am waiting on 3 parcels that were ordered 3 weeks ago. Im in Melbourne and 2 of the parcels were ordered from Melbourne. Stop using covid as an excuse. I have had parcels from Queensland delivered in a few days by another service, so it goes to show that it can be done.

The shipping address is in West Island Cocos (Keeling) Islands, WA. Today is 29 September. The shipping status shows that 'Arrived at facility Perth Airport WA Thu 10 Sep • 6:17am' and then there's no movement any more. Almost a month. Please follow up.
Update: The customer service is good. Problem solved already. Saying that the delivery time to Cocos Islands will take 5-7 weeks. Will wait. Thank you.
Lazy useless Australia Post employees
Sent an express post parcel to QLD form SA. Paid for signature on delivery as the receiver was not going to be there so someone would have to sign for it. I placed two large stickers on the bright yellow packaging - Do not leave without signature, so what did the 'Drongo' do - he or she left it in an apparent "safe place" and now it's missing... I put TWO large stickers on the parcel requesting it NOT to be left without a signature - but Australia Post employees seem to be a law unto themselves..What more do you have to do for these clowns? Cant understand how this business operates still ??? The worst run business in Australia.
6 weeks to travel half an hour still not delivered
Posted an item August 18. It was going half an hour down the road. I’ve filled out the list parcel form and my friend has called several times. No resolution. I had to re buy and re post and the second package has reached them. But the first is still floating around god knows where.
No reply or help so much for the “up to $100 replacement blah blah”
Aus post does not deliver
This happens regularly. It has now been over 4 weeks I posted a parcel with tracking. Tracking message keeps repeating. statement: 17 times 'parcel processed at facility' - whatever that means and the expected date keeps changing. I have lodged a support request with no response from Australia post. Australia post, during a time we are most in need have put prices up and reduce services.

A simple question?
This could not be confirmed when I went into my local Australia post. The kind lady gave me a number to call - still waiting to get through.
In the meantime I have used the 'chat' option - no luck; its automated and thus unfortunately useless.
I have contacted DHL - less than a minute on the phone and I have my answer, dates, price.
Although it seems pricey (although I have no comparison with A/Post to make) it looks as if it may be the option - a...s while waiting on the line for Australia Post (a 20 minute wait at this time) I have read reviews and am hesitiant to use a potential doo-to-door international service. My local Aust Post service has always been good, so this is really disspointing to not even get to confirm a simple question, let alone find out detail.
never delivered express parcel
my express package was sent on the 10th of September its tracking number said it was delivered on the 14th but there was no delivery on the 14th as the package was not at my front door or in my mail box and I was not carded and I have tried to contact auspost about the lost package via my post but It keeps coming up with an error as I try to sign up. Not happy

Sent parcel to suburb 30km away. Still not arrived 3 weeks later. AP business up 473% so why not employ the Aussies unemployed by Covid impacts to speed up service?
Should change name to Australia Lost instead, what a shame
Such a shameful operation, lazy and dishonest, numerous time parcel just go missing, when they manage to get the parcel to the other end, driver simply doesn't want to do their job. Countless time my customer report no attempt of delivery and then force customer to pick up.
