Where I live in Wauchope NSW the post office is absolutely great. The staff here are so friendly, professional & just willing to do whatever is needed to help you! Awesome service!! Thanks heaps Wauchope PO. But truly, I've always had good experiences within Australian POs I've visited within my lifetime. So Thanks for always being friendly & doing a great service, cheers....
Extremely rude worker at Petersham LPO
Ive made a formal complaint for harassment against the senior worker from Petersham LPO to Australia Post.
Id also recommend anyone to record a video of his behaviour on the phone whenever you go there to pick-up a parcel.
His attitude is unacceptable in Australia.
If he cannot do his job properly, it is time to resign and move on.
If their lack of efficacy wasn't enough. Rude and abrupt service is the cherry
So many times, they can't find my package only to have to look it up on the system, find out THEY have it, then have a relook. They're disorganised, clumsy and unprofessional. There is solid reason why they have no accolades on their manky worn-out brick walls. I have better things to do then wait around for you to do your job. For anyone going through ChirnPark PO, save your time. Go private delivery, trust me.

Secret Harbour Worst Post Office Ever

This is the single worst post office in all of Perth. The customer service staff don't know the basics. I am certain this is a franchise store, every genuine Aus. Post accepts my post app as id for collecting parcels except this one, they argue with you even though you have genuine id, that you need additional things and are very difficult to deal with. Showing the staff, the app your customer id all your information etc. your parcels ids etc. all there, they cant navigate it and dont know what they a...re looking at. Aside from this its hard to use your phone in this store as the internet mystically disappears, so logging into things like my gov or the dmv is out of the question to show your ID your even your bank. Its just plain old like physical copies of everything or nothing at all. My driver license still has my maiden on it anyways, I doubt they would have accepted it as does my passport, so what they are saying is I need my passport along with my marriage cert to pick up parcels that are mine because they cant accept my ID has been checked my Aus. Post through the app, even though they should by all accounts. I have since changed location where my parcel will be dropped off and even though its 5 KM out of my way, I'm happy to do it just avoid this horrid store.
Hopeless rude most unfriendly staff with no customer service skills
Been to australia post werribee plaza today. The staff there are most unprofessional and rude and are always tiered and repelling. It was my third visit to the store with this bad experience. Ignored the first two times thinking the person serving me was just having a bad day but this time it was like - i had enough. I went there to get a passport photo done. There was no smile or anything and when she called me out, i felt like not going to her. As i approached her she said - Yes. I asked her if i can get my passport photo done and before you ...print it, if i can just see it. Come on they are charging a fortune on the photos atleast we should be able to see it before they print it. This same post office clicked a very bad picture of my daughter and refused to refund it. So this time i wanted to make sure. But the lady had an absolute fit saying no we only approve the photo - not you and started arguing over it. Her behaviour and tone made me upset so i decided to leave and she told me ya its better you going somewhere else. This was the most repelling and rude experience i ever had here.

All of my customer experiences at my local Australia Post office have been nothing but professional, convenient and essential. The staff are always very helpful with every aspect, also very knowledgeable with all of my postage needs. An integral part of the community.
Bad customer service
Took way too long in line to collect parcel only to be rejected because it was apparently supposed to deliver to my home instead of there, so I went back to my car and then decided ask them to check anyways incase it has been delivered, and again had to wait another 30 minutes just to get a small parcel I should of gotten first time, that's an hour of my life wasted.
Our Post office is the best
My young 3yr old saw a remote dinosaur for sale at our local Post Office when I was there last and each time we visited the Post Office he would comment on it and look at it, so I decided to buy one for him for Xmas, when I went in without him to get it they were all gone, the lass behind the counter asked me for my name and phone number and said she would try to get one for me surely someone would still have one in stock. Two days later I got a Phone call from them and I purchased it, great result, thank you, they are always so friendly and helpful.
BANGALOW PO - public shaming
I recently went into my local PO with a prepaid parcel like fellow work colleagues have done daily for the past 13 years, we are always welcomed and told not to line up as its prepaid just hand over or leave on the desk. This post office has a bit of a different setting than most so I was a bit confused as to where I should leave it. I very politely excused myself to a staff member and fellow customer she was serving to simply ask where the designated drop off was, the parcel was snatched out my hand and I was scolded then on leaving I heard he...r talking loudly behind my back calling me rude, she then proceeded to publicly shame me in front of all the other customers for interrupting her and not lining up, in which I would of happily done if she had just simply said that! Public humiliation in any form is not acceptable.
Double Bay P.O. NSW incapable of sorting mail correctly. Ongoing issue.
We have an ongoing problem with mail directed to our large and very expensive PO box - held for 30 + yrs. Wrong mail, missing mail: constantly. Many important documents have not been delivered. Complaints in person at branch and via call centre have been unheeded, matter STILL unresolved. Called complaint line today. Have been promised a follow-up call - and action - from Area Manager. We shall see....
Local Potts Point NSW post office
I have been using this PO for over 30 years.. I have always found the staff very helpful
I frequently am away from the city and they always hold my mail.
It is a very busy office and I am sure the staff do not always get treated with kindness, people can be very demanding
Lack of service
My parcels don't come on time and I have most of the time to pick up the parcel from the post office. Needs a lot of improvement. Not happy at all.
Real bad service.
Got to the store at 5pm (both days) and got the door shut in my face. I waved the parcel notice to the staff and said I’m here just for PICK UP and it’s very urgent. They kept waving their heads and said we are closed - come back next day.
Aren’t we in a people business?? How about employing robots to run the store?
Besides, post office should really be closed at least 5.30 to 6pm during weekdays since majority of the population works between 9am & 5pm. Especially the stores inside shopping centres since public parking can be a real headache ...

You are lucky if you get your mail before they send it back, will have a conversation in front of you amongst each other while you are waiting to be served and have no regard for your time or needs. They do NOT deserve a franchise.
Great service every time
The staff at Australia Post Greenacre have always been friendly and easy to deal with. Even when the Post Office is full of people, they manage to do their work quickly and efficiently.

Poor manners and rude attitude at Coolbellup post office
I had 2 parcels ready to pick up at Coolbellup post office.
- The first one: NPQ9558939010323 ready to pick up after 4pm on Friday 16 Aug 2019.
- The second one: NPQ9613003010323 ready to pick up after 4pm on Monday 19 Aug 2019.

I asked my husband to Coolbellup post office to pick up 2 parcels for me around 4:30pm on Monday 19 Aug 2019 and he showed one Aussie lady there one pick-up note (NPQ9613003010323) we received from the letter box in the morning and a...nother email notice (NPQ9558939010323). He went there and requested to pick up 2 parcels. The Aussie lady didn't check carefully the tracking number and was very rough and impolite to my husband and kept saying that is the same tracking number and only 1 parcel available to pick up.
