I have had multiple items lost \stolen as the posties leave items in a communcal mailbox area, which is well transited. Even though I have written to Australia post on in the past to let them know not to leave items there. Even though they say they have acknowledged this and will implement change, it has happen again!
I received a SMS saying my parcel had been delivered, I checked and no parcel. I contacted the sender to start a case with Australia Post last week. All they recieved was an email telling them to ask the received (me) to check ar...
Read moreound the place. I asked the sender to call back and add me as an authorised person to speak to them. I rang the people on the phone service, who advised me that I would be contacted. I have not been contacted by the distribution centre, this was on Friday, it is now Wednesday. I rang back and opened a cased yesterday to complain about my item being lost. I recieved an email today saying that the case had been "resolved" when i click on the link as it says to do, so that I can reply back, it doesn't show in my Australia Post account. At this stage all I want is my money back. I have 0 confidence the parcel will be located.Once again The Australia Post parcel delivery team Bexley 2207 couldn't be bothered delivering my package to my place. I was waiting near my door and had signs on the door when i temporarily went inside. No doorbell ringing, No Card etc . Then I got notified via email.."It's on it's way" . Then next .."ready to be be picked up at LPO" . This has happened too many times, . Not to mention parcels that never get recieved whatsoever, What next A Current Affair story? EO000832499AU

Australia Post sends me tracking notices when parcels arrive. The two most recent tracking numbers being APP417668202000935002 and APP417668201000935005. both notices received 5th May saying to pick up by 4th June. They say. Collect in 30 days.
Another two emails received for same parcels arrive a week later, demanding I collect both parcels in next couple of days or the parcels will be sent back to the overseas sender's address. This is two weeks earlier than Australia Post states in their own email saying parcels have arrived. So. I trave...

A parcel was onboard for delivery yesterday, I was outside beforehand but just as I close door and walk into my living room I got the dreaded “Attempted Delivery-No one in attendance” notification. This parcel was signature required yet a card was left in my letterbox soaking wet and as my living room is at the front of my house nobody knocked on my door. I called Australia Post and tried to explain what happened but the person who answered was absolutely unnecessarily rude I told him that I had a soaked card so nobody knocked his response was ...
Read morein a accusing tone “Well how did you get the card if you were outside but didn’t see the postie” I never said I saw him and if he had let me speak he would have known instead asked for the date on the card and said in a horrible manner “Well go get it tomorrow then” I shouldn’t have to as your delivery guy NEVER KNOCKED! IT WAS SIGNATURE REQUIRED! am tired of dealing with rude people from Australia Post and it isn’t the first review I’ve done on this horrid company.Find out how Australia Post compares to other Services

Paid for express postage, was due to arrive in Western Australia today, when I track it its been sitting in a nsw processing facility for 4 days with no movement. Express postage is a scam here in Australia it wont do anything. Absolute joke of a postage service.

There are floods in NSW? Fair and fine , common sense would suggest using an alternative delivery route instead of sending packages through affected areas
please this is not rocket science!!!!
Express post now means somewhere between 3 Days and months to get a package. The stress of never knowing if or when a package is going to arrive now means I just won't order online from stores that use AusPost.

Medication arrived 2 weeks late. Took so much patients and effort to get the job done for Auspost. Received first call a week after I first contacted them about issue. The first customer service people were were rude and unhelpful. The system seems flawed or purposefully difficult. Took another week to receive my medication. There was NO option to pick it up anywhere in FACT I was never once even told what happened or where my important parcel was. I believe anyone who claims they could, is either being dishonest or there was another issue at p...
Read morelay. It's quite upsetting to have been treated the way I was by Auspost and to have no way of getting to my medication and then to see a particular review here that claims they just made a call then same day picked it up from post office.... Yeah sure.- 2 reviews

i received a tracking update at 2.33pm "Onboard for delivery" 44 minutes before the delivery was attempted at 3.17pm and because of this i missed the delivery. Australia Post how about giving earlier updated notice i was home but busy at the backyard now i have to go to the post office in the morning to pick it up..so much for digital tracking technology to make things more convenient.

The whole 5 star rating system needs to be scrapped and overhauled along with Auspost.
The whole 5 star rating system needs to be scrapped and overhauled along with Auspost. Firing everyone is the only hope now #squadgoals. Zero stars!
I've had many bad exp. with Auspost but I thought I'd share some info of recent interaction. Two packages ordered the same day, from same supplier, received by Auspost the same time, are both off on seperate misadventures round this country. One is now in Bankstown the other, after bouncing back and forth from Chollura to the Bermuda triangle and back again, now rests further south of Chollura... ...

Lost parcel and continuously late delivering items they don't lose
Continually loses mail and parcels. I have had several items I've complained about. This is one item, the other was lost and another is late/lost. I have another two that have not arrived and are very late.
This is the response from the lost item: There is an update to your enquiry
Hello,
Thanks for your patience while we've been investigating the whereabouts of article ............... Our records indicate no further tracking updates for this item since the 07.03.2022.
All possible avenues for our investigation have now been exhausted and t...

I have ordered 4 items in the past two months and have had issues with all of them. One of the items has been lost twice (ordered 2 months ago within Australia). I think one star is overrating them!

I sent a package Express Post to my daughter. It contained her medication, left behind while visiting me. She got a call saying I'd addressed it incorrectly and they hadn't been able to deliver it. On giving them the correct address she was told to expect it today. It was late afternoon and not having received it I called and explained the situation. She needed the medication urgently. The employee I spoke to assured me he'd follow it up. Within 15mins my daughter had spoken to someone and was able to drive 10mins to the post office to get her parcel. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for their response. They were so compassionate and efficient. Thankyou for your fabulous service.

It’s like a lucky dip. You might get your package. U might not. They often damage your goods. Leave on the street. Just for the record that’s not a safe and secure location

If I could give no stars I would. I have been waiting OVER A MONTH for two parcels to arrive from Sydney to Melbourne. Tracking shows it has arrived in Melbourne a month ago and gone from the airport to a facility, back to the airport, back to facility..... PAST MY DOOR continuously for the past month! WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! Someone should be held responsible. This is crazy!!! I have received items from overseas, cheaper and faster!!!!! To top it off try contacting anyone to speak to!!!! Top price bottom service

Product ordered from Victoria business as a gift for me. AusPost app on my iphone sends me text that parcel will arrive from Fri to Wed of following week.On Fri update says Mon-Wed. Mon morning no message
Mon 12.08 text says unable to deliver collect at post office. Parcel is 16klg weight and I am 70 yrs old.
I have had many parcels delivered from the eastern states and they will generally arrive in Perth within a week only to sit at Perth airport or Kewdale/Welshpool depot for another week and some of them are no bigger than a CD case. Pretty poor service

Aust Post, 1st attempt: failed to deliver. Driver wasn't even in the same street when delivery was beeped 'delivered' into their system, then parcel was noted in tracking system as 'awaiting collection from Aust Post centre' (Even Aust Post Call Centre staff were gobsmacked). No calling card was left. Called Call Centre, redelivery requested. 2nd attempt: failed to deliver. Driver failed to even notify of their presence (no doorbell rung, didn't even attempt to enter the entryway/gate to try), I was present oblivious to their arrival. Left TWO ...
Read morecalling cards this time. Item is still with Aust Post and as I'm currently unable to leave my residence... lodged another request for Aust Post to actually deliver. Fingers crossed I finally receive my parcel. EDIT UPDATE: Parcel finally received 15 days after it was meant to be delivered! And, in case you're wondering, no. Aust Post didn't apologise/give reason for their action/lackthereof. To Aust Post, As a customer rendering your service, an inability to provide such in a timely manner (even taking into account covid, staff shortages, etc) you should be able to see that the two delivery attempts noted were less than acceptable. Instead of having one successful delivery, your staff had to repeat (x3). I hope you (Aust Post) reiterates the basic expectation to staff. Teachable moment.- 10 reviews

Tracking still shows it sitting in kelmescott and this is suppose to be express post. Call the number and finally when I was able to persuade the stu*id self service system that I want to speak to a customer service person I still had to wait for an hour on the phone to speak to someone.
I paid for (contracted) an International Express Parcel Service (5-7 working days) and two weeks on, no delivery as of today (09/05/22) . And only through the use of third-party tracking software am I to find that delivery is likely in yet another 6-11 days; based on recently tracked (Australia Post) network performance.
The first leg from the UK to Australia (via Royal Mail) was completed in an acceptable time frame. It is only since arriving in Australia that its journey has inexplicably ground to a halt.
To make matters worse: I have twice...
Read more contacted Australia Post by phone and they cannot confirm exactly where the package is currently: Is it in the same location as it was a week ago, as indicated by the tracking? "Possibly" Could it have moved and not been scanned out of that location? "Possibly" Add to that the obvious disinterest of the Australia Post 'support' staff and you have abject failure on an institutional level. Demoralising though the job must be (bearing the brunt of justifiably exasperated customers; day in, day out) it is not acceptable.this must be a joke, paid extra for express shipping and waited for 2+ weeks to get my parcel shipped from NSW to NSW, still have not received my stuff. Called customer service and asked me to wait for another 15 business days. rediculous.

On several occasions over the last couple of years I receive a message to say that my package was attempted to be delivered but failed due to no one being home etc. and it is now at the Post Office to collect. No you did not attempt, I am sitting right here in my office and can see the front door and street, and our front door is wide open... again. No one came. The PO is only open when I work... so its actually easier to go to the shops on the weekend rather than order online if Auspost is delivering.
On the latest occasion I called up to try...
Read more and get it re-delivered talked to a computer for a while and then was on hold for a while, then spoke to a person who put me back on hold, then they cut me off. 1st world problems I know, but this is the 4th or 5th time from them.- 2 reviews

The worst postal service bar none.
Why does it constantly take over a week to move packages from one place in Victoria to another place in Victoria.
