I'd give zero stars if I could
Meant to be delivering to a fairly new area and sometimes drivers have issues finding my address, though this has been less and less of a problem lately. Driver from ANC called several times, complaining that he was running late and "was only supposed to spend 2 minutes per delivery and it's been 15". Continuously pinned the blame on me for running late, refused to follow my directions into the estate. Was angry and unpleasant to deal with the whole time. Apparently lacked enough comprehension to read street signs as they were being described. Never had this level of rudeness from a delivery driver in the past.
Why would anyone use them
Ordered furniture from west elm in November.
Two things on back order and two things in stock in Sydney. I am in Brisbane.
Have now taken three days off work to get these items at their times they have to me and they never showed up or called.
When I called them they said that they couldn’t get the items from the warehouse yet no phone call to even let me know.
Now another day and another stuff up.
When west elm has made sure my items were available i now get another moved date. After taking today off work.
I have since found out anc actually own and run the warehouse. So if they say west elm didn’t hand it over. Then that is a lie.

Worst service ever; totally unreliable
ANC were supposed to pick up a mirror for return to West Elm. Pickup was cancelled without notice on three separate occasions, after I had come home from work each time especially to be there. I spent hours on the phone with ANC and West Elm trying to reschedule. I have never had such a frustrating and dissatisfying experience with any other purchase or delivery company. Avoid at all costs!
After reading reviews on here, I was concerned that we would have problems with the delivery of our Samsung fridge. As it turned out, apart from bringing the delivery date forward by three days (without us asking), everything else went really well. I received a text the day before delivery with an approximate time, then a phone call on the morning to say they were 10 minutes away. During the delivery process itself, the two delivery people were courteous and really careful. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Terrible Communication and No Accountability
ANC cancelled the first delivery with no contact whatsoever. I only found out through proactively checking the status page. The reason "Not Handed Over". When I contacted ANC they said the error message means there was no stock at the suppliers warehouse. They then told ME to contact the supplier to inform them and to reschedule a delivery. I indicated that logistics and supply issues are for the supplier and delivery partner to resolve, not the customer. I was basically fobbed off by ANC as it not being their issue to resolve.
The second deli...very they gave 30 minutes notice that they were arriving 6 hours before the scheduled window. We had someone home fortunately, but I was out. They also tried to deliver to next door, but luckily we managed to catch them. Despite ordering standard delivery AND installation, ANC said they don't do installations and basically dumped the delivery and took off. Leaving us with a massive box to work with. They did say "maybe someone else will come and do the install bit". If you're ordering something online, and the delivery partner is ANC, find another store to purchase from.
Samsung Australia and ANC stuff up
Facing same problem like other reviewers Ordered a Samsung LCD tv and was supposed to get the delivery first week of January in Melbourne.
We received a SMS the night before the delivery with the tracking no with a delivery window of 3 hrs.
Checked the tracking link in the morning and it shows a random picture of a box and a cross instead of a signature saying not delivered and to contact Samsung Australia.
Called Samsung numerous times with no resolution till date.
Next step is calling consumer affairs.
I ordered a sofa and an ottoman from a furniture company in Melbourne on Black Friday i.e at the end of November. Was told they had it in stock. After I paid, I was informed there was a delay with it. Their courier company ANC with a call centre in the Philippines informed me that both items would be delivered down stairs on 29.12. I asked them to call me back an hour later so I could organise a friend to get it upstairs for me. They never did. I made a number of calls the next day, dealt with different people in the call centre who had NO IDEA...what to do. When I finally got hold of an Aussie person, they no longer had deliveries on 29.12. She was highly annoyed with me for not wanting to deal with their call centre and offered me 30.12. delivery of both items. They confirmed the delivery yesterday for 2-5pm. Arrived here today at 11.00am! Driver showed up with 2 boxes, assuring me I got both items. Turns out I only got the sofa!!!! Am waiting to hear when they intend to deliver the ottoman before I'll cancel it. This company has terrible customer service and obviously can't handle an influx of orders. I DON'T RECOMMEND it to anyone and WILL make sure I don't deal with any company in the future that uses them for deliveries. Unless you too want this kind of service, I suggest you do the same.
BREACH OF PRIVACY
The driver messaged me hours after my package was delivered, wanting to be friends. This is not okay! It is a massive breach of my privacy and should be addressed by management.
Bunnings delivery was a day late . Driver damaged my partners car due to lack of care during delivery and hassled me about not reporting it.Unable to contact company via phone as number disabled and not reply to email. Very poor service.

Have been buying things from Bunnings (Perth - Clarkson) while working away lately, and getting them Delivered..
I can put in a order one day and its delivered the next - by ANC who have been absolutely amazing
Will call me if no-one is home, put our bin in front of the package, deliver and put in the shed, or carport so my wife doesn't have to carry the goods - take a photo of where they've put it (always out of out of view)

My only complaint would be that the courier was too early! I called prior to leaving home and, considering he was miles away, I didn't expect him to deliver before I returned. As it was, I received an SMS while on my way home and found my parcel was left at the back of the house as requested. Very happy.

Delivered at the exact time, even though we live in a rural area 3 hours from the city, beyond impressed! Arrived in excellent condition and they were very careful when unpacking.
I can see why all the other reviews on here are giving one star, I wish I could give less! It took them 14 days to delivery my order from Pottery Barn (who advertise delivery within 10 days) which they charged a $180 delivery fee for, because it was supposed to include assembly and removal of packaging. I got a text at 8pm last night to say they'd show up between 8am-11am today, which is during my work hours, so I called immediately to try and arrange a later time but received an automated message "you've called outside business hours". I had t...o arrange for someone else to be here to collect the delivery and when I got home there was a huge box just dumped in my kitchen. They didn't bother to do the assembly or remove the packaging (which there is loads off, this photo shows less than half of it). I'm now stuck with an enormous extending dining table in pieces in my kitchen and packaging absolutely everywhere. I don't have the ability to assemble this myself. When I called I was told he can come back but not until next weekend. So I can just have this stay like this for ANOTHER WEEK. I'm beyond furious with this company, absolutely disgraceful service.
the guys that delivered my washing machine were courteous
got a washing machine from GOOD GUYS and opted for premium delivery.... and we certainly received it!!!! no fuss, they installed the washer and took the old machine and the rubbish away with them.. AND were very pleasant young men as well, thank you.

About bloody time ANC
Not a paid review...But just got my delivery a day earlier than I expected. Nice for a change. Makes up for the last three times that were PATHETIC, two out of three were two days late. The drivers response, " Not my EFFING problem"....I kid you not.
