ANC

ANC are the delivery partner for a subscription service I used. 3 out of 5 orders I have had this year have been marked as fulfilled without providing a tracking number, without a notification of the delivery being on the way, without any attempt to contact me and no notification of delivery. Each time, following up through the subscription service, the ANC delivery note says their was “difficult accessing the property”. This does not happen with any other couriers and given the lack of communication described above, I see no attempt to make the delivery. The parcel is also not left at an alternative collection point.

Ordered few stuff from samsung. Got a delivery date for the 28th of July. We were at home the whole day and at 5pm we received a text as delivery failed as no one was home. Mind you we were doing our landscape all day and bloody no one came. Rescheduled for today and took another leave to await for order. same thing.. no one showed up. called them up and they said they having a delay on our items. what delay? more like crap. Every business needs to boycott them.

I ordered a produduct from an online retailer on a Monday a cuple weeks ago, ANC then calls me on the followingWednesday saying they could not deliver the item to my area at all.
I ask if they are sure as i have recently ordered something from an the same online retailer and i believe it was delivered by them also with no problem, and they told me they would call me back in 10-15 minutes...

GoodGuys use a more reliant delivery service, this one refuse to delivery a fridge I purchased even though they confirmed delivery the day before. I also informed them that there were stairs involved in the delivery.

Their driver delivered half my couch because ANC apparently doesn't check boxes to make sure they have the full order on the truck.

They then scheduled redelivery a week later without first checking my availability with me. When I asked if they could accommodate an earlier delivery time due to work commitments, they insisted that they couldn't.

I was forced to clear my schedule to accommodate the delivery, and then the supplier contacted me the day before the delivery to let me know they'd lost the item. I then got a text from ANC confirming ...

Waited 10 days for a delivery (ordering company said give it this long due to delays). You cannot track ANC online. I called them today and they did answer quickly to their credit.
They had instructions "authority to leave". Instead of leaving this in the mailbox/reception area, the delivery person left it under a window on the street. They deny responsibility given they didn't have any specific instructions and don't believe it is intuitive to not leave mail items on a public walkway.
I have to contact the ordering company now to sort this out.

arrived early, no hassles and no issues whatsoever brought right up to the front door as well as good communication via text. can’t complain. better than a lot of there’s out there

Package came to the door but the driver did not gave an effort to deliver . Very arrogant and didn’t bother to wait for few minutes aswell. Definitely not recommend to use the service.

I booked a time for delivery. The items never arrived and I am being told that my order is not in the system and that I need to contact the store (again).

I ordered a TV from Samsung on 3/3/22. First delivery attempt was made on 10/3/22. I was home waiting for the delivery. I missed the delivery even though I was home during the specified time and date. Just like everyone else reported here, I didn’t see a truck and they didn’t call me or ring a door bell. They claimed that they have attempted the delivery somehow I have missed it.

Waited all morning for a delivery and installation in inner city Sydney. Truck driver told parking 20 meters from home for drop off and parking. I was told it was too far and they could not park the truck because it was full of valuables (??) and DROVE OFF

Zero star, worst delivery company in Australia. Don't know why samsung is using this rubbish company for their deliveries where as there are alot of other better companies like dhl, tnt and fedex. Ordered tv from samsung 3 weeks ago still not recieved. This ANC keep cancelling my delivery for no reason. When i contact samsung they saying my tv is already with anc for delivery. And ANC on other end is hopeless.

They are yet to deliver my coffee table ordered from pottery barn even although they have said it’s been delivered. I even received a text message 5 mins before it was due to arrive (after waiting at home) to say they are sorry but it wasn’t even loaded on the truck?! Still waiting for this item to be delivered!
