Worst ever delivery service in Australia
Very bad service ever had. They rescheduled twice and no communication provided. I called them and after a long wait they told the delivery needs to be rescheduled due to no capacity to do it. If no capacity why they scheduled in first place, and no communication was made. Very frustrated. Show detailsPerfect Delivery

Absolutely appalling service. The delivery driver called & started to yell at me for not meeting him downstairs complaining there was no parking outside of the apartment complex, I paid for a home delivery inside the home not for my ikea packages to be delivered outside the apartment foyer so was quite confused why he even wanted me to come downstairs. When I went downstairs there was 2 of them in front of 2 free car spaces & met with hostility & abuse. I had to repeatedly request for the main one to calm down & stop yelling as the other one co... Read morentinued to just watch. The driver also remarked ‘do you even want us to deliver’ as though challenging me. He eventually calmed down & started to apologise but I was already pretty distressed from all the abuse I had to endure. I have reported this incident to ikea & will also be following up with a call to this company. These drivers need to understand that when people specifically choose the option for in house delivery it is for a special reason & would prefer not to have to come meet them especially for those that aren’t able to assist with moving the packages into the home if it is heavy. There was 2 drivers with a trolley, all they had to do was buzz my intercom & go up a lift. So simple yet the interaction was so distressing & was made to go downstairs for no reason. I hope IKEA decides to choose another delivery partner as by the sounds of it there are plenty of other unsatisfied customers!THE WORSE SERVICE EVER
complete lack of communication making you wait for hours for the delivery and then 5 minutes notice.The driver did not want to do his job, because finding a parking spot was difficult.m, so he was rushing with zero care factor.
He parked in a rush blocking the entrance of my building garage. Causing all sort of trouble with my neighbours.
I asked couple of times to check that all items were delivered and responded “I am taking pictures”
The result of his negligence is that the bed I purchased from IKEA couldn’t be assembled and I have to wait another week.

Absolutely disgusting service.First he said that he couldn't take the mattresses up the stairs because it's a new house and he could damage the walls I said so take it up the stairs and don't damage the walls He says oh but I might I said well don't It's a new house also he was trailing mud both of them up from outside into the timber floors up the stairs and onto my new carpet of my new house build.

I would like someone to call me and give me a phone call because the mud and cleaning that is now required to clean my carpet in my brand new house is unacceptable
Wrong item delivered and Rude over the phone
Wrong item delivered on 11/12/23, Monday. Rang today 12/12/23, Tuesday at around 7.35am (WA time) and inform the girl I spoke with that I have limited time coz im on my way to work. The bbq griller delivered wasn't the one paid for. There 2 air fryers waiting to be delivered. I query about the wrong item to the girl and she told me to ring the supplier which I told her I already did before ringing them. I wasn't able to get through with the supplier that's why I'm getting more with them.(anc) she told me since I'm on my way to work I have to r... Read moreing the supplier later in the day. I then query about the 2 air fryers that was ordered at the same time and she asked for the tracking no. which I have mentioned on the first item. When I can't provide any tracking no. She said only the griller was booked and can't find any other info re the fryers. I did mention that someone rang me yesterday and confirmed my name and address for the delivery today between 10am to 1pm. And yet she said I can't find any info and since your on a limited time, ring the supplier when you're at work during your free time. I stop for a few minutes and then I said ah okay Thank you! Then I hang up. My complaint is " she's pushing me to go to work and enquire with the supplier whereas I know when to stop the conversation before I leave my house. The purpose of my call was to informed your mistake item delivered to me and to ask where are the 2 air fryers? I can feel she's trying to end our conversation in a different tone of her voice and pushing me to go to work since I mentioned I have a limited time. I know what to do she don't have to tell me. The driver was nice and apologetic about the mistake in unloading the wrong item. Our short convo from yesterday and today thru messages was good and swapped the item. All sorted today with the bbq griller. I'm still waiting for the details on 2 air fryers that was meant to be delivered today.Delivered on time and super friendly

I purchased my new fridge from my local store which organised delivery via ANC. I paid for a premium service for install of my new fridge and removal of my old fridge and I was advised that it would be done with no problems at all. ANC were given specific instructions, that the delivery was for a town house with a narrow staircase and that it would require 2 people to deliver.They arrived at my property, assessed the area, put marks all over the walls, were rude and spoke in their own language right in front on me, complaining that both frid... ges were too heavy to install and remove. They complained that they would need 4 people to do it, said it was too heavy and would hurt their backs. I then spoke with their boss over the phone, he was refusing for his workers to compete the work also, was rude and very abrupt over the phone and said it wont be done. Not only did I pay for a premium service, but both my new fridge wasn't installed and my old fridge wasn't taken away, which I paid for. They refused to come back and help me install the new fridge and take the old one away. I am completely disappointed and furious that this company has left me in this situation. When i moved to my property, not only did my removalists get my original fridge up with no problem, they only had 2 people moving it and wernt rude to me at all! Beside the point of them being removalists, if your a removalist or a delivery contractor, if you commit to a job, then complete the job to a customers satisfaction, not be a rude company, don't take on the job if you cant handle it or cant do it. AVOID ANC DELIVERS - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEWe ordered a fridge from the Good Guys and paid for premium delivery which included delivery and installation. I will never buy anything from the Good Guys while they continue to use ANC Delivers.
The delivery was on time which is great, but as soon as the driver came into the house to see where it needed to go he became aggressive and outright refused to bring the fridge into the house as it needed to come down some stairs. y time was being confirmed that morning. The driver then claimed he couldn't get his van down our driveway. This is strange since the moving company we used were able to get a larger van down no worries. He then said the fridge wouldn't fit in the gate, so I removed the latch on the gate. After 20 minutes of him arguing with us, he eventually brought the fridge down the driveway. I helped him with it down the stairs while he aggressively shouted at me. I have never had such a poor experience with any company, delivery or otherwise, and it looks like I'm not the only one who has had a similar experience.Late with no communication or apology
I placed an order via IKEA and booked a delivery date. I was given a 7am to 7pm delivery slot.They never arrived nor communicated they were not coming
They came the next day, no apology and no care that someone had stayed home a full day.
