I ordered a TV from Samsung on 3/3/22. First delivery attempt was made on 10/3/22. I was home waiting for the delivery. I missed the delivery even though I was home during the specified time and date. Just like everyone else reported here, I didn’t see a truck and they didn’t call me or ring a door bell. They claimed that they have attempted the delivery somehow I have missed it.

Waited all morning for a delivery and installation in inner city Sydney. Truck driver told parking 20 meters from home for drop off and parking. I was told it was too far and they could not park the truck because it was full of valuables (??) and DROVE OFF
No idea when I will receive my dishwasher.

Zero star, worst delivery company in Australia. Don't know why samsung is using this rubbish company for their deliveries where as there are alot of other better companies like dhl, tnt and fedex. Ordered tv from samsung 3 weeks ago still not recieved. This ANC keep cancelling my delivery for no reason. When i contact samsung they saying my tv is already with anc for delivery. And ANC on other end is hopeless.

They are yet to deliver my coffee table ordered from pottery barn even although they have said it’s been delivered. I even received a text message 5 mins before it was due to arrive (after waiting at home) to say they are sorry but it wasn’t even loaded on the truck?! Still waiting for this item to be delivered!

Meant to be delivering to a fairly new area and sometimes drivers have issues finding my address, though this has been less and less of a problem lately. Driver from ANC called several times, complaining that he was running late and "was only supposed to spend 2 minutes per delivery and it's been 15". Continuously pinned the blame on me for running late, refused to follow my directions into the estate. Was angry and unpleasant to deal with the whole time. Apparently lacked enough comprehension to read street signs as they were being described. Never had this level of rudeness from a delivery driver in the past.

Got an Ikea order delivered by these guys and one item was missing. Not a huge problem in itself. But when I go to the store I can't get a refund because 'I signed that everything was there', Low and behold theres a fake signature and photos of my doorstep. Ordered from pottery barn kids in November. Received text message in January saying they were delivering the following day. My partner took the morning off work and no one showed up. Pottery Barn are great! But ANC can't read directions. They sent my delivery to the wrong address. ANC never read their emails or updates. I spoke to a female the day before delivery. She assured me that she has written the correct address of delivery and there will be no problem. First delivery did not arrive despite a call the day prior. When I called Samsung they told me they could not help because the item had been dispatched. Samsung would not provide the name of the courier or a tracking number. The tracking function on the Samsung Website does not function and I spent hours on hold with Samsung only to be hung up on multiple times.

After reading through the reviews here, I can see that I am not alone in dealing with ANC. The absolute worst experience I have ever had and the first comment/review I have ever written.

I have 2 items ordered to be delivered through them. They keep on changing delivery dates. When there are changes, they don't let you know. Marked my item as "delivered" but it never was. Called them and they are just blaming the shop. They don't know where or when any of the items will be delivered. Absolute useless. Avoid at all cost!

Spoke to driver driver morning delivery due to advise on best access to our location. Driver ignored advice and didn't bother delivering product. Spoke to company about failure of delivery, they weren't interested!

ANC cancelled the first delivery with no contact whatsoever. I only found out through proactively checking the status page. The reason "Not Handed Over". When I contacted ANC they said the error message means there was no stock at the suppliers warehouse. They then told ME to contact the supplier to inform them and to reschedule a delivery. I indicated that logistics and supply issues are for the supplier and delivery partner to resolve, not the customer. I was basically fobbed off by ANC as it not being their issue to resolve.

ANC cancelled the first delivery, the second scheduled for a week later. Day before confirmed delivery I received confirmation SMS, but then 3 hours before delivery I check the tracking page and it says "not handed over, contact Samsung" with a random signature. No communication from ANC.
