ANC Courier service
My experience dealing with ANC Courier Service was very stressful. They failed to deliver my new Miele dishwasher on the appointed day without any explanation or even contact (there has never been an explanation). After 2 further wasted days of extensive calls to Miele and Good Guys (the vendor), a new delivery date was finally arranged. On that day, there was no contact providing delivery details until I rang yet again. This was then one week later. The 2 guys who delivered and installed the machine were polite and efficient. But I would not recommend ANC and wonder why any reputable company continues to use them.

INCOMPETENT COMPANY
I never have chosen the company by myself.
but the brillant online shop i bought, Pottery Barn Kids, chose this idiotic company for delivery.
and as you all have seen from other reviews and stars given.

I'd give zero stars if I could
Meant to be delivering to a fairly new area and sometimes drivers have issues finding my address, though this has been less and less of a problem lately. Driver from ANC called several times, complaining that he was running late and "was only supposed to spend 2 minutes per delivery and it's been 15". Continuously pinned the blame on me for running late, refused to follow my directions into the estate. Was angry and unpleasant to deal with the whole time. Apparently lacked enough comprehension to read street signs as they were being described. Never had this level of rudeness from a delivery driver in the past.
Why would anyone use them
Ordered furniture from west elm in November.
Two things on back order and two things in stock in Sydney. I am in Brisbane.
Have now taken three days off work to get these items at their times they have to me and they never showed up or called.
When I called them they said that they couldn’t get the items from the warehouse yet no phone call to even let me know.
Now another day and another stuff up.
When west elm has made sure my items were available i now get another moved date. After taking today off work.
I have since found out anc actually own and run the warehouse. So if they say west elm didn’t hand it over. Then that is a lie.
It is all ANC run and stuff ups

Worst service ever; totally unreliable
ANC were supposed to pick up a mirror for return to West Elm. Pickup was cancelled without notice on three separate occasions, after I had come home from work each time especially to be there. I spent hours on the phone with ANC and West Elm trying to reschedule. I have never had such a frustrating and dissatisfying experience with any other purchase or delivery company. Avoid at all costs!

I place an order via Pottery Barn on 26 December 2021 for a bed frame. Understandably, everyone was facing delays over Christmas. In line with the advice provided at the order point, I was expecting my bed mid-February 2022.
Firstly, I received a text message from ANC on 20 January 2022 advising my delivery was scheduled on 21 January 2022 between 9am-12pm. I left work on this day to be available to accept delivery. The delivery never arrived and I was not contacted by anyone.

Further, I can't understand why anybody is still using this horrible company. No word from Pottery Barn of ANC for some time. It wasn't until I was contacted by ANC around the beginning of March, confirming that delivery was now scheduled for Wednesday 16 March 2022 and that I would receive a text message the day before with a specific time frame. I again arranged to be home on this day. On Thursday 10 March 2022, I received a text message advising delivery will occur on Friday 11 March 2022 between 8am-11am. Given the short notice, my ability to accept delivery was limited. At 8:11am, I received a message saying that delivery was expected in 60 minutes. I left work to accept delivery. I received a phone call whilst I was driving home from Amelia, one of my delivery drivers who was at my home address, I advised that I wasn't far away. By the time I got home, the driver had left. I arrived home at 9:05am.Professional Delivery by Professional Driver.
ANC delivery driver was probably the best professional, well mannered and kind human being I have encountered. His Last name is Fawzia. He came with another person. Delivered, unpacked, installed and removed my old washer and all packaging. Even turned it on and showed me that it works. Even though he had 40 deliveries today and I was the second last, they still managed to keep their smile on. Truly amazed by their hard work. Well done. Keep up the good work.

I've never seen such consistency in relation to negative customer experiences on review sites. Everyone is having the same issues with delays and I'm no different.
I ordered a television on the 31st of January. It was initially promised on the 16th of February but this date has been pushed back twice. The first time it was pushed back, it took 3 weeks and two follow-ups with the merchant for another date to be provided. It's just been pushed back another 3 days with no delivery time specified.

Read more rate for larger items and is hence the delivery partner for merchants such as Bunnings, West Elm, Samsung, etc. The impact to customer sentiment isn't worth the dollars saved and I'd discourage any reputable company from choosing ANC to deliver. The item still hasn't arrived but I'm holding out hope for next week's indicative delivery date.- 2 reviews
Good delivery
After reading reviews on here, I was concerned that we would have problems with the delivery of our Samsung fridge. As it turned out, apart from bringing the delivery date forward by three days (without us asking), everything else went really well. I received a text the day before delivery with an approximate time, then a phone call on the morning to say they were 10 minutes away. During the delivery process itself, the two delivery people were courteous and really careful. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Excellent Service
Received a delivery from Ikea. The delivery person, Sami was fantastic and kept us informed the entire time by calling to let me know how far away he was. Once here, Sami helped my husband bring the heavy items upstairs to the apartment as I was on crutches. Very happy with the service provided by Sami.
The worse experience of my life with ANC delivers
I got a death threat and being rapped by the foreign delivers guys in my own house and I reported to the media and to my local police department this is not acceptable at all !!!!

Courteous service
Received a delivery from Bunnings via delivery person Malik. He was a most courteous young man who ensured that the item was carefully delivered. He arrived as per time indicated and sent tracking info prior to arrival. Process expedited with due care and courtesy. I choose not to link this review to any account, but I wanted to affirm the young driver.

SamsungAU/ANC - Worst Possible Combination Ever
I am currently facing the exact same issue as every other person posted a review here.
I placed my order (just over $2000 in value) on 02/01/2022 and it was scheduled for delivery on 12/01/2022. When I tracked the delivery to check status, it said "Not Delivered". Under the reason, it read "Not handed over". When I followed up with SamsungAU, I was told that the goods are with the courier (ANC) and I was given a direct contact and a reference number. Terrible Communication and No Accountability
ANC cancelled the first delivery with no contact whatsoever. I only found out through proactively checking the status page. The reason "Not Handed Over". When I contacted ANC they said the error message means there was no stock at the suppliers warehouse. They then told ME to contact the supplier to inform them and to reschedule a delivery. I indicated that logistics and supply issues are for the supplier and delivery partner to resolve, not the customer. I was basically fobbed off by ANC as it not being their issue to resolve.

Read morevery they gave 30 minutes notice that they were arriving 6 hours before the scheduled window. We had someone home fortunately, but I was out. They also tried to deliver to next door, but luckily we managed to catch them. Despite ordering standard delivery AND installation, ANC said they don't do installations and basically dumped the delivery and took off. Leaving us with a massive box to work with. They did say "maybe someone else will come and do the install bit". Facing same problem like other reviewers Ordered a Samsung LCD tv and was supposed to get the delivery first week of January in Melbourne.
We received a SMS the night before the delivery with the tracking no with a delivery window of 3 hrs.
Checked the tracking link in the morning and it shows a random picture of a box and a cross instead of a signature saying not delivered and to contact Samsung Australia.
Called Samsung numerous times with no resolution till date.
Next step is calling consumer affairs.
