ZERO STARS! One of the worst delivery service available in Australia. Team members are extremely unprofessional, don't have any experience or knowledge, never on time. Doesn't speak English. Above all they handle all the products so poorly that I receive damaged goods all the time. I saw them handling products poorly in front of me.

Worst delivery company ever. They lie constantly about deliveries. Send Google street view images to bunnings saying they were at the house and this is the photo they took. Why do companies use this service it makes them look extremely poor. Will not deal with Bunnings again due to their delivery partner.

Zero star, worst delivery company in Australia. Don't know why samsung is using this rubbish company for their deliveries where as there are alot of other better companies like dhl, tnt and fedex. Ordered tv from samsung 3 weeks ago still not recieved. This ANC keep cancelling my delivery for no reason. When i contact samsung they saying my tv is already with anc for delivery. And ANC on other end is hopeless.

They are yet to deliver my coffee table ordered from pottery barn even although they have said it’s been delivered. I even received a text message 5 mins before it was due to arrive (after waiting at home) to say they are sorry but it wasn’t even loaded on the truck?! Still waiting for this item to be delivered!

Meant to be delivering to a fairly new area and sometimes drivers have issues finding my address, though this has been less and less of a problem lately. Driver from ANC called several times, complaining that he was running late and "was only supposed to spend 2 minutes per delivery and it's been 15". Continuously pinned the blame on me for running late, refused to follow my directions into the estate. Was angry and unpleasant to deal with the whole time. Apparently lacked enough comprehension to read street signs as they were being described. Never had this level of rudeness from a delivery driver in the past.

Got an Ikea order delivered by these guys and one item was missing. Not a huge problem in itself. But when I go to the store I can't get a refund because 'I signed that everything was there', Low and behold theres a fake signature and photos of my doorstep. I was actually home for this delivery and had my door open but they didn't knock or even attempt. First delivery did not arrive despite a call the day prior. When I called Samsung they told me they could not help because the item had been dispatched. Samsung would not provide the name of the courier or a tracking number. The tracking function on the Samsung Website does not function and I spent hours on hold with Samsung only to be hung up on multiple times.

I place an order via Pottery Barn on 26 December 2021 for a bed frame. Understandably, everyone was facing delays over Christmas. In line with the advice provided at the order point, I was expecting my bed mid-February 2022.

Firstly, I received a text message from ANC on 20 January 2022 advising my delivery was scheduled on 21 January 2022 between 9am-12pm. I left work on this day to be available to accept delivery. The delivery never arrived and I was not contacted by anyone.

After reading through the reviews here, I can see that I am not alone in dealing with ANC. The absolute worst experience I have ever had and the first comment/review I have ever written.
Ordered a TV and sound system from Samsung, no problem. Then got the message that it will be delivered in two weeks. I got a death threat and being rapped by the foreign delivers guys in my own house and I reported to the media and to my local police department this is not acceptable at all !!!!

ANC cancelled the first delivery with no contact whatsoever. I only found out through proactively checking the status page. The reason "Not Handed Over". When I contacted ANC they said the error message means there was no stock at the suppliers warehouse. They then told ME to contact the supplier to inform them and to reschedule a delivery. I indicated that logistics and supply issues are for the supplier and delivery partner to resolve, not the customer. I was basically fobbed off by ANC as it not being their issue to resolve.

They left without unloading my delivery. Both me and my partner was there outside and they found excuses then drove off without even saying anything.

I paid extra for express delivery. It was a very important delivery.

I ordered 2items at pet circle and received an email from them that items had delivered. however I did not receive items as this company delivered to totally different place this monday. i contacted pet circle then they told me that ANC has been busy and can not deliver to me until next monday. I can not belive why i need to wait another 1 week? this is thier fault and i have never had such a bad customer service before as usuaaly if post office mistakes they do deliver to me next day. This company is unprofessional and very bad customer service. They even do not apologise to me and i can not understand how they could so this business. i might go to consumer protection or somewhere to co plain further as my items are now missing.

Drivers installed a fridge with a dent in it into my new house when they clearly saw it and should have taken it back. Told me to contact Good Guys instead and didn't take it back. They also dented a hole into the wall of my house I just got handover for. I rang Good Guys to give me a replacement fridge the next day and they said to wait 8am-11am so I skipped a second day of work.
