It’s the worst company in Australia
I ordered a TV from Samsung on 3/3/22. First delivery attempt was made on 10/3/22. I was home waiting for the delivery. I missed the delivery even though I was home during the specified time and date. Just like everyone else reported here, I didn’t see a truck and they didn’t call me or ring a door bell. They claimed that they have attempted the delivery somehow I have missed it.
Things really get worse. I got this message saying “your delivery was unsuccessful. Contact Samsung for reschedule” so I did. Each call to Samsung customer service t...ook more than 30 mins and each time they say ANC will contact me in 5-10 days for redelivery. It took me 2 months and 9 calls to Samsung customer service to receive a call from ANC for the 2nd delivery attempt. On 16/5/22, I got a call from ANC, the delivery will come on 19/5/22. On 18/5/22, a day before the delivery, I received a text the delivery will come between 10:30-1:30 and they provide a link for tracking. On 19/5/22, I tracked my delivery around 10:00am, 30 mins before the scheduled delivery slot, I got “your delivery was unsuccessful. Contact Samsung for reschedule” massage again. They don’t even bother to attempt to deliver. They fail your delivery 30 mins before the specified delivery slot. It is the worst logistics company in Australia. Please avoid ANC at all costs. I do not know when can I get my TV delivered.
ANC Courier service
My experience dealing with ANC Courier Service was very stressful. They failed to deliver my new Miele dishwasher on the appointed day without any explanation or even contact (there has never been an explanation). After 2 further wasted days of extensive calls to Miele and Good Guys (the vendor), a new delivery date was finally arranged. On that day, there was no contact providing delivery details until I rang yet again. This was then one week later. The 2 guys who delivered and installed the machine were polite and efficient. But I would not recommend ANC and wonder why any reputable company continues to use them.

Waited all morning for a delivery and installation in inner city Sydney. Truck driver told parking 20 meters from home for drop off and parking. I was told it was too far and they could not park the truck because it was full of valuables (??) and DROVE OFF
No idea when I will receive my dishwasher.
Worst Delivery Company in Australia
Zero star, worst delivery company in Australia. Don't know why samsung is using this rubbish company for their deliveries where as there are alot of other better companies like dhl, tnt and fedex. Ordered tv from samsung 3 weeks ago still not recieved. This ANC keep cancelling my delivery for no reason. When i contact samsung they saying my tv is already with anc for delivery. And ANC on other end is hopeless.
Pretend to deliver
They are yet to deliver my coffee table ordered from pottery barn even although they have said it’s been delivered. I even received a text message 5 mins before it was due to arrive (after waiting at home) to say they are sorry but it wasn’t even loaded on the truck?! Still waiting for this item to be delivered!
Got an Ikea order delivered by these guys and one item was missing. Not a huge problem in itself. But when I go to the store I can't get a refund because 'I signed that everything was there', Low and behold theres a fake signature and photos of my doorstep. I was actually home for this delivery and had my door open but they didn't knock or even attempt. They dropped the packages (which were damaged) and I can tell they noticed that some were missing as they were yelling expletives up and down the street while unloading. Then they dropped the pa...ckages, forged my signature, and ran. Now I am out several hundreds of dollars without a refund for 'signing' and the drivers have committed a federal offence. Thanks for that. Theres also no direct way to contact with complaints as their website seems to be commercially focused rather than customer.
Why would anyone use them
Ordered furniture from west elm in November.
Two things on back order and two things in stock in Sydney. I am in Brisbane.
Have now taken three days off work to get these items at their times they have to me and they never showed up or called.
When I called them they said that they couldn’t get the items from the warehouse yet no phone call to even let me know.
Now another day and another stuff up.
When west elm has made sure my items were available i now get another moved date. After taking today off work.
I have since found out anc actually own and run the warehouse. So if they say west elm didn’t hand it over. Then that is a lie.

Ordered from pottery barn kids in November. Received text message in January saying they were delivering the following day. My partner took the morning off work and no one showed up. There was never any correspondence to explain or to reschedule delivery. 2 months later and 6 excruciating phone calls to pottery barn / ANC later I am none the wiser as to where my delivery is and whether it will be delivered this year. Empty promises each time and pure incompetence with each company blaming the other and taking zero responsibility for their sho...rt comings and poor communication skills. Will avoid ANC and pottery barn like the plague in future. Children who have completed grade 5 education would be more skilled than these adults at reviewing the problem and making a plan moving forwards. Kate
They don't listen or read emails
Pottery Barn are great! But ANC can't read directions. They sent my delivery to the wrong address. ANC never read their emails or updates. I spoke to a female the day before delivery. She assured me that she has written the correct address of delivery and there will be no problem. I had little faith and sent a email in the morning to ANC and a text message reply to their notification text. Was forced to report it to Pottery Barn once again. Pottery Barn will contact them as they can't understand why ANC didn't update the information for the dri...ver. Address was updated on the 18th February 2022. It was plenty of time for ANC to update the address change. Hopefully the next reshudule delivery will be correct address without complications. Pottery Barn should cancel ANC.
Absolutely woeful. Call centre in Phillipines just hangs up. Samsung goods missing. Beware.
First delivery did not arrive despite a call the day prior. When I called Samsung they told me they could not help because the item had been dispatched. Samsung would not provide the name of the courier or a tracking number. The tracking function on the Samsung Website does not function and I spent hours on hold with Samsung only to be hung up on multiple times.
I emailed the online support team at Samsung per instructions on the website and was supposed to have a response within 24 hours. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting. I finally got th...rough to Samsung and was told the shipper was DB Schenker and that the problem was theirs. I was not given a tracking number or consignment number and had to identify myself by phone number and email address. They told me the delivery was outsourced to ANC so I called their call centre based offshore. I was continually fobbed off and told the delivery was pushed back. On the third time this occurred I asked why and they told me a driver tried to call but couldn’t get through. I asked if the driver left a message, what time this call was made and by whom. They could not answer this and when pressed, they admitted this had not occurred. Incompetence bordering on criminal.

I place an order via Pottery Barn on 26 December 2021 for a bed frame. Understandably, everyone was facing delays over Christmas. In line with the advice provided at the order point, I was expecting my bed mid-February 2022.
Firstly, I received a text message from ANC on 20 January 2022 advising my delivery was scheduled on 21 January 2022 between 9am-12pm. I left work on this day to be available to accept delivery. The delivery never arrived and I was not contacted by anyone.
I then made contact via Pottery Barn, who confirmed they would fo...llow up my order on their end. I was told by Pottery Barn that this was a common theme for ANC and lots of their clients complain. Further, I can't understand why anybody is still using this horrible company. No word from Pottery Barn of ANC for some time. It wasn't until I was contacted by ANC around the beginning of March, confirming that delivery was now scheduled for Wednesday 16 March 2022 and that I would receive a text message the day before with a specific time frame. I again arranged to be home on this day. On Thursday 10 March 2022, I received a text message advising delivery will occur on Friday 11 March 2022 between 8am-11am. Given the short notice, my ability to accept delivery was limited. At 8:11am, I received a message saying that delivery was expected in 60 minutes. I left work to accept delivery. I received a phone call whilst I was driving home from Amelia, one of my delivery drivers who was at my home address, I advised that I wasn't far away. By the time I got home, the driver had left. I arrived home at 9:05am.

ANC delivery driver was probably the best professional, well mannered and kind human being I have encountered. His Last name is Fawzia. He came with another person. Delivered, unpacked, installed and removed my old washer and all packaging. Even turned it on and showed me that it works. Even though he had 40 deliveries today and I was the second last, they still managed to keep their smile on. Truly amazed by their hard work. Well done. Keep up the good work.

After reading through the reviews here, I can see that I am not alone in dealing with ANC. The absolute worst experience I have ever had and the first comment/review I have ever written.
Ordered a TV and sound system from Samsung, no problem. Then got the message that it will be delivered in two weeks. I Rang Samsung and asked if I can pick the item up at a store instead of using delivery. They said you need to speak to ANC. I've never seen such consistency in relation to negative customer experiences on review sites. Everyone is having the same issues with delays and I'm no different.
I ordered a television on the 31st of January. It was initially promised on the 16th of February but this date has been pushed back twice. The first time it was pushed back, it took 3 weeks and two follow-ups with the merchant for another date to be provided. It's just been pushed back another 3 days with no delivery time specified.
I have a feeling that ANC provides a competitive...rate for larger items and is hence the delivery partner for merchants such as Bunnings, West Elm, Samsung, etc. The impact to customer sentiment isn't worth the dollars saved and I'd discourage any reputable company from choosing ANC to deliver. The item still hasn't arrived but I'm holding out hope for next week's indicative delivery date.
