Excellent delivery driver
We have just received our delivery, the driver Rasheed was the most kindest man, we live up 5 flights of stairs and in no way would I have been able to carry the delivery, ( a loft bed) he made it look effortless but we just wanted your company to know what lovely helpful drivers you have. 10/10 for Rasheed. We hope he knows how much we appreciate his help today

We were expecting a sofa from West Elm and found out it was to be delivered by ANC. We were really apprehensive about it looking at the reviews, however, our experience was great. The two men (Lai and his son) were on time, upbeat, friendly and handled it with care. If you’re expecting a delivery and feeling nervous; I find sometimes only the bad experiences get posted online hence why I wanted to write this review. (Perth, WA)
A very polite, helpful and efficient driver delivered our Ikea items today to Grays Point. The phone call beforehand and related phone messages were very much appreciated. A really great service. Thank you!
ANC Courier service
My experience dealing with ANC Courier Service was very stressful. They failed to deliver my new Miele dishwasher on the appointed day without any explanation or even contact (there has never been an explanation). After 2 further wasted days of extensive calls to Miele and Good Guys (the vendor), a new delivery date was finally arranged. On that day, there was no contact providing delivery details until I rang yet again. This was then one week later. The 2 guys who delivered and installed the machine were polite and efficient. But I would not recommend ANC and wonder why any reputable company continues to use them.
Professional Delivery by Professional Driver.
ANC delivery driver was probably the best professional, well mannered and kind human being I have encountered. His Last name is Fawzia. He came with another person. Delivered, unpacked, installed and removed my old washer and all packaging. Even turned it on and showed me that it works. Even though he had 40 deliveries today and I was the second last, they still managed to keep their smile on. Truly amazed by their hard work. Well done. Keep up the good work.
After reading reviews on here, I was concerned that we would have problems with the delivery of our Samsung fridge. As it turned out, apart from bringing the delivery date forward by three days (without us asking), everything else went really well. I received a text the day before delivery with an approximate time, then a phone call on the morning to say they were 10 minutes away. During the delivery process itself, the two delivery people were courteous and really careful. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Would never use this company if I had the choice
I was given very short notice my delivery was coming. I didn't expect for the delivery to occur on a Sunday. If I was given a days notice I would have been able to clear my day for the delivery and make sure I was home. The delivery driver was sat in the car when I answered the door and said "can I get someone to help me". Lucky my partner was home and went out to "help" or should I say do his job for him. He pointed which were our packages and just watched as my partner lifted them on his own from the back of the ute and brought them in to our...house. This delivery driver then stood at the door and took photos for proof of delivery but then wanted to step inside our house to take photos. I explained that in current times I don't want anyone entering my house which he then replied " this is why we don't take deliveries into the house". So why is he trying to enter my house? He took the photo from the doorway why did he need to come inside my house which he says he didn't want to deliver the products into my house do because of covid but yet he wants to enter to take a photo. That's a bit of a contradiction. We paid $40 for a service that was useless. I'm 8 months pregnant and my partner has back issues and had to pick up the packages from this man's ute on his own and bring them into the house. Would he request the same from an elderly? All I expect is the person to deliver the packages outside at the front door not just watch someone else do it andnot help. Next time we'll we will just drive there and pick it up ourselves. Would I have been expected to pick up the items from the back of the ute if my partner wasn't home. I definitely would not recommend your delivery service to anyone.
Received a delivery from Bunnings via delivery person Malik. He was a most courteous young man who ensured that the item was carefully delivered. He arrived as per time indicated and sent tracking info prior to arrival. Process expedited with due care and courtesy. I choose not to link this review to any account, but I wanted to affirm the young driver.
SamsungAU/ANC - Worst Possible Combination Ever
I am currently facing the exact same issue as every other person posted a review here.
I placed my order (just over $2000 in value) on 02/01/2022 and it was scheduled for delivery on 12/01/2022. When I tracked the delivery to check status, it said "Not Delivered". Under the reason, it read "Not handed over". When I followed up with SamsungAU, I was told that the goods are with the courier (ANC) and I was given a direct contact and a reference number. When I rang ANC, they mentioned that SamsungAU never handed the goods over to them. I immediat...
I ordered a sofa and an ottoman from a furniture company in Melbourne on Black Friday i.e at the end of November. Was told they had it in stock. After I paid, I was informed there was a delay with it. Their courier company ANC with a call centre in the Philippines informed me that both items would be delivered down stairs on 29.12. I asked them to call me back an hour later so I could organise a friend to get it upstairs for me. They never did. I made a number of calls the next day, dealt with different people in the call centre who had NO IDEA...what to do. When I finally got hold of an Aussie person, they no longer had deliveries on 29.12. She was highly annoyed with me for not wanting to deal with their call centre and offered me 30.12. delivery of both items. They confirmed the delivery yesterday for 2-5pm. Arrived here today at 11.00am! Driver showed up with 2 boxes, assuring me I got both items. Turns out I only got the sofa!!!! Am waiting to hear when they intend to deliver the ottoman before I'll cancel it. This company has terrible customer service and obviously can't handle an influx of orders. I DON'T RECOMMEND it to anyone and WILL make sure I don't deal with any company in the future that uses them for deliveries. Unless you too want this kind of service, I suggest you do the same.
BREACH OF PRIVACY
The driver messaged me hours after my package was delivered, wanting to be friends. This is not okay! It is a massive breach of my privacy and should be addressed by management.
Bunnings delivery was a day late . Driver damaged my partners car due to lack of care during delivery and hassled me about not reporting it.Unable to contact company via phone as number disabled and not reply to email. Very poor service.
After reading the previous reviews I feared the worst that I may never see my Bunnings order. I had a text message first thing this morning and a follow up message mid morning advising me the delivery was 20 minutes away. The message contained a real time tracking link and he arrived on time. I had ordered a number of items ( some quite heavy) which arrived in perfect condition and unloaded with no fuss. The driver was the happiest and friendliest delivery driver we have had during the whole pandemic.
Disappointing driver, head office
Delivery driver didn't watch where he was walking and stood on and broke my sons toy. This was ok, as accidents happen. But ANC head office didn't want to know about it, which was quite disappointing, but tells me everything I need to know about this company, their processes, and their values.
