ANC delivery driver was probably the best professional, well mannered and kind human being I have encountered. His Last name is Fawzia. He came with another person. Delivered, unpacked, installed and removed my old washer and all packaging. Even turned it on and showed me that it works. Even though he had 40 deliveries today and I was the second last, they still managed to keep their smile on. Truly amazed by their hard work. Well done. Keep up the good work.
The worst service I have ever seen
My samsung TV got delivered broken and delivery guy took the tv back at the same time after that no response

After reading through the reviews here, I can see that I am not alone in dealing with ANC. The absolute worst experience I have ever had and the first comment/review I have ever written.
Ordered a TV and sound system from Samsung, no problem. Then got the message that it will be delivered in two weeks. I've never seen such consistency in relation to negative customer experiences on review sites. Everyone is having the same issues with delays and I'm no different.
I ordered a television on the 31st of January. It was initially promised on the 16th of February but this date has been pushed back twice. The first time it was pushed back, it took 3 weeks and two follow-ups with the merchant for another date to be provided. It's just been pushed back another 3 days with no delivery time specified.
I have a feeling that ANC provides a competitive...rate for larger items and is hence the delivery partner for merchants such as Bunnings, West Elm, Samsung, etc. The impact to customer sentiment isn't worth the dollars saved and I'd discourage any reputable company from choosing ANC to deliver. The item still hasn't arrived but I'm holding out hope for next week's indicative delivery date.
Items never showed and they have no idea when it might get delivered
I have 2 items ordered to be delivered through them. They keep on changing delivery dates. When there are changes, they don't let you know. Marked my item as "delivered" but it never was. Called them and they are just blaming the shop. They don't know where or when any of the items will be delivered. Absolute useless. Avoid at all cost!
Failed to deliver
Spoke to driver driver morning delivery due to advise on best access to our location. Driver ignored advice and didn't bother delivering product. Spoke to company about failure of delivery, they weren't interested!
After reading reviews on here, I was concerned that we would have problems with the delivery of our Samsung fridge. As it turned out, apart from bringing the delivery date forward by three days (without us asking), everything else went really well. I received a text the day before delivery with an approximate time, then a phone call on the morning to say they were 10 minutes away. During the delivery process itself, the two delivery people were courteous and really careful. Overall, it was a positive experience.
No Communication Samsung ANC partnership terrible
Though buying from Samsung would be a good experience, good products but the delivery system is terrible. Buying was fine but when it came to the goods being delivered all communication was gone.

Good, fast delivery!
Having read all the negative reviews here, I was bracing for the worst. I ordered a mattress from IKEA and ANC delivered the item on time as said on the SMS I received earlier. Mandreep (delivery guy) called me when he got delivery truck parked -- the whole delivery from truck to our flat was quick and no hassles.
Received a delivery from Ikea. The delivery person, Sami was fantastic and kept us informed the entire time by calling to let me know how far away he was. Once here, Sami helped my husband bring the heavy items upstairs to the apartment as I was on crutches. Very happy with the service provided by Sami.
The worse experience of my life with ANC delivers
I got a death threat and being rapped by the foreign delivers guys in my own house and I reported to the media and to my local police department this is not acceptable at all !!!!

Would never use this company if I had the choice
I was given very short notice my delivery was coming. I didn't expect for the delivery to occur on a Sunday. If I was given a days notice I would have been able to clear my day for the delivery and make sure I was home. The delivery driver was sat in the car when I answered the door and said "can I get someone to help me". Lucky my partner was home and went out to "help" or should I say do his job for him. He pointed which were our packages and just watched as my partner lifted them on his own from the back of the ute and brought them in to our...house. This delivery driver then stood at the door and took photos for proof of delivery but then wanted to step inside our house to take photos. I explained that in current times I don't want anyone entering my house which he then replied " this is why we don't take deliveries into the house". So why is he trying to enter my house? He took the photo from the doorway why did he need to come inside my house which he says he didn't want to deliver the products into my house do because of covid but yet he wants to enter to take a photo. That's a bit of a contradiction. We paid $40 for a service that was useless. I'm 8 months pregnant and my partner has back issues and had to pick up the packages from this man's ute on his own and bring them into the house. Would he request the same from an elderly? All I expect is the person to deliver the packages outside at the front door not just watch someone else do it andnot help. Next time we'll we will just drive there and pick it up ourselves. Would I have been expected to pick up the items from the back of the ute if my partner wasn't home. I definitely would not recommend your delivery service to anyone.
Received a delivery from Bunnings via delivery person Malik. He was a most courteous young man who ensured that the item was carefully delivered. He arrived as per time indicated and sent tracking info prior to arrival. Process expedited with due care and courtesy. I choose not to link this review to any account, but I wanted to affirm the young driver.

I am currently facing the exact same issue as every other person posted a review here.
I placed my order (just over $2000 in value) on 02/01/2022 and it was scheduled for delivery on 12/01/2022. When I tracked the delivery to check status, it said "Not Delivered". Under the reason, it read "Not handed over". When I followed up with SamsungAU, I was told that the goods are with the courier (ANC) and I was given a direct contact and a reference number. ANC/Samsung - worst online shopping experience ever.
do NOT shop online with Samsung AU, specially if their delivery partner is ANC.... Samsung has advised they handed over the product to delivery company, ANC say they never picked it up... over 2 weeks of trying to find out who has it, when its coming, what the issue is and literally ZERO feedback. If i could go back in time I would pay an extra $500 at JB HIFI and buy what i wanted there and then. Do NOT order through these criminals.
Terrible Communication and No Accountability
ANC cancelled the first delivery with no contact whatsoever. I only found out through proactively checking the status page. The reason "Not Handed Over". When I contacted ANC they said the error message means there was no stock at the suppliers warehouse. They then told ME to contact the supplier to inform them and to reschedule a delivery. I indicated that logistics and supply issues are for the supplier and delivery partner to resolve, not the customer. I was basically fobbed off by ANC as it not being their issue to resolve.
The second deli...very they gave 30 minutes notice that they were arriving 6 hours before the scheduled window. We had someone home fortunately, but I was out. They also tried to deliver to next door, but luckily we managed to catch them. Despite ordering standard delivery AND installation, ANC said they don't do installations and basically dumped the delivery and took off. Leaving us with a massive box to work with. They did say "maybe someone else will come and do the install bit". If you're ordering something online, and the delivery partner is ANC, find another store to purchase from.
Samsung Australia and ANC stuff up
Facing same problem like other reviewers Ordered a Samsung LCD tv and was supposed to get the delivery first week of January in Melbourne.
We received a SMS the night before the delivery with the tracking no with a delivery window of 3 hrs.
Checked the tracking link in the morning and it shows a random picture of a box and a cross instead of a signature saying not delivered and to contact Samsung Australia.
Called Samsung numerous times with no resolution till date.
Next step is calling consumer affairs.

ANC cancelled the first delivery, the second scheduled for a week later. Day before confirmed delivery I received confirmation SMS, but then 3 hours before delivery I check the tracking page and it says "not handed over, contact Samsung" with a random signature. No communication from ANC.
I ordered a sofa and an ottoman from a furniture company in Melbourne on Black Friday i.e at the end of November. Was told they had it in stock. After I paid, I was informed there was a delay with it. Their courier company ANC with a call centre in the Philippines informed me that both items would be delivered down stairs on 29.12. I asked them to call me back an hour later so I could organise a friend to get it upstairs for me. They never did. I made a number of calls the next day, dealt with different people in the call centre who had NO IDEA...what to do. When I finally got hold of an Aussie person, they no longer had deliveries on 29.12. She was highly annoyed with me for not wanting to deal with their call centre and offered me 30.12. delivery of both items. They confirmed the delivery yesterday for 2-5pm. Arrived here today at 11.00am! Driver showed up with 2 boxes, assuring me I got both items. Turns out I only got the sofa!!!! Am waiting to hear when they intend to deliver the ottoman before I'll cancel it. This company has terrible customer service and obviously can't handle an influx of orders. I DON'T RECOMMEND it to anyone and WILL make sure I don't deal with any company in the future that uses them for deliveries. Unless you too want this kind of service, I suggest you do the same.
$3700 goods missing with no resolution
SamsungAU order placed November 24th. Scheduled delivery confirmed for 29th Nov. Then moved to the 30th Nov by ANC. Come the 30th they call and and reschedule to the 13th Dec due to covid delays and say the 13th will give time to ensure its on hand. On the 10th I get a message that delivery is due between 9am and noon. Come the 13th I check tracking at 10am and see failed delivery as "not handed over". ANC never contact me about it.
Samsung claim ANC collected it from their warehouse. ANC claim they don't have it. Both companies are refusing to give me a solution at this stage and telling me I need to wait 5-10 business days to get any follow up. I'm currently missing $3700 of television.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
The WORST ever company I've ever had to deal with, in my entire life. Had placed a booking through IKEA for hefty stuff. The drivers were extremely misbehaved - were entering the part of the house they absolutely didn't need to or have the right to, touching our walls and placing marks, and they put all the stuff in the house, took a picture for IKEA and then conveniently chose to take back our armchair box back and put it back in the truck because we had requested to put it upstairs. IKEA had clearly told us when we placed the order that they ...will drop the stuff where we request and eventually where we'd install. So if you're not going to do it, why take a picture and then take the box back when the discussion happened prior (as soon as they arrived) for dropping it upstairs. The delivery guys tried to act oversmart on multiple occasions (tried taking more boxes back in the truck after taking a picture and we had to stop and argue with two very unprofessional and horrid delivery people I've ever met) and spent over 25 mins because of all this nonsense. I have everything on security cam recording which is a relief but it's just a ton of nonsense to deal with for merely a delivery. To top it all, he has conveniently marked the order as delivered when he's taken our armchair back. And now I've been on hold with IKEA for over 65 mins. Kill me already!
They supposedly came to deliver my item at 10:30PM on a work night. Tracking marked as "Unable to deliver". I was home the entire day and night. When I contacted them to find out what happened, they said it was too late for the delivery driver to ring the doorbell so they just left. 3 days later, still no item. Ridiculous and unreliable.
Use Another Company
Would rate it 0 stars if i could $40 delivery fee for single small item Bunnings order taking over a week to arrive from 5 minutes down the road slowest service ever had a text message saying my order is prioritised for being late 2 days ago now would not recommend using them and never will again.....
Worst customer experience
This company failed to deliver my Bunnings order, despite my flatmate being home and coming down to talk to the driver. $90 down the drain for delivery. Because my flatmate was visually impaired the driver would not leave the ordered goods. After the ANC customer service representative on the phone decided to argue with me about whether the driver should have left the goods or not, I am now on hold to try and work out with Bunnnings what the way forward will be. 20 minutes and still holding. I hope they will allow me to cancel the order and I will take my shopping to a more reliable company.
Delivery scheduled for morning - no show
Phone calls with company I purchased goods from resulted in a reschedule for PM - only half items turn up
Very difficult to get ahold of even for the company I purchased goods from.
Further phone calls the following day to retailer resulted in delivery being scheduled for PM that day. - no show and a phone call saying they cannot make it and now they want me to take a 3rd day off to sort this out
