Driver got mad at me
The incompetent driver got mad at me because he couldn't find my front door. At first he was trying to unload stuff at the garage driveway and just leave it there and when I told him that he should drive to my front door instead and unload the items, he got angry at me. lol
When asked why couldn't he come to the front door instead, he said he couldn't find it! Haha There is a huge sign post infront of my building that you can't miss and not a single delivery drivers have ever complained about not finding my front door. I have a feeling he was just too lazy and didn't care. No need to get angry at customer because of your incompetence!
the guys that delivered my washing machine were courteous
got a washing machine from GOOD GUYS and opted for premium delivery.... and we certainly received it!!!! no fuss, they installed the washer and took the old machine and the rubbish away with them.. AND were very pleasant young men as well, thank you.

Lovely customer service from Sadasiva

Terrible. Day 1 did not turn up . 3 days for 2 items
Day 1 ANC did not turn up, after I waited several more hours delivery location locked up. Day 2 delivered half only. Day 3, second part of purchase arrived, after I called ANC. Drivers all courteous.

Professional and prompt
I have received approx 10 deliveries from Bunnings in the last couple of months, every single one has arrived within 2 days of placing the order. That is highly unusual in Victoria during covid, where Australia Post takes a month, or more!
ANC provide good notifications , every order has been correct and in perfect condition. I was home when the last order was delivered and the driver was very professional, helpful and friendly.
Have to admit that I am very surprised to see so many terrible reviews here on product review.

Excellent service
Having had bad experiences with other logistics companies I was relieved that my TV from Good Guys was delivered on time - I received a message the night before to advise time frame, then another one advising my delivery was 30 minutes away, TV delivered pretty much 30 minutes later. Well done ANC.

About bloody time ANC
Not a paid review...But just got my delivery a day earlier than I expected. Nice for a change. Makes up for the last three times that were PATHETIC, two out of three were two days late. The drivers response, " Not my EFFING problem"....I kid you not.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, complacent
Driver 1 recognised incorrect vehicle for product, did not rebook. Customer Service person on phone - Not willing to assist in any manner. Driver 2 Phoned myself (wrong customer), on mentioning my order his response was "oh" and hung up. No Apology or further information. 1hr later, I had to follow up driver, when told I will not be receiving my delivery. (Was supposed to be on site by midday this day). On notifying my supplier, they made enquiries, then returned my call notifying me delivery will be made within half hour. Sitting at site for 1...
Read more/2hr, ANC representative rang to say "it's not being delivered". This has caused 6hrs loss to my business in labour, plus 3 hrs of my own time after hours, plus the 20 phone calls/texts/etc it took to get delivery mid morning the next day. ANC offered NO compensation or apology. NOTE: the attached text message is from the afternoon delivery as the morning delivery did not get recorded. Driver 3 on the next day was the only reason I even give 1 star. Even he was frustrated by the entire scenario.Terrible service
Driver was rude as carried on to the client as there were stairs at the property. Both Bunnings and ANC advised it was a steep site with 2 stair cases. Terrible service. Took photos in the clients home without permission. Don’t Risk using these guys
Had a very good experience!
We had a washing machine delivered and an old one taken away. The delivery and removal was via a very narrow staircase and tight turn around. The guys turned up on time, took great care of my mums property and were quick and polite. We had an excellent experience. Thank you so much.

Amazing lack of service
Purchased 2 fridges from Good Guys paid for upgraded delivery service including additional per step money to deliver upstairs, installation and removal of old fridges. Driver arrived with small bar fridge for downstairs which he left in its carton outside, when I enquiredwhere the other larger fridge was for upstairs he claimed he had no idea and drove off, 5 minutes later he reappears and advises he has the other fridge. Constant complaining from the driver how this was really a 4 man job whilst they, 2 of them delivered the fridge upstairs. ...

Fantastic service
Friendly, on time and efficient service. Jebran from Miele was very professional to deal with and very competent. He ensured the appliance was installed correctly, explained its functions and provided very useful advice.

incredible service
we needed a special phone for an elderly member of our family because his landline had dropped out. I phoned Telstra in the afternoon and by 8.30 pm the courier had arrived and the phone was set-up and ready to go. The courier was so helpful, explaining clearly what we needed to do to use the new phone and setting it up so it was ready for calls.
I would recommend ANC couriers to anyone needing fast and efficient delivery of items.

Wonderful delivery
My delivery (the first with your company) was perfect! The driver called when expected, and gave us an expected arrival time- spot on!! Ali was delightful- shook my hand when he introduced himself, and then we had a quick chat while his off-sider brought in my new fridge. Rarely have I had service like this- I wish Ali all the best in the future. Others could learn from his attitude to a customer.

Hopeless customer service standards
The above reviews are all valid. I would not have given them any stars either but had to do so in order to leave a review. ANC is a totally hopeless company. They delivered my furniture and whilst unloading the items, scratched my floor tiles. Contacted them on several occasions and no response nothing. Had to go through the furniture store in order to get them responding! Only for them to send out a hopeless representative weeks later, who knows nothing and only to inform me they are not responsible for the scratches. It's pathetic enough that...

The two deliverers from ANC exceeded our expectation
We had an LG fridge, Sony TV and other appliances delivered to our place from the Good Guys this month. After reading the reviews about ANC, we were understandably apprehensive. Upon calling ANC, we were able to track the deliverers' progress and had a fairly good idea of when they would arrive. They gave us a 30-minute warning as arranged. Our delivery was made complicated by the fact that our fridge was especially tricky to bring inside - the other appliances posed no problem. The two deliverers worked with us diligently to find a solution and together we managed to have this very heavy fridge brought into our home. We can confidently say that our experience with ANC has exceeded our expectation on this occasion.

This company is a joke!!
Do not buy from Good Guys as they use this terrible delivery company. Would not take my fridge upstairs after knowing and wanted to do a risk assessment. Long story and numerous calls back and forwards..... Had to pay for another company to do it on the same day at added expense after paying for premium delivery service. This company is a joke!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!!!

ANC not so bad
After reading some reviews here I was worried about ordering online with IKEA and getting my table and chairs delivered. I took the chance and my goods were not only delivered in good condition and up 3 flights of stairs but earlier than my delivery window. The driver called me to check if it was OK to deliver early and it turned out really well. Sorry that others didn't have the same experience :o(
Claim rejected towards faulty installation of washing machine!
Our washing machine purchased from Good guys and ANC was responsible for delivery and installation. As scheduled they did delivery and install in timely manner however installation was faulty. They set a 14 mins cycle and left within 5 mins as in was all fine. But at the end of the cycle we realised that all the water from the inlet pipe was coming out. This ruined our loose lay vinyl planks just outside our laundry. ANC has rejected our claim saying they aren’t responsible for this!!! Not satisfied with their customer service.
