Absolutely terrible. Left with my delivery
They left without unloading my delivery. Both me and my partner was there outside and they found excuses then drove off without even saying anything.
Didn’t respond to phone calls.
I paid extra for express delivery. It was a very important delivery.
deliver to wrong address and my item is missing
I ordered 2items at pet circle and received an email from them that items had delivered. however I did not receive items as this company delivered to totally different place this monday. i contacted pet circle then they told me that ANC has been busy and can not deliver to me until next monday. I can not belive why i need to wait another 1 week? this is thier fault and i have never had such a bad customer service before as usuaaly if post office mistakes they do deliver to me next day. This company is unprofessional and very bad customer service. They even do not apologise to me and i can not understand how they could so this business. i might go to consumer protection or somewhere to co plain further as my items are now missing.

Drivers installed a fridge with a dent in it into my new house when they clearly saw it and should have taken it back. Told me to contact Good Guys instead and didn't take it back. They also dented a hole into the wall of my house I just got handover for. I rang Good Guys to give me a replacement fridge the next day and they said to wait 8am-11am so I skipped a second day of work. Driver didn't show up so I called ANC and they said they couldn't contact the driver and will call me back, which ANC never did. So I called Good Guys a couple hours ...later and they said they would send their own men who eneded up coming and dropped off a fridge in a box and didn't want to install it because they didn't want to touch the old fridge and wouldn't pick it up... Told them to take it all back and give me a refund and no response... Terrible service. I don't understand why anyone would choose ANC and I would never shop at the Good Guys again. It's funny how ANC say "professional drivers" on their slogan. Do yourself a favour and hire your own trailer for less cost and to save your time, rather than waiting on unreliable drivers.
We only found out that our package had been delivered when we found it in the garden where it had been thrown over the front fence and left to lie firstly in the very hot sun and then in the thunderstorm that blew up. It seemed obvious that the driver hadn't even bothered to park, get out of the van and do a very short walk to our front porch to leave the parcel under cover. I have complained to the business we ordered from and have asked them to never get ANC to deliver things to us again. If I could give ANC less than 1 star I would.

Why does Bunnings use such a terrible business?
Sat.delivery arrived with broken timber. Bunnings booked a replacement for the next day(Sunday). Bunnings Manager promised its delivery. Called Bunnings store at 1630 Saturday. It's seems ANC cancelled the delivery AND didn't inform Bunnings. Rebooked for Monday. But the job number sent to me can't be checked as the ANC tracking page is NOT working. Why does Bunnings use such an incompetent business? It just reflects back poorly on Bunnings. Surely Bunnings can afford to spend the dollars on a more reliable courier business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS EVER!!
Hiring the worst drivers in NSW, guy would not listen to requests to bring items to the door.
Driver named [name removed] refused to bring Ikea items to my door, and he put all the items into the garage when the door was 5 meters away. The door did have a small flight of stairs (less than 10 steps) and he had a intern driver who he bossed around anyway - but refused to deliver items as promised on the ANC website. When I asked [Name Removed] which company he worked for, he blatantly lied and said he worked for IKEA and laughed. There were both boxes and towels, and he put the towels UNDER my boxes, making them oil from the garage fl...oor. He kept insisting that he had authority to leave the items in the garage, when I was point blank in his face telling him he could not put the items in the garage. (I pay the rent so I have authority on where the items can be left). I have had deliveries from Aus Post, Fastway, Amazon, DHL, they are the worst by far.
