Very helpful, friendly and explained the policy. Answered all my questions and listened to what I had to say. Customer Service officer was most polite and attentive and asked if he had explained everything and was there anything else that I wanted to know.

I firmly believe that your product is great but, because of my age now, I have waited too long to be a part of this insurance. I wish I had decided to ring when I was 50 or 60, but not now in my 70's.
Yes it is good value, but as I have sufficient funds in my bank to pay for my funeral now, I can't see the sense in reducing my fortnightly pension to be a part of this insurance. Thank you for your prompt attention to my enquiry, but I would appreciate your cancelling my policy. Heather Cronin

Happy with my choice

Very happy with my funeral policy the staff were fantastic and only took 10 minutes for a staff member to rang me after I filed in an online request. I feel my policy was great value and very easy to set up.

Purchace of and change of Policy

Needed to Change my Policy for financial reasons. As I am on the Age pension could no longer come up with the expensive premium. I spoke with a lady named Tracy who walked me through the change. She was a great help in making me understand how the Payout would drop along with the Benefit amount. While I was disappointed in this it is all that I can afford and should cover the costs associated with my Death.
I have used Seniors Travel insurance for years so I have no doupt that they will honor the policy,

I am very happy with my policy and find it is easy and the payments are great also. I also have a funeral policy and in December I will be putting my car on a policy with Seniors. Hi Te Puhi Larkins,
In answer to your question, there is no refund of premium if a person dies within 12 months from time of commencement of Policy where death is not as a result of an accident. However, any premiums collected after the date of death will be refunded back into the account which paid for the policy, once confirmation of the passing has been received.
