Buying a funeral policy

Joel was very happy and professional. He explained everything very well and helped me understand what was happening. He seemed knowledgeable and informative I took out the policy with his help.

Very friendly service

I spoke to Rob today in regard to setting up Funeral Insurance. The service was very good Rob explained the policy it was easy to set up over the phone. The option regarding refunding excess contributions I found very good . Thank you Rob for setting my policy up.

Yes easy to set up and good value. Catherine went over everything and explained it very well to me. Price seems very reasonable and gives me peace of mind.

Great service good to talk to a friendly helpful person

Good service nice to talk to Joseph he was very helpful thank you for setting up my policy. Feel more secure now about funeral expenses and the option available regarding refunding excess contributions very good.

This was something I have been wanting to do for quite a while.

The Policy is very reasonable, better than I thought it would be. Just over the phone was very easy. I don't need to ask any more questions about the policy as it was all explained very clearly.

Good customer service

Seems to be a good product. Customer service officer Heidi was helpful and easy to understand. It was good not having to answer health questions or have any medical examinations.

Best decision ever.

It was simple and easy to set up. The operator explained everything to me in a very uncomplicated way. At no time did I feel pressured or coerced. She let me make all the decisions with great information.

Fantastic team of workers and very obliging.Great value and we can pay it off on low income without high amounts coming out.You actually speak to them not machines,well done to you all.

The young lady who set my policy was excellent and very helpful .She explained the policy to me very clearly and it's workings and its benefits. Made me feel at ease throughout the discussion.

Good to have end of life cover so my kids don't have to pay my funeral

Yes reasonable value for end of life as long as costs don't rise to much. No I have never had a claim. Staff are always polite when phoned to give up dated details

Vey helpful

I have found the Funeral Insurance people to be most helpful and I have recommended them to many of my friends, they assist when I haven't got the necessary funds due to excessive bills and appear to be most cooperative at all times

cannot say as i am only paying my annual fees

how can I make comment as the benefits will only be seen by my descendants

I feel happy that I am contributing in what looks a good deal

My decision to participate was made without influence from others. I just wanted to take the responsibility

to ease the burden on my family. It was not difficult to set up.

My query is very simple, but when I rang to get the information, the person on the other end was quite abrupt and didn't answer the question with anything that was asked about, so I will ask here. I have taken out funeral insurance with your company and wanted to know exactly what paper work has to be filled out if I do die while being covered by you. Very simple question to answer and I would appreciate a decent answer, not a runaround. Thankyou in advance. 3 days later As I expected, no reply to a simple question. I am fairly easy to get on with if I'm not getting ripped off. I believe now I have been ripped off over $2000 so if there has been no satisfactory answer by the next payment, there will be no more. Please reply sensiblyI still have no reply to my simple questions. Am I asking too much or don't you know the answer? You asked for private communication, this is about as private as it gets. Please reply.
