We have two policies with ASPI and will add a third in a few weeks. The policy looks as good as any we have reviewed, very happy so far.

I started to apply online, examining in detail the insurance. Looked reasonable. Before I had applied I received a phone call. Oddly, for a change, I didn't find this intrusive. The lass actually listened to me, and answered all my questions. Wasn't at all pushy, but didn't have to be in fact. It was all done with a minimum of fuss and better still, dare I say it, in perfect English. I can put hope when I put in a claim one day the excellence continues. Time will tell. I have not lodged any claim and hope not to any time soon. Maybe a vaccination price reduction. :-)
They helped us while Jimmy was ill
ASPI were there for us and eased the financial burden of Jimmy's passing. We had been with ASPI for 3-4 years. We now have a new rescue dog Jenna. This, our second policy, was just as easy to set up as the last one.
Had no problem setting up the policy with all my questions being answered and all aspects of the policy clarified. E very thing was made clear so that I understood all the different points

At this sage I am reviewing the pet insurance policy before making a decision. The person I spoke to was very helpful and answered my questions easily, so he knew the business and didn’t read from a script as some do when trying to get you to sign up.
Clear and easy to set up
I have just joined and found it clear and easy to set up. The fact that i got 10% discount was a bonus. Good to know that i am covered now.

Have just joined seniors insurance I see I was eligible for a 10% discount do not think I got it wasn’t mentioned to me on phone. The girl who set up policy was very polite.
Your representative, Phillip called and talked me through the process, he was excellent , without his call I probably would have gone with another company, everything was well explained to understand
The young man speaking with me to set up a Pet Insurance policy was very helpful and courteous. However all the jargon that your staff have to relay is tiresome and I feel sorry for them having to read out this information.

Its a bit hard to write 30 words or more when I have only just purchased
just put a claim in for a visit too the vet too have the dogs ear looked at had a ear infection but claim in was rejected we have top cover with them paid more then thousand dollars too them in top cover it says 300 dollars worth of vet check ups a year this is the second time they didnt pay so guess what no third chance will be canceling on monday better too but money in jar and use it when needed for vet bills think about it ten years of paying pet insurance thats around 9 thousand dollars
Pet insurance is a must
Policy good value so i took it out today. I have no experience with Seniors and look forward to establishing another relationship with a business. Insurance i find is a must if you have pets as medical expenses have skyrocketed
Quoted monthly but charged fortnightly
Simple...I was quoted $30.92 per month and noticed I had a $15.00 overdrawn account bank fee.When I checked it was an attempt to take another $30.92 from my bank account 14 days later.I will be cancelling today.

Very helpful and took her time explaining
It was easy to set up and we have been there for one week it is value for money. Even though we rang other insurance companies the friendliness of the plays on the other end mad up our minds.
Easy factual process for joining up, with options for pet insurance given over phone before signing up. Opt out clause and delayed payment for a week available to allow time to go through emailed policy.
So Far So Good
After researching various insurance companies settled on Seniors as giving me best available service, coverage and reliability; easy to set up over the phone I am confident that should I need it in the future I will have excellent attention to my pets' needs.
