Best Customer Service

The customer service I received from Sophia was exceptional - friendly, professional and answered my questions promptly. She asked clear meaningful questions and humanised the whole experience taking an interest in my puppy. I haven’t had experience with any claims and the cost of insurance was comparable but what made me choose Seniors was the great service.

Excellent service.

On both occasions of taking my beloved companion to the vet, I logged my claim via the vet and received my health fund repayment the next day. Couldn’t be happier.

Peace of mind

Very happy with the service over all
My dog was a rescue dog and unfortunately needed a cruciate ligament repair in the first month of his adoption to be aware that was not covered as preexisting
Also he had a lot of other problems that were in going all dental is not covered unless you take out a specific cover
Then after long Dewan out period of investigations for a chronic cough he was found to have cancer of the lung
He had an operation to remove a line of the lung and was found to have liver cancer on the CT scan
I am very pleased to report that the insurance covered all his operations and cancer treatment including his chemo up to 80% as was stated and the response to claims and payments were very prompt
Unfortunately as you would expect $12,000 cover to be adequate for insurance his costs have gone way over that
Overall I couldn’t have given my dog the treatment he needed with out seniors pet insurance
My case was unfortunate but you never expect these things to happen but Fitzy is doing extremely well sailed through his double operation and in last chemo without side effects and is running around and very happy despite his diagnosis
I was only able to maintain his health financially because of the insurance .
Seniors has provided a great service and remuneration which I never expected to need to this extent

Quick & Efficient response

Easy to set up, value was similar to other insurers, only marginally better in price.
First time with this insurer, as I have not had a pet previously.
It appears to be value for money, although I will only know this when and if I ever make a claim.

Taking out a new pet Insurance policy

Took out a new pet policy for my new puppy Chloe Ann..
The lady that helped me was very helpful and explained everything.
I didn't have to wait in a que..
So my new policy was done in about 10 mins..
Everything was very professional and well presented..
My policy was emailed to me before I hung up the phone..

Great pet Insurance policy..

My pets Insurance is a great policy for my pet .My dog Marli has had a few health issues recently and has had to visit the vet 3 times..Each time I have mad a claim Seniors pet insurance has reimbursed me within 3 days..Excellent company.. The claims are easy to lodge online and once you lodge your claim they email and tell you that they have received your claim and are looking into it..Doesn't get better than that..Very efficient..I recommend them to anyone that's looking for a good pet Insurance..

I have had 2 claims and the people involved were excellent BUT nothing happened after I submitted the information. It took further inquiries to complete the claim. Everyone was very helpful.

It would help if staff could speak slowly as a pensioner I find the speech too fast

When we needed it, it was there

We had a very sick young girl our Labrador very very sick, we had a big vet bill, after we paid our bill we submitted all the paper work and within 3 days our money was paid back to us

Long waits for little return

Helpful customer service, but long call wait time. Be wary, it's less than 1 minute if you want to buy insurance, but 15 minutes if you have already paid up.

Thinking twice if the policy is required.

The policy was easy to set up ...I’ve had the policy nearly 12 months and still have not received policy documents as promised that day on the phone. I have made a claim for desexing and dew claw removal. I did not realise that that all comes under elective surgery as I had no paperwork to refer to.The claim was completed within 7 days but received less than 10% of the total cost refund. So I’m not too impressed at the moment.

The person i spoke to was very helpful and knew her product. I felt confident in making the purchase.

It would have been preferred if the policy doc's, arrived as promised, initially when making the purchase, within 2 hours.
Instead of me having to ask twice for them to be sent to me. I was not impressed I can only hope you process any claims in a more timely manner.

Happy i have Pet Insurance

I took out pet insurance when we first got our kelpie who is now 2.5 years old and for our Maltese x who is 11 months as had older dogs in the past and wished i had taken out pet insurance and I haven’t had any problem making a claim and i have been with this company since our pups were eight nine weeks old

seniors p et insurance is the worst i have ever dealt with they are good taking your money not so good paying claims i gave them all the information i had on my cat and it still istnt enough not good enough i would not recomend them to anyone
