Avalan Kids

Purchased Bosch toys via Kogan. Products never shipped. No response from Avalan Kids. Kogan investigate as a scam.

I ordered a bosch toy. They didn't progress my order within 14 days, so I contacted them. They never responded. After 5 days, I took it to PayPal and PayPal has since forced a refund. So I got my money back in the end but I had to go through the bank provider as Avalan was unresponsive. Shame. Update: They were on leave for 1 or 2 months, but unfortunately no notification of this when ordering the toy.

UK delivery fast and cheap – I have never written a review before, but I was super happy with my experience. I ordered an mlp g5 toy that I had been looking for for ages (which is no longer avalible on their site unfortunatley). I live in the UK, and they were shockingly good with tracking. The order delivered within a week or so and was undamaged.

UK buyer excellent service – From the UK, I have only had excellent service, had 3 orders for rare to find items. When they were 1 short on an order they refunded immediately. 1 order was ordered Sunday and arrived Thursday!....superb ! Can't fault them.

So disappointed – Ordered Wahu Nerf Basketball, Footy & Soccer 3 pack. Balls so small, biggest waste of $58.55

Rude and extremely poor customer service – Purchased a faulty product and yes, they responded quickly to my emails but were extremely rude with their responses. Accused me of lying and never helped to sort the issue. Don’t waste your money because they’re more than happy to take your money but not help when you have an issue.

I highly recommend – I placed an express order late Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning. All items were received as expected and packed appropriately. Shipping notifications occurred via email with tracking.

Very happy – Easy to use website, one item I was after was unavailable but received update email quickly and a substitute was offered. Super quick delivery. Would happily order from them again

Terrible company – They didn't send toy that was displayed , the toy was a child's birthday present . When I messaged them they where rude and didnt help at all .never dealt with a company with such bad customer service

quick 2 ship – I ordered the most expensive buzz light year on the market, I selected express shipping for 3-5 dollars more. I received it 36 hours later.great experience and great price, Thank you I'll be back to shop for the kids again.

WOW. Amazing Service – Simple to order. Placed on a Sunday night. Arrived Tuesday morning. Very appreciative especially as currently in mandatory self isolated. Thank you for your speedy fulfilment especially during these tough times.

Worst Seller – I ordered item, which was shipped to the correct address just postcode incorrect. The item was returned to seller and they wanted me to repay for postage when it was not my fault as Australia post returned the item. Seller very rude, will defiantly not be buying again as has the worst customer service.

A1 online shop – Emails received promptly updating the status of my order, dispatched same day as ordered, well packed and received within 48hours, if only all Australian online shopping was this easy, I highly recommend Avalankids.com.au.

Crap – Ordered item. Quick delivery. No assembly parts kit. Emailed and received next day BUT only half kit. Emailed again and got response later on day after a couple of nags. Received another kit next day with apologies. Put toy box together and lid chipped badly and end warped DON'T ORDER THRU THIS MOB. LOOKS LIKE SECONDHAND CRAP.

very quick delivery turnaround – I initially navigated the website through my mobile & realized it wasn't compatible with my mobile interface so I switched to my laptop and worked better. The products are much cheaper than other sites. Bought a few kids furniture and am very impressed with how quickly it got delivered! Not even 2 days interstate! Have recommended it to friends and fam. Will Def buy more!

website is hopeless – I can't vouch for the product yet as it hasn't arrived. Be careful when submitting your order if you are sending it to another address as the website reverts back on some lines to the superimposed data and the address gets mixed up.....hence the parcel is lost never to be seen again. No one from Avalan wants to help.

Will not Respond to Correspondence – We purchased a toy piano for our daughter and are very disappointed with its quality and craftsmanship. It doesn't function properly and at the cost of $109 it should be a functional toy. Avalan kids has failed to reply to all correspondence addressing the issue. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible - Stay Away – Purchased the larger kids play kitchen which was a little more expensive than most at $173 plus postage expecting it to be better quality than others. Very very wrong. The kitchen was scratched and dented when we unpacked it but we are not the type to make a big deal of things so completed assembly. Several doors of the doors didn't align… Read more

properly so dont shut completely.Within a week three of the doors have broken off in regular use by my 3 year old. When I contacted them to organise replacement or repair I was reminded that it was a toy kitchen and that there kitchen doors don't align in there home so why would I expect my toy kitchen doors to align and shut. They have been very unprofessional and rude in after sales service. Other items from them may be ok but this kitchen is cheap and nasty and I wouldn't chance dealing with them as there after sales service is unprofessional, unhelpful and bordering on rude. I have contacted consumer affairs I am so disappointed with them. Product was sent and received within days As above

Getting Presents Early – My son’s fifth birthday is coming up in a few months so I got prepared early this year and bought some toys from Avalan Kids. need to build and use their information, not just their thumbs on a handheld game console, and the toys from Avalan Kids really allow that to happen. I will shop there again.
