Extremely horrible experience
Provided misleading information and breach the confidentiality. The complaint email does not work.
The customer service was bad, the receptionist refused to speak to me in English.
They keep promising different date for the loan and could not provide any loan in the end. I just went to another bank in the end. I potentially loss my house if I didn’t go to the other bank!!
Unprofessional! poor customer services
I got in contact with one of their broker while I was doing property inspection in Sydney. The broker approached us off-the street and trying to sell me their mortgage solution (is this even ethical in the first place)? After that, I received a few missed call from them, none of which left a voice message. Due to the nature of my job, I had to leave my phone out during working hours, and often I don't pick up calls from unknown caller. I did not realised it was a call from the broker ([name removed], senior Lending consultant) until he sent me ...a text message, and I quote "we had an appointment, if you cannot make it that's OK, you can just tell me. But ignoring my calls, is not a mature person should do". We never had an appointment, and I did not realise it was a call from the broker. If someone really need my return call, leave a voice message, so I can identify who the caller is. Such level of customer service is appalling and I could never trust such institution to handle my mortgage. This could be an isolate case, but I am happy to just go with Aussie or other more renowned lender, even though I am paying higher interest rate.
