b.box sippy cup Questions & Answers
VerifiedHi! Just bought a new bottle from the chemist and the straw is extremely hard to drink from. We have used these bottles previously and my son has loved them but now cries every time I give him the new on. The new straw design is not as good as the old one. I have exchanged the bottle I purchased with a new one at the chemist bc I thought it was faulty. Only to find the second new bottle is just as hard to drink from. Any way of sending an old design straw to replace with the new bottle?
I'm sorry to hear that Brittney. Please get in touch with us at customerservice@bbox.com.au, we can help talk you through it. Thank you!
Can i use this cup for milk as well or just for water? Thanks
It’s up to you, doesn’t hurt to try? I have tried putting milk in this cup but my son prefers to use this as his water bottle rather than milk bottle.
Thanks for the question Pardeep, and thanks so much for jumping in Aleisha. What a great community! Our sippy cups can be used with either milk or water however of course if using for milk, the cleaning process is very important. If you have further questions feel free to get in touch with us at customerservice@bbox.com.au - we are always here to help. Thank you!
I put milk into it for my daughter and if she shakes it the kirby weight falls off. Is it supposed to be like this?
I have just purchased the sippy cup for my son. He didn't seem to be getting any water through it so I had a go. If I suck hard a little bit of water comes through. Are they supposed to be like this?
I am having the same problem too. My daughter loves it, but when i checked the water amount stays the same even after she had it with her for a good few minutes, so I had a go myself and realised it takes quite a bit of effort to get the water out, let alone a 9-month old, turns out she just having the straw in her mouth as a teether. :( a review on this page says to beware of dehydration. i guess we have to keep checking the water level and make sure she drinks.
I seem to have the same problem as well, I have to try really hard to get anything out. My baby (11 months) can’t drink form it at all.
I am planning on buying this one. I want to ask if the lid breaks would you have an after service or would be able to send me a new one? I live in South Korea.
we have a distributor in Korea who can assist you directly. external link
Just wondering if the handles are removable?
No, it's part of the straw cover. Basically, the cup comes in 2 parts only, the body + straw cover with handles attached.
The handles are part of the screw on lid with straw that attaches to the clear cup.
