Not very accommodating for mums with babies
We been shopping at baby bunting and we purchased a baby sleep monitor ,in store price $143 but on line $126
We call them about this it very inconvenient that we have to go back to the store to get refund of $20 especially when you’ve got a new born don’t understand why this can be rectified over the phone plus why wasn’t there a price Match when we purchased this,
When we told them our situation of coming to the store the lady said what would you like me to do, her instructions were we can only refund you from the store
For a baby store your not very accommodating for mums with babies and not very helpful
Mary had a little whinge
We purchased the Essentials by Tasman Eco Florence Cot Sandstone online. On the website, it clearly states that a mattress is sold separately and the suitable size of the mattress is 1310L x 750W. This is what we purchased and collected from the Bentleigh Store as that is the only store where both were available for collection.
When we got home, we removed the plastic on the mattress and put it in the cot. It was too big and didn’t fit as it needed to be a size smaller. As Doncaster is our closest store, we took the mattress to the store.
Bad advice on carrier
We purchased an ergobaby omni 360 carrier. The first time we tried to use it we noticed the straps didn't fit very well on either of us, so took it back in after calling the store. We either wanted to return it because it wasn't the product we thought we were buying (we purchased it before our daughter was born) or to double check we were fitting it right. Only minor adjustments were made, and we were told as our daughter gets bigger this will change (at the time it hadn't been used at all when we took it into the store). Now this wasn't too lo...ng ago but we wish to use it a lot now and 1. Straps are digging into my arms and rubbing as they sit very high under my arms 2. I wore her for over an hour around the house not long ago and my back was killing me. She is only 3.5kg so I shudder to think how it will be as she grows. We purchased it for the supposed back support over the baby Bjorn but it hurt me a lot. Essentially we are not very satisfied at all with the purchase. It doesn't meet the criteria we were given in the store when we picked it out with a staff member. And despite support from a staff member to fit it correctly, it still doesn't work for our daughter now. Have already contacted baby bunting who were very unhelpful and we are not impressed. We spend a lot at baby bunting and are reconsidering that for another local baby store...
I had a Layby at baby bunting and had paid $150 deposit. I forgot about it and it went a week over the date I was due to collect it. I was unable to go instore to collect the item for another week and I asked if I could just cancel the layby. I was advised if you cancel a layby at baby bunting they take your whole deposit. I was blown away that they were just going to take $150 away. I was not happy and made a fuss and ended only being given a store credit for $100 and they took $50. So make sure you are aware of the layby policy before you layby anything with them as no matter how much your deposit is they will take it!

Warner’s Bay Baby Bunting branch is the worst store ever. I bought a product from the store and I noticed that they charged me the wrong price and so I complained. I was still at the store and they will not even want to a refund me.

He trusted the good brand presentation of baby bunting.
He did quite a lot purchases in the store and felt this is a reliable shop until his last purchase.
He purchased one humidifier with the star projecting function which was supposed to be used in the bedroom during the night. First trial during the night, he discovered the humming noise is too loud for both of him and his wife, let alone the reoccurring water dropping sound into the tank awakened the baby numerous times.

Fantastic customer service. Had an issue with an item I purchased at the store which is about 1.5hrs away. Customer service went above and beyond. Sent me a new higher priced product in the mail and took the other one back without charging me anything!
I will never shop from here again, stay away
I have purchased a pump set from the narre warren store and they sold me everything that they could regarding it. I noticed straight away that it wont pump both breasts, only work one at a time. Took it back and they tested it and said to me the bra they sold me is why its not pumping, then they said the shields are too big and that the size i need medela doesnt make it?! They never mention this despite me asking for it!!!
I had another issue with my steriliser and they basically said that the smell isnt offensive (when it smells like meltin...g plastic) and that its normal and they smelt worse. Can not believe this is what i hear when I tell them i am not comfortable with my baby being exposed to this chemical reaction!! They refused to exchange or refund and to top it off they told me even the manufacturers of the Phillips avent steriliser wont help me because they launched a replacement item ! I am disgusted and will never shop from here again.
Worst experience at Preston
We purchase a bulky product(glider and ottoman) and we were given incorrect model which is way cheaper than what we paid for. We have only realised after assembly that it was not the right one. Mind you, they were not easy to assemble. Upon return, the manager wasnt even apologetic about the mistake.
