Disgusting Customer Service!!!
Went into the BB store in Joondalup. Other than the lady at the front door greeting customers we received no further help or assistance in the store. Of the 5 staff available they were simply not interested in making any attempt to help us. After 20 minutes of struggling with one of the prams we have looked at buying (Uppababy range - not exactly the “cheap” option), gave up and proceeded to walk out of the store.

Doncaster BB is amazing!
All the customer service representatives including the managers have been a pleasure to deal with. They have helped with all of my enquiries and returned faulty items in a heartbeat! They went out of their way to make things as a easy as possible and are most knowledgeable about products! I highly recommend the Doncaster BB!!
Worse customer experience
Bought a pram from the baby bunting store in Preston in June which was suppose to be delivered to us working 4 weeks time and we are still waiting on it. Was informed that the stock they received was somehow damaged, I understand that but the service we received was pathetic the lady manager there was rude and absolutely unhelpful. She had the audacity to tell us we can wait for the pram as we still have 6 weeks for the baby to come. That’s just unacceptable you couldn’t deliver the product in 6 months and instead of being sorry you are giving...us smart answers in return. There are many other baby product shops around I would never go to baby bunting myself nor would I recommend anyone else and am not upset that I still haven’t received the pram I understand things are sometimes not in our control but the customer service we received was by far the worse.
Bad customer service!
have been to this store (Thomastown VIC) many times and have spent a fair bit of money there. Each time I have been I must admit I never got a genuine or warm service from any of the customer service staff - the only one was a younger girl who was selling me & my partner a car seat. Each time I have gone I have been an easy customer and friendly. They are rude service ladies. I have been at the register paying whilst the staff were talking amongst themselves about other customers, bagging them. They are condescending and pretend to be nice. The...last time I had went in (during all this COVID stuff) the lady had some pretty mean and generalist opinions about the way our society was handling it all. I wore a mask at the time because I was nervous to say I couldn't wear it. Yesterday I went in (now having a note) the girl at the door didn't say anything and let me and my partner in. As we were shopping around the manager approached us and told me to wear a mask, I didn't explain to her as I was on the way out anyway, but she had went to the back to give me one. I had then asked this lady (since she approached us) about a product - she made no effort at all to help. As I was walking to the counter I had 3 of the staff attacking me. I explained I had a note and a new service lady at the door said they didn't allow exemptions, I told her I had no idea and that we will pay and I will leave and won't come again. She continued to tell me off and tell me to wear it. We didn't need more than one staff member to explain the rules, and bully, nor should they discriminate in the first place. Before this incident I had already felt like not wanting to shop there because of their attitudes and that just sealed the deal! There's so many other baby stores out there with baby products, and another local Baby Bunting, I will not go back to the Thomastown one...I'd suggest to hire better customer service staff. I also work in customer service and the service makes the atmosphere and the shopping experience.
I bought a rocker for my baby. It was always something wrong with the rocker, because head side was really down. When we went to the dtore to show them, the lady was making excuses instead of finding the fault. We didn't want to argue, so we came back. It was broken after few days. I went back. It was still under warranty. The lady at their capalaba store ( seems a manager) was very rude. She said that she can see all of our other purchases in the system except the rocker, that was totally a lie. Then she said that some other older child must ...have stood on it because she saw my 7 years old son with me. It was so hard to believe that someone can be that rude to the customer. She was really arrogant. When you go to buy something, they will treat you nicely but if you have any complaint about the product they will humiliate you. More disappoint with the customer service than tbe product. Never reccomend to anyone.

Poor customer service
I went to the baby bunting Cannington WA store today and received very poor customer service. I’m currently pregnant and enjoy baby shopping and the way I was treated really ruined the experience for me. I will not be going back which is a shame as there aren’t many options for baby shops in WA.
Will never buy from any Baby bunting store
Purchased a pram about 3 months ago and the front 2 tyres were not functioning well from the beginning. It reached to a point where the front tyres would get stuck continuously. Took it to the store and the manager said we cant do anything as you have used the pram now it is of no use for we cant even sell to another customer. I told them i dont want refund or exchange atleast send it for repair. Took the pram for a ride in the store and told me its perfectly fine. I took the pram back however the problem continued as i had no hope left from them i lodged a complain to fair trading against them.
Staff are a mixed bag
Often visit the Bentleigh store. Always look out for Clare. She is so helpful and entertaining!
Other staff are rude and disinterested. The manager is scary.
Haven't seen Clare in a while. Hope she still works there!
Was at a b /bunting store after a particular product, they were out of stock so rang another store they had it so was put on hold, drove up to the store the next morning they had sold it very upset and disappointed.
Bankstown store has rubbish customer service
The Bankstown store manager [Name Removed] has no idea about anything. I tried to return a pump machine after it was faulty and broke down after 10 weeks. Instead of refunding it, she asked irrelevant questions like 'why didn't I take it in immediately' even though it had only been a week since it broke down, i had a newborn and a toddler and i work and i was at risk for mastitis and couldnt provide breast milk to my newborn anymore thanks to their faulty machine. She also asked me if i cleaned it regularly(again irrelevant and offensive as I d...id clean it). She then proceeded to waste my time by asking me to provide other products that came in the pack (even though they were used and clearly not going to be resold) and kept going on about medelas warranty...which has nothing to do with Australian Consumer Law. [Name Removed] should stop trying to wriggle her way out of legal obligations to customers. And stop inconveniencing those who buy their faulty products. Rubbish customer service.

Baby Bunting Moore Park
After the first, and last, visit to Baby Kingdom in Alexandria we decided to try out Baby Bunting Moore Park. We’ve shopped there for a few months, we got used to not being acknowledged by staff going into the store, not being asked if we needed help. We got to know where to find the things we needed. One Sunday we bought a Ingenuity Comfort-2-Go portable swing. Down from $130.00 to $99.00, or at least that’s what we thought. One-stop Baby shop
Be sure to check online stores first so that when you get there you know what you're getting. The store is huge and 1 day is not enough to check all the products especially if it's your first time going in there.
Check out the second floor too wherein the cribs and swaddles are located. They have a promotion last June which made their price very affordable. My SIL gifted us a Nuna leaf from there and the promotion was, they included a Nuna toy for free which was $50 when you buy it separately.

Colin is a newly born baby's father, First child.
He trusted the good brand presentation of baby bunting.
He did quite a lot purchases in the store and felt this is a reliable shop until his last purchase.
He purchased one humidifier with the star projecting function which was supposed to be used in the bedroom during the night. First trial during the night, he discovered the humming noise is too loud for both of him and his wife, let alone the reoccurring water dropping sound into the tank awakened the baby numerous times.
My very first visit to Baby Bunting was today and I was expecting a wonderland of beautiful baby items that I wouldn’t be able to resist. I was unpleasantly surprised to see the only colours stocked in baby clothing were grey, pastel pink, blue, green and white (apart from a few BONDS pieces hanging on the racks.) This was not only in just the clothes but the swaddles, sheet sets and accessories. Then I went across to the other side of the store which looked like a rainbow had thrown up all over the toys and accessories. I couldn’t believe how ...tacky and outdated the stock was after I had been longing to see all of the beautiful, bespoke items I keep seeing on a daily basis from instagram worthy stores in my Facebook feed. Honestly, Kmart has a better range than this store AND it’s a fifth of the price. The service was nice but I don’t believe I’ll be returning.

Consistently Poor Customer Service
There are a couple of staff in Baby Bunting that buck the trend, but the vast majority of staff there
1. Seem annoyed when you ask them a question, and make you feel like an encumbrance
2. Often have poor product knowledge. I have been given incorrect advice on three purchases there (incorrect size, incorrect age etc) so now I know I can't rely their advice.
3. Promote 'deals' that they haven;t followed through on.
I feel really sorry for those first time mums going there for a bit of product support and advice and come away pretty miserable.
You could do so much better.
thank you to all these wonan who work at the thomastown store. When I was a 1st time mum I basically lived there and now having my 2nd i dont need anything and am more confident so I dont actually get to see them as often. Just went in and purchased a few thing's made me realise how much I missed them. Hence the reason for this review which is 2 years too late. Thanx again for making me always feel welcome and for all the advice..
A bit expensive
I find Baby Bunting to be generally a little bit too expensive for what you're getting.
Also very slow shipping for online ordering and fairly poor and slow, unresponsive customer service is my experience.
First time mum, went into the Ringwood store to get advise on a number of products after doing my own research I found I was guided to better options by a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member
I had a c section and was not up to going to get what I needed, so I called the Rutherford store and the girls there were amazing, they got the joie swing for me and 4 pigeon bottles and 4 teats and put them at the front counter for me, for my husband to pick up so as he didn't have to try and get everything right that I needed. Then at time of payment they suggested i join as a member and i made a major saving great service.
BB crew are fantastic
As first time parents my husband and I were overwhelmed by all the choices we had. The crew at Baby Bunting have been exceptional. We have been into the store many times and I’ve called them up for several reasons and every single time we have been treated with exceptional customer service. They have always gone above and beyond what we could have expected. They truly deserve this 5 star rating.

Great store with a good range of baby products and all of the essentials. Easy to find items and price is good. Most staff are helpful however some have been quite rude. Will continue to shop there.
All the essentials
Baby bunting has all your baby and early childhood essentials. Most staff are very friendly and helpful, some can be a little off. Staff are knowledgeable about the products in terms of what to recommend and how to use.
Left the store Extremely unhappy and stressed
My daughter and I unfortunately had to return a baby car seat that was recalled, that process wasn't terrible but wasnt the best but having to install the new seat or incurr a $45 install charge was where the nightmare began and after thst we still had to go to another indtaller to redo the job and it is for this reason we will not be returning to a baby bunting store or using baby on board installers to install a baby car seat again. I highly recommend using Kid Safe in West Leederville for baby seat installers.
Top notch customer service!!!
Fantastic customer service. Had an issue with an item I purchased at the store which is about 1.5hrs away. Customer service went above and beyond. Sent me a new higher priced product in the mail and took the other one back without charging me anything!
Customer: Asks Baby Bunting sales staff if a sale is coming up...
Baby Bunting: No sir, there are no sales coming up this is the best price - customer buys the product.
