Terrible buckle
The sliding feature of the buckle is useless when dealing with a screaming and squirming baby. Always snaps undone. While other aspects of the pram are great, this feature makes me hate using it.

I want to give them 5 stars but....
So this pram has some amazing qualities, the steering is great, its an easy pull and fold, the wheels are great, especially living in a rural town where there's dirt, rocky roads etc etc
BUT it annoys me sooo much that there is no option to either make the seat reverse OR purchase a seat I can reverse. I feel that baby jogger forget that not everyone lives in a city where the sun is blocked out by huge buildings, there are times when I go for walks and it would be amazing to not use the capsule and have a seat that was reversible for these tim...
Read morees, plus when its dusty etc or when your baby is fussy and just wants to be able to see you. Even if they just had a universal adapter so I could purchase a different brand of seating or make a 2 in 1 bassient!! Its also super annoying that they don't make suncovers to fit all their prams. I purchased the 10th anniversary edition and its also disappointing that I missed out on the adjustable calf support. I want to fully love this pram but I feel that Baby Jogger havent thought out their products 100%, there's alot in the market they are missing!Purchased in June 2020.

Good design except one-handed fold doesn't work
It's a good design and rolls and steers really nicely, good park brake (replaced under warranty, no fuss) and shade visor too, but the back panel has jammed into such a position that it needs to be pushed over the main folding hinge manually every time I fold it. So it's now a TWO-handed fold which means you can never hold the baby and fold the pram at the same time. So the pram's best feature kinda died. I took it back to the retailer during the warranty period but they rang the company and got a "she'll be right" as they manually popped the back panel over the main folding hinge. I can do that myself quite easily, with TWO hands, every time (and I do, every time) but I'd prefer the one-handed fold mechanism to be reliable.

Excellent and easy to use
This is my first pram which came highly recommended by other mums. Great to use, easy to get in and out of house/car after a caesar. Baby is very happy in it. Can walk or jog and its great on all ground types. It’s made my life a lot easier.

Wanted to love this but
We bought this for our 6 month old as I wanted to wait to purchase a three wheeler until he was a bit bigger. I was previously using a 2nd hand uppababy Cruz. This is definitely an easier handling pram with one finger steering etc. And it does uneven terrain (sand etc) better, however the bottom bar near back wheels I often find myself banging my foot into when walking. The basket is troublesome to access and not very functional. Surprisingly I find the pram quite difficult to get into and out of car, it’s more awkward that the uppababy des...
Read morepite being slightly lighter. I often walk holding my dogs lead in one hand and as soon as that hand gets pulled by the dog the pram does also start to tip. I’m a bit disappointed given I thought I had researched this purchase well. It’s not all bad, my son is very comfortable in the pram and I do appreciate the different “peek” windows in canopy.Purchased for $699.00.

Greeeat pram!
We love this pram because it is so confortable for our toddler since he was born, I only got a head support and made a cover to make him feel comfortable and snug, I removed them as he grew, he is able to climb on and off, the hood covers him from the sun and cold whenever he needs it, the wheels are all terrain and you can Remove them so easily in case you have a small car as I do, love this pram!!

Awesome pram for an active bushwalker :)
This pram had been a lifesaver for am active family like us. It handles well at smooth surface at the shops and does wonder on rough terrains as well! I've got the Mini GT for my third bub, and I now wish I had bought it for my first and second as well! It's not overly expensive for such luxury and comfort, but also doesn't look and feel tacky. My little one is now one year old and we've still got a lot of spaces on there! We have been taking the pram on our regular weekend walk as well as on more difficult terrains such as the Wilson Prom, the...
Read more Grampians, the Otways etc. My oldest 10yo loves pushing his younger brother as it's so light and easy to steer. I do have an issue with the basket the as it's so hard to access and you can't fit a lot in there. Being a lighter pram also doesn't allow you to hang too much weights on the handle, so you do have to get a shopping trolley if you're grocery shopping and that. All in all, an awesome pram that meets our needs and we are happy with it, a year on :)Purchased in June 2019 at Baby Bunting.

I love this pram - affordable and stylish
We were in the market for an affordable mid range pram and this one is great. I was sold the minute I found it could fold up using just one hand! And it’s so easy to steer, it can be turned with just one finger! Very comfortable for my son - lays all the way back so he could lie down when he was newborn means no bassinet attachment was needed, and adjusts to sitting up very easily now he’s bigger! Stylish, reasonably priced, it’s a very good looking pram.
There are just 2 things I would change:
1. The way the wheels are and the way it’s weigh...

If you have a large nappy bag or intend to use it for shopping, this pram may not be right for you
We have the City Mini GT 10th anniversary edition.
The wheels, suspension and one step collapse are really strong plus points. Bub is comfortable in the seat.
A material drawback is the the lack of adequate storage (small basket) which is tough to get to because of a metal bar. This is compounded by the weight distribution of the pram, such that any backwards pressure does cause it to topple. The usability, of the pram therefore, for our needs - is poor.
Purchased in December 2018 at Baby Bunting Physical store for $639.20.

Didn't come with a compliance sticker, four years later I can't even give the thing away
This has been a great pram but it didn't come with an Australian compliance sticker. I note there was some media attention as to whether they met safety standards some time ago but I can't even get a sticker with the serial number or taking it back to store. And Salvation Army won't accept anything without a safety standards / compliance sticker. Makes you wonder where they are coming from if they don't have compliance stickers.
Purchased in May 2015 for $550.00.
So disappointed
The storage basket is tiny and not to mention the latest model of the pram has a metal bar above the basket making it even harder to fit my nappy bag in the storage basket. I cant hang anything off the handle bar as the entire pram tips over. I cant believe these issues werent picked up during the design process. I paid $799 for the pram and further $200 trying to resolve the storage issues to no avail.Only good thing about the pram is the one hand fold system.

Read moreay to day function and this pram falls flat!!!!!! I am well aware you can’t hang things off the handle bar but i get desperate because the basket is so poorly designed. if you are going to have a tiny storage basket that has poor access then you should at least be able to hang bags off the handle bar but you can’t do either!!! Honestly it’s sooo annoying, everyone knows how much stuff you have to carry with a baby, adding elastic to the basket negates the idea when you can barely fit anything in it anyway and it certainly hasn’t improved access.......... The best!
My husband and I were after a pram that we could use from newborn until toddler. It also had to be a one piece fold down as both of us couldnt be bothered pulling apart a pram in order to get it in our car. Its a one handed fold down and so easy! we were going to have a tall baby we knew other brands would be grown
out of by 8mths so we needed something to last. the city mini gt ticked all our boxes. I love how its smooth to push on any terrain and the wheels can take a beating on any surface. I love how the back of the canopy opens up so on ...

Love it!!
LOVE the one handed fold up capability of this pram!! So easy to get out and pack away. Also lighter than many other prams which was a big thing for me. Good pram that covers everything you need. Used it with the capsule in the beginning and was easy and definitely worth it. Would have been 5 stars if it just had a slightly bigger opening to the storage basket underneath (have to put my nappy bag in from the side) and a couple more Velcro air ventilation spots, but not enough to get anything else. Will definitely be continuing to use it for future children!!

We have the 3 wheeler model and its so easy to get in and out the car, saves time for getting my son in and out the car, and it lays almost flat, so he can easily sleep. He is only 18m but I can see us using this pram for a very long time, plus it still looks brand new

Great size pram and so practical
I am so glad I bought this City Mini GT. The size is perfect, not too big but not too small. With the 3 wheels, it is so easy to push and turn, also great for jogging, one of the reason I bought this pram. The basket at the bottom is big enough to put a shopping bag and the pram fits well in restaurants and other places because it is not too wide. It also fits well in the car without taking the whole space in the boot. I like the easy adjusting seat, we can put it up or the whole way down when baby has a nap. Easy to fold. Just a very practical pram and I wouldn't change it!

Perfect pram and great compact size
I love this pram. Had another more expensive brand which looked nice but was a pain to push over bumby terrain. The 3 Wheel design works so well over all terrain and is super easy to turn corners in tight space. Very well made and strong with big storage underneath perfect for a trip to our local market. Also folds up compactly.

Good pram but the basket is so annoying
Pram good points: drives beautifully. Handles all terrain well. Great canopy. Seat is nice and roomy, Great for older toddlers too. Awesome fold. A good fuss free pram...but...
The basket kills me with this pram rough. I've had it twice... Trying to love it. There is not really any good access to it and I felt like I was always struggling with my things underneath to get them in and out which in the end became a deal breaker. They have recently re launched this pram but did not address the basket... Such a same shame!

Hi Holly,
Thanks for the feedback good yay and bad :(...
Read more Holly surely we get extra stars for ease of packing?? Even if you're not happy with the basket!!! ;) We did improve the basket on the City Mini GT2, we added more elastic to the basket to help with access. Honestly we feel all the other amazing features cannot be over shadowed by access to the basket - it's still a good size for the style of stroller - it's ideal for a blanket, toys or even a small bag. Side note: the City Mini GT is not a running stroller, in actual fact the only running stroller in our range is the Summit X3! Cheers The Baby Jogger Customer Service TeamEmmah_kateSouthwest, VIC

The best pram ive ever owned!
Absolutely love this pram.
So easy to push one handed.
Also easy to fold one handed whilst holding baby.
Glides along with ease even up gutters.
Pram is great on both smooth and rough surfaces with the ability to lock the front wheel if walking on gravel.
Comfy ride for baby with great suspension and handling.

Love it!
Love this pram. I have used it for both my daughters. I first purchased it back in 2013 ad it is still going strong. Great storage at the bottom, smooth to push, easy to pack away and easy to clean. My husband who is a left arm amputee doesn't have any issues opening and closing it. Highly recommend. If you are wanting to run, I would upgrade to the next model however this one is great to walk with.

Hello. I purchased a new BabyJogger Citi Mini GT pram earlier this year. A friend of mine has given me her 2015 model Bassinet but it doesnt look like the clips/adaptors fit in the newer model pram? Are you able to provide some advice as to how we properly connect the Bassinet or confirm whether older model bassinets no longer fit newer prams. Thank you!

Hi Adele,
Congratulations on your recent Baby Jogger purchase.
Can we confirm if you purchased the new Baby Jogger GT 2?
If so the new prams have their own model of bassinet, the original bassinets will not be compatible.
