We bought a Mother's Choice Adore Car Seat from their online store on 30 Jun. We were later told the item was out of stock. 20 days later, I had to follow it up via email when we would expect the car seat.
On 30 Jul, we were delivered the item but the box have been totally ripped on one side (see photo). You probably could remove the item from the box through the hole on the side of the box.

Do not purchase a pram from this company. By far they are one of the worst companies I have dealt with along with @babykingdom who we purchased the pram from initially and planned to use it for years to come (hence why they upsold us to the double pram).

We purchased the pram in 2018 and had 6 months of use before it failedBabyKingdom has had it since.

After 6 months of use of our $1500+ pram the brakes failed and frame had major issues. At one point the pram stated rolling towards the road with the brake on!

I ordered a love n care bassinet from them two or so months ago. Item came damaged and took about 3 weeks to arrive. After I notified them it took another two weeks for them to do anything about it and then they expected me to return it for a refund. They offered me two different return ideas.
