Boori Natty Cot Bed says “in stock online” but not in stock won’t be till November. No order confirmation despite contacting 3 times, they asked me to send them an email?
Confirmed purchase online - never sent and apparently out of stock!
Really Unhappy with the online service. My friend had a gift registry with them, I ordered 2 items - 3 weeks out from the baby shower. Closer to the date I realised they had never sent me the items, I called them to chase this, and a sarcastic unbothered person told me that 1 of the items was out of stock. I asked when will it come in, and she didn't know. She looked at her stores and told me no one was carrying it. Why would it be on the gift registry, and how could I go through the motions of purchasing the item if it was out of stock?? I sti...ll had another item that was in stock that I purchased, though they didn't even send that to me. They said I could go into a store with credit, I told them I rather shop somewhere else and get what I thought I purchased! I asked for my refund and that also takes 5 days to get back to me. Don't register with them, and don't buy anything online with them! Terrible customer service and they don't even follow up with orders from there mistake for a dated registry! Really unhappy and don't know how business survive with poor help and communication. Rant over!!
Terrible customer service
Really bad service no one greeted me , I had to go back and fourth to the counter to ask about product knowledge . Staff had very poor knowledge about the products I was after .
She was pushing me towards certain brand. Super disgusting and terrible experience will never go back again to that store .
Baby Kingdom Alexandria
First time visit to this store on a Saturday, before Covid-19 was a thing, we arrived 25 minutes before closing, looking for baby capsule padding. Three staff members at the car seat section are happily talking to each other whilst we were trying to find the right padding for our baby capsule in the racks a bit further down from the car seat section. Delayed shipment of damaged item
We bought a Mother's Choice Adore Car Seat from their online store on 30 Jun. We were later told the item was out of stock. 20 days later, I had to follow it up via email when we would expect the car seat.
On 30 Jul, we were delivered the item but the box have been totally ripped on one side (see photo). You probably could remove the item from the box through the hole on the side of the box.
The courier (StarTrack) tried to leave the box at our front door with the damage on the box facing away from us. Luckily, I managed to call him before ...
Avoid Baby Kingdom and UppaBaby!
Do not purchase a pram from this company. By far they are one of the worst companies I have dealt with along with @babykingdom who we purchased the pram from initially and planned to use it for years to come (hence why they upsold us to the double pram).
We purchased the pram in 2018 and had 6 months of use before it failedBabyKingdom has had it since.
After 6 months of use of our $1500+ pram the brakes failed and frame had major issues. At one point the pram stated rolling towards the road with the brake on!

Terrible service and damaged items
I ordered a love n care bassinet from them two or so months ago. Item came damaged and took about 3 weeks to arrive. After I notified them it took another two weeks for them to do anything about it and then they expected me to return it for a refund. They offered me two different return ideas. One return the whole product even though I’m heavily pregnant and they were the ones who sent it damaged or 2. Accept a replacement part and $50 refund. It’s now been another 2 weeks and I have recieved the replacement part but no refund. I have been ema...iling them about it and basically they are saying because I have a case with PayPal they can’t send me the refund !! Like why offer it then ??? I’m not taking the case off until I get my refund. I still have a few things to buy but no matter the price will never buy from here again. Terrible service getting totally stuffed around and they are rude about it !!! Do not buy from them !! Avoid avoid !!!
Delivery of my order was cancelled without notification as 1 product was unavailable. It wasn’t until I was enquiring about why I hadn’t yet received my order 5 days after receiving notification that my order had been dispatched that I was informed as to the reason why my order could hadn’t arrived. This order was from a gift registry in which they had the date of the event. I will now be attending the event without a gift. This is not good enough baby kingdom. I will never shop from here again
Disgusting service Alexandria
I purchached a joie nitro stroller from Alexandria.
The staff were helpful in the start put the stroller together for me and all was fine.
A few weeks later I am in Costco my sons asleep he turns a little and the pram flips up, my son in hesterics for an hour and i rush back to the store after 2 phone calls explaining what had happened. The pram was reviewed and deemed fine I disagreed as this pram is supposed to be from new born onwards now I would be so worried if this was something that could happen to a newborn! Absolutely worst service at the Bankstown store, they have no consideration for people who are ready to purchase - we went in to purchase a high chair, which our salesperson had to check was in stock and it turned out the other family also looking at chairs had also asked their salesperson about same chair. We were already at the counter ready to pay when they confirmed there was only one in stock. The other salesperson who seemed senior to ours and clearly wanted to make a sale claimed it for the other family even though they were STILL lookin...g at high chairs, comparing prices and asking questions about other chairs and were obviously still trying to make up their mind. Obviously the sales person serving the other family wanted to make a sale, even though we had been ahead of them in line and were ready to buy on the spot. The salesperson we had could not have cared less and failed to offer an apology or an alternative resolution. When questioned, she made up an excuse saying that the other family had “pre-purchased” when it was obvious they clearly hadn’t as they were still looking at other chairs. This was our first time at Baby Kingdom and we will not be returning, nor will we be recommending this place to any of our friends.
Visited Alexandria store on 14 May around 2pm,walk around in the store and looking for someone to show me how to use baby carrier..finally found one staff that could show me the function and how to put it on..my mum who can’t speak English try to ask her in simple English about the different of product,but this lady start showing her unhappy face,and when she serving us half way,my mum was asking her question about the product,but she walk away without any sorry and go to other customer who don even ask for her help..we standing beside and look...ing at her for 5mins but she still keep ignoring us..luckily there’s one guy who’s name [name removed] come to us and show us the product with patient..and finally we bought what we need..please hire a staff who will serve customer without choosing the skin colour
They took two weeks to post an item in spite of advertising they ship within two days.
The Baby Kingdom online store were difficult to deal with in that it took them two weeks to send my order with no actual reason for the delay. The item was in stock and their webpage says they ship within two days. I was most upset with their communication as they kept promising they would send it and then just didn’t. Eventually my husband called them after 2 weeks and repeated false promises in email and they sent the item. But it’s ridiculous it took that level of persistence from us to get it sent. It took 3 weeks to receive the pram and it would’ve been longer if we hadn’t continued to enquire. My pram is great but I won’t buy from them again.
Worst experience for a first time mother
I did my baby shower registry at BK castle hill and my inlaws went in and paid for the cot, drawer and changer set in August. They were told it would be a 2-3week turn around. We are now 3 days away from the baby shower only to get a call to say the items will not arrive till AFTER my baby is due which is mid November. As a first time expecting mother, I was hoping to have the nursery set up well in advance of the baby’s arrival not midway through parenting only to have our hands full with a baby and to have no cot, drawer or changing set. Not ...to mention then having to install it all while the baby is already here which is a stressful time as it is. The worst part is that they waited so long to let us know that we can’t even cancel and order anything else at this late stage as everything else has a 4-6 week waiting period too. Not to mention the 11 other things I ordered online which will apparently be dispatched on Monday the day after the baby shower. Pathetic service BK!! You’re in the wrong industry! Expecting parents are extra sensitive and you should be making their lives easier not adding to the stresses that they are dealing with!

We went to purchase a Bugaboo Twin Pram at the Alexandria store. The Bugaboo Represenative was very helpful and knowledgeable but had to leave. We were left with the Baby Kingdom staff to work out pricing given we were also going to get two car seats and two cots for our twins.
They were offering a discount of 20% off purchases above $2,500. Our pram alone had a RRP of $2800 however they were only going to offer a 15% discount on this. When questioned about this, they said that their prams were always 15% off year round...even though they w...ere advertising a larger discount at the front of their store. Our total transaction totalled above $4000 and after paying 90% of this as a deposit, I realised I should have paid less as I wasn’t decided on the two cots we were considering. This was immediately within seconds of the transaction going through and when I advised the lady as she was handing my credit card back to me, she said that they don’t do refunds and would be keeping 20% of the deposit if I changed my mind. Even though it was moments before and no goods had exchanged hands! Then she rushed off as they were shutting the store and we were left wondering what just happened! Absolutely woeful service. You should be disclosing such ‘policies’ before a transaction taking place, not after!
We did buy a breast feeding pump and when we went home we found it was faulty, wife returned back to replace it, the staff refused to replace it and only change the part,it is unprofessional behaviour, the price of that pump was more than 400$ reduced to 260$ , we didn’t bought cheap machine and it is not our fault if it was faulty, store should replace it , but this store doesn’t care about keeping customers, they got their money and that all what they care about, it is my right to get new machine and not to change a part and give it to me. I did pay my money to get quality and not to buy a machine with replaced part

Purchased 2 pigeon teats and found it was on sale at baby bunting. So went back in to get a price match on the teats, but would only give it to me for one. The reason being because I had opened the other packet and couldn't 'return' it when I wasn't even asking to return it, just for a price match. He wouldn't listen to me properly and was being ridiculous, over $5.

If you are thinking about shopping from this place, please reconsider. I bought my baby’s cot and chest of drawers from this place. As the items were not available in the stock, i was promised a 2-4 week lead time delivery, and now after 6 weeks it’s not clear when it will be available in stock! So, our baby was born yesterday, but we have to wait for at least two more weeks to get the furniture that we paid for. Absolutely not impressed with the customer service and the management. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!
Very poor customer service - Alexandria Store
I've been to the Alexandria store about 6 times in the last 3 months, and each time the customer service has been very poor compared to other stores. Even when I've attended mid week, with almost no customers in the store, the Alexandria staff are extremely disinterested and unhelpful, and you really have to seek out their help. I have never had a staff member approach me and ask for help.
The only reason why I've returned to this store is because of a gift voucher I received. I will not be returning now that I've used the voucher.
No guarantee on product order
Ordered a pram at the Alexandria store and was told it would take 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I didn't get a call to tell me if it arrived. On calling the store and being put on hold several times, I was eventually told (unapologetically) the "shipment has gone missing" and I'd have to wait 2 months for the next shipment. So I bought a different pram that was available at the Bankstown store and was told it'd take 2-4 weeks for it to arrive at Alexandria. Not taking any chances I picked it up from Bankstown myself and found out that the pram I had originally ordered was available at their store, but are now being held for other customers.
Don't rely on staff at Alexandria, they're useless and not trained very well.
Horrible service at Bankstown
I went there today to buy everything from the cot, stroller, to the high chair and more. Was going to be about $5k.
Not once did anyone acknowledge us or ask if we need help. We were there about 50 minutes.
Do you have to be unorganised and 8months pregnant before they look at you?
I'm going to Alexandria next week and hopeful someone speaks to us because I refuse to hand over that sort of money with no help.
