I’ve now made multiple purchases from baby and toddler town online and highly recommend! Coming from a town without any big stores or specialty baby stores the massive savings and free delivery is an added bonus! Recently I have purchased and infasecure Quattro Vogue after my baby outgrew his capsule! I love it, perfect with my toddlers evolve vogue also from baby and toddler town. Did I mention fast & free shipping? :)

I ordered a second seat for my strider compact deluxe, but couldn’t add to my cart for shipping. I called to ask why and they fixed the issue making it able for me to purchase and have posted. Amazing service and extremely helpful staff. Quick post. Highly recommend.

Wanted to purchase a Bugaboo stroller because Baby & Toddler Town had such great prices and I had a physical gift card as a baby shower present. I couldn't use the gift card anywhere as there wasn't any stores in Qld but the customer service lady was so nice and understanding over the phone and helped me to put it through. The stroller was out of stock for a short while but they sent out my stroller as soon as it was back in stock, worth the wait! I'm loving my new Bugaboo purchase from them!

Worst experience ever
I purchased a baby bag online and a week later they email me telling me it’s out fo stock and will have to wait a month for it to be back. I wait a month and still nothing I have emailed them 5 TIMES OVER 2 WEEKS asking for a refund and have had no reply at all. Worst customer service it has been 6 weeks and they have taken my money and I have received no baby bag at all. Such a scam do not use this site.

Do not get a baby Registry here!!!!
Registry service is terrible!!! Their website does not list items as out of stock. So your guests can purchase items and then not receive them in time for your shower. You don’t get email notifications when someone purchases from your registry. They don’t offer a gift wrap service for your guests purchases.

The product I have bought from Baby and Toddler Town has worked well! Quality manual breast pump that has done what it should with no issues. I did my research and knew what I wanted to purchase and therefore did not need to access customer service from the staff. The price was the best at Baby and Toddler Town.

I have purchased a few times from Baby & Toddler town after much research and have found the product prices very reasonable with quick delivery. I originally purchased a plate, wooden toy and sleepsuit. I was really happy with the website and purchased more twistshake products (highly recommended) and an All4Ella bun which is awesome! I ordered multiple items from baby and toddler town THREE MONTHS ago. A few days following my order I was sent an email stating that my items were not in stock, despite them still being available on the website. The email also stated that the items should be back in stock in 2-3 weeks time, I was disappointed but to me that wasn’t that far away so I didn’t kick up a fuss. 3 weeks go by and I hadn’t heard anything from them so I sent an enquiry through their website, I got an automatic response saying that they were experiencing high volumes of ...emails and would get back to me in a few days. At this point I was getting impatient so I decided to call them. It turns out that 2 of the three items I had ordered were still out of stock, one item was expected within the week and the other had no estimated time of arrival as the suppliers had not given a timeframe. The lady on the phone said that she could send out a partial delivery once the second item arrived, to which I agreed. A week later (two months after I had originally ordered) I received the two items, however one of them items - a baby towel came with dirty finger prints all over the packaging. It’s now been three months since first ordering, I sent them an email about a weekend a half ago asking about my final product and was responded with another automatic payment email. I never heard back from them. On Friday I ordered the same item from baby bunting (my baby is due in 2 weeks so I literally can’t wait any longer), it is now Tuesday and I already have the product. I contacted baby and toddler town again on Friday and asked to cancel the remaining item but no response. After reading so many reviews from this site I can see that a lot of people are having similar issues and that it’s been going on on for quite some time. (Don’t look at their site reviews, somehow they’re all 5 stars?). I’m so shocked that they are still in business and are allowed to run such a dodgy company.

My experience is identical to the other reviewer 'Worst company ever' I have exactly the same story with completely different products and also wish I had read more reviews. I just called them and asked for refunds for two orders (a significant amount of money). They shouldn't advertise products that can't supply within a reasonable time frame (3 months in my case) particularly for babies who grow rather quickly! I will also go to consumer affairs if my money is not refunded.

They obviously delete all the bad feedback they receive on their website because it says nothing but good things, don’t be fooled. I wish I had have googled the REAL reviews on this company before I ordered my item.
I ordered a bassinet, then received an email 2 days later saying the item was not in stock and it’ll take 2-3 weeks to get back in stock, they’ll email me once it’s been shipped. I waited 3 weeks and still didn’t hear anything, I tried calling them..... no answer, multiple times, then I left messaged and emailed them 3 times and st...ill had no answer. I then called them this morning and FINALLY got an answer, they didn’t apologise for not getting back to me or anything, all she said was that the item is still not in stock and that it’s ‘expected’ by the end of August, not guaranteed though. Pathetic. She then told me that she understands I may not be able to wait, that I can exchange or get a full refund of the price I paid. I obviously went for the full refund for the price I paid. I asked to wait on the phone while she processed my refund (because I didn’t trust that it would be done and it’s a nightmare trying to get in contact with these people) and she said “oh we don’t actually process the refunds, our accounts team does it but I promise it’ll be done by 2pm today”
Poor overall customer service and takes months to get items.
Originally went in store and purchased all our products. Brisbane store shut down so we were told items would be shipped to us.
Car capsule was sent from brisbane super quick as it was floor stock. Recieved the wrong adaptors for the pram which we only noticed 2 months later as no pram to try on.
After 6 phone calls over 2 months we finally got a straight answer after repeatedly being told items were coming/will be shipped next week.
Pram not in stock anymore and won't be in until after baby is born. Asked for a refund on pram, I still haven'...
We bought a product online after it says it was in stock. However, they email a week later to say it was a mistake and it will take a month to be restocked and posted to us. We got an email a month after to say the product will be delivered within a week and it was. We were disappointed at first but they kept to the timeline and product was delivered successfully.
Great store! Large range and helpful staff!
I purchased all the big ticket items for my first child at the Marsden Park store. The range of products is huge and the staff have extensive knowledge of all the products they sell. I bought my cot, change table,port-a-cot, pram and car seat from here and always had excellent customer service. I live close by so I always opted to get a call and pick up the products in-store. My bub loves all her things.

Hi everyone, Has anyone had any progress with speaking to Fair Trading?
I lost $1500 on a bugaboo, received an email saying it was on back order for 2-3 weeks, was provided a $50 voucher which I used and topped up with more money to order Bugaboo accessories, only to AGAIN receive an email saying all items were on back order 2-3 weeks (all paid for with debit card so my bank has no options for me).
From these reviews it appears the store was knowingly selling stock they never had or couldn't fulfill.
This appears to have been going on for 6 months +, which surely must be illegal?
The company is in liquidation. Did you receive an email from them to advise the matter? Bad luck to me too, I lost $1010 for Egg stroller. I paid by Zip not credit card & could not get money back as could not dispute or reverse transaction. Extremely angry but ...what can we do?
Yes I did.. I was more curious around whether fair trading could do anything as it sounds as though they had been trading insolvent with knowledge they had no stock for months and months... I cant believe we have no protection as consumers if not using credit!
Has anyone actually received there items?? Despite the mess around from the company?? Did you eventually receive it?
I haven’t received yet but they have dispatched it on the day they said they were expecting stock when I enquired, so fingers crossed I get it soon!
