So happy
Love our Rover. Had a Comet prior and there’s noticeable improvements with the Rover (belly bar opens and closes, adjustable handle, better maneuverability, sturdier material, smoother ride). My only complaint is the canopy could be bigger.

Disappointed
Disappointed that this is what you get for an $800 price tag.
We purchased the babybee duo and had issues clicking off the brake system, and the basket not folding properly. When contacting customer service they simply told us that this is the way the brake system works, and that we had overloaded the basket. In other words - nothing we can do for you.
What's the point of a 3 year warranty if the supplier just argues that the fault is with us?
Very disappointed to pay a premium price, and receive a sub par quality pram.

Maybe I just didn't get lucky.
I was really looking forward to mine after reading all the great reviews. Wheeling around the house, yes great and the tall lady in the video demo makes it so easy to fold and carry but for someone just shy of 5 foot, I struggled to fold and lift and put into a small boot (in one piece). The first try in getting it in the boot of my car, I struggled to lift and fold at the same time and made a big scratch - which meant I could no longer return it. Also, the videos don't tell you that you can only fold away when the baby seat is facing forward. ...
Read moreMine also rattled as you pushed along the pavement. The hood doesn't extend as much as you would think and the open side panels that you can't close. Don't get me wrong, it's a great looking pram, ok for shopping centres but rattled along the pavement and other terrains like grass in the park. The brake is also not as easy to push down. Occasionally you need to move the pram forward/backwards slightly to get it to click in and out of place. The little covers for the safety belt kept coming off and was a pain to keep trying to put them back on and I have just done without them. I was really looking forward to my new pram but isn't as light and as easy to push as they show on the videos for a small person like myself. I would love a bit more extended hood, zip to close those open side panels on the hood, maybe 1 kg less in weight and not rattle so much. Still, does the job my baby seems comfortable in it and pretty good for the price. Bravo on shipping though. I paid extra for the express and received it earlier than expected.1 comment

Great Pram
Really easy to put together, relatively lightweight and well made. Swapping out the bassinet and seat is really easy. I wasn't expecting the suspension to be as springy as what it is but it will definitely make my partners life easier

Great pram!
Very satisfied with this purchase! Firstly, it arrived before expected which was an added bonus. The pram was also on super easy assemble from the box and get in and out the car. It’s super lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect on tougher terrain, my newborn bounces around in the bassinet on surfaces like asphalt and pavements which makes it difficult to go on outdoor walks. However, I do love the overall quality of the pram and I’m in love with the Sage. I think it’s good value for the money.

Was disappointed with this pram
This pram is very clunky. Smooth on perfectly flat ground (Supermarket floors, new asphalt) - but anything with a bump or uneven surface is it terribly rough and noisy (ie. footpath, grass, dirt, gravel) I was told this is normal for the pram. My baby can’t sleep on walks unless I stick to the asphalt walking track as she wakes up with all the bumps - even on the footpath. It also pulls to the left and can not be pushed with one hand! Difficult to enjoy a coffee on your walk when you can’t hold coffee and push and can’t sit in cup holder with all the bumps! Also my baby is 3 months old and too long for the bassinet, the seat is not supposed to be used until 6 months old. The brake is also sticky at times. Very disappointed with this pram!

Great storage and smooth handling!
We love our baby bee Rover. We have used it on the beach, on unsealed paths and normal foot paths without any issues. It has great suspension and our daughter loves being high up in the pram with a spacious seat.

Excellent quality and super stylish
Quality & Affordability right here! This is the second pram I have owned. My first had terrible cheap EVA wheels and no suspension, I had to get rid of it. I did so much research to find the right pram for me. I needed a pram that would suit a newborn and a very independent toddler, something that had quality wheels and good suspension and also within my budget. When I found the Baby Bee Rover I was so excited. I purchased the Sage colour which is so stylish. The bassinet is a great option of a safe place for baby to sleep when out and about. A...
Read mores an extra I got the toddler board attachment, my BIG girl is so proud riding on the pram and it is easy to push. The overall quality of the pram is outstanding and I think it competes with the luxury brands out there, the price is affordable for the quality and accessories you get. I am a happy customer with my new Baby Bee Rover and I only wish I bought this pram the first time round.1 comment

Great pram!
The pram is fantastic!
It was easy to order online and arrived safely.
I found it very easy to put together.
The material is lovely, and the inserts are plush.
It steers easily, quick to fold. It isn’t too bulky or heavy.
I love the under basket size and a accessibility with 2 older kids that I have to cart things around for.
It compares to my $1000+ pram I had for my 1st child.

Luxury pram at half the price!
As a first time mum, I did extensive research into what pram to buy. Babybee Rover not only had amazing customer reviews, but I also loved the design and all the add ins included in the bundle for such a low price! The pram arrived quickly despite usual long delays in shipping during COVID and the assembly couldn’t have been easier. I can’t wait to take our little one for its first stroll!

Excellent pram easy to put together and use
Pram was easy to assemble. Was easy to roll around on tiles, carpet and grass.
Suspension was soft.
Baby due to arrive soon and I believe they will be very comfortable in the pram especially with the soft inner lining.
Has a very sturdy frame.

Stylish, well built pram with good accessories and value for money
Hi all,
Firstly, I am only reviewing this pram having just received it without a chance to actually test it in the real world (bub hasn't arrived yet..)
I just wanted to write my initial thoughts for those that might find this helpful, since there are quite a few reviews on here.
One thing I noticed is there are quite a few sponsored reviews so just be aware of that (a bit under 50% i think). This isn't necessarily a bad thing however as I understand the need to incentivise people to review products, particularly for a business that relies s...
Read moreo heavily on online reviews and word of mouth. You can filter this on this website. Overall, we think the pram is great value, stylish and ticks the boxes we are after. It is a medium to full size pram that looks like it will be useful in a variety of urban/grass terrain. It is not a super light travel pram, but definitely on the lighter end for similar prams in its class. We will likely buy a cheap travel or umbrella stroller for quick shopping centre trips and use the Rover as our daily driver. We also considered the Redsbaby prams and visited a demo day and prefer the Rover. The Redsbaby appears to be a more popular pram, at least in my neighbourhood but the build quality of the Rover feels slightly nicer, particularly the wheels, suspension and seat/bassinet liner. We also found the fold on the Rover much easier. Also comes with more accessories i.e. handlebar bag.1 comment

Hi June,
Thanks so much for taking the time to review....
Read more We are aware of these other models, but are not in any way associated with the companies. We believe that they are potentially an international distributor and not a pram company with a presence in Australia. They appear to have a number of "copy-cat" products that look very similar to other leading brands both in Australia and globally. This stroller model appears to be similar to our 2017 ROVER model, which we discontinued and replaced with the 2019 version. The 2019 model has some key differences based on feedback from over 10,000 Aussie families so it's not an exact replica of what were currently selling. Unfortunately, this seems to be commonplace in the stroller industry. If you have a look at ebay you'll see a lot of knock-off Yoyo and Cameleon strollers, but there are no guarantees around quality of manufacturing or materials, safety testing and control procedures or after-sales support. For anyone looking to purchase this model, we would strongly encourage to first check that it does at a minimum comply with the Australian Safety Standards. Check the warranty period provided, whether parts and accessories are also available for purchase (outside of any warranty period) and whether they offer any customer service (outside of the retail store) and of course read any customer reviews about the specific brand and product. Thanks again for the review, we hope you enjoy your ROVER!! Babybee Teambmellington88Greater Melbourne (Outer), VIC

Great value pram
So easy to put together, and really easy to fold up. Folds up reasonably small to fit in my hatchback. Great manoeuvrability and nice and sturdy. My only grievance is it can be quite a bumpy ride on gravel/uneven surfaces but overall it’s a pretty good pram.

Love it! Not for everyone though so make sure it ticks the boxes you need
It's a sturdy, sleek and all round nice on the eyes.
It's pretty bulky when folded though so beware of space you are needing to fit it. It does come apart into two pieces though so that's super handy for splitting it up to maximize space at least.
The suspension is ok. Definitely better suited for smooth / solid terrains. The wheels hold up well no damage after a year.
The peep flap doesn't have a fastener or magnet blat all so it blows open in the wind letting cold air And light in.
The extendable handlebar is super handy. Being able to...
Read more retract it in tight spaces and for storage is also a plus. The pram liners are super soft and comfortable they are white / cream though so be prepared for staining plus side they are easily removed for cleaning1 comment

Fantastic pram!
This is a lightweight, user friendly pram. Great to take on trips to the park, handles road/footpath/grass with ease, with decent suspension on these surfaces. My bub looked comfortable in the bassinet as a newborn, and even more so now in the stroller.

Hi when will the version 2021 coming out? Thanks

Thanks for your question!
Feedback from the 2019 model ROVER has been really positive (plus we just won the ProductReview award for best 4 wheel pram!).
The product team is discussing some minor cosmetic changes to the ROVER, however, any new model wouldn't be expected until at least the middle of the year.
I hope that helps, but please let us know if you have any other questions by emailing us at hello@babybeeprams.com.au - we're here to help!
Catherineasked
Can you get a hook on the pram and hook your own bag on it?
2 answers
I think you can - yes. But I didn’t worry about it because there’s so much room underneath to put your nappy bag and the pram also comes with a detachable handlebar bag to fit phone, wallet, coffee, baby accessories in should you want them close at hand.
Babybee P.Babybee
Hi! Thanks for your question! We do recommend just using the provided handlebar bag on our prams - our ROVER has a handlebar weight limit of 1kg, and our DUO2 has a limit of 2kg. There are also lots of pockets and plenty of room in the basket to pop all your essentials and more! I hope this helps, but please contact us at hello@babybeeprams.com.au if you have any other questions - we are here to help!

Hi there, just wondering if there are any plans of creating canopy colour packs for the rover 19? Similar to what’s available for the discontinued comet range? Thanks

Hi Krystal! We don't have anything coming, but I will pass on the suggestion to the product development team, they are always looking for customer feedback and suggestions.

- The lightweight design also made the Babybee a pleasure to handle on a daily basis
- The compatible capsule was straightforward and non-fiddly, with one reviewer commenting that it ‘clicks perfectly into the pram conversion brackets’
- Ease of assembly was appreciated by a number of reviewers
- For a four-wheeler pram, the Babybee Rover made small work of manoeuvring more left-of-field surfaces, including dirt tracks. It was described by one reviewer as being ‘farm-life tested.’
- Many reviewers appreciated the aesthetic of their pram, and were proud to display it in public.
All this praise can’t go unacknowledged. Accordingly, the Babybee Rover has won a 2021 Award for Best 4-Wheeler Pram. Its highest scores were awarded for its excellent manoeuvrability and value for money.
