Faulty product and no Customer Service
I received the Rover 2019 Stroller+Bassinet set shortly after ordering and it looks like it's good quality but that's where it all ends.
Upon setting it up I discovered one of the connectors on the Bassinet that slots into the pram frame is at the wrong angle and so it is impossible to attach it. I emailed the company on Wednesday and almost everyday asking for an update but there was no response whatsoever. There was no phone number to contact them on. I even reached out using Messenger and using another email address on its website, it's all ...

It's good but I wouldn't choose it again
I love the quality, the suspension, the way it glides easily over most terrains but I wouldnt get it again purely because of the hood. It is not a very long hood in comparison to many other prams. I always have to use a sheet to hang partially over the hood to block the sun out. The sun protector that the pram comes with blocks out the baby completely so baby can't see anything and parent can't see baby so I don't love using that. Im not sure if mine is faulty or if they are all designed this way but when I have the hood fully extended out, if ...
Read moreI go over a bump in a footpath the hood will retract back one third. This just adds more of a problem to the already to short hood. I would love to see the hood redesigned to be longer and to be able to retract one side only back similar to other pram designs. This would mean no sheet would be nessasary. Other then that the rest of the pram is great.Purchased in July 2020.

Worst $850 I Have Spent.
Pram does not roll along smoothly in a straight line. It’s very hard to steer.
Numerous emails have been sent back and forth and I keep getting generic emails sent back to me saying the same thing over and over again.
Beyond frustrated.
Worst money I’ve spent.
Second baby and I shouldn’t stuck to the big name brands.
Beyond disappointed.
Don’t waste your money.

Hi Zeena,
Thanks for taking the time to review and sorry to hear you haven't had the Babybee experience we want all our customers to have.
Being an online store, we do require video and images be sent...
How do I take an image or a video of something that needs to be felt?
I’ve taken video...I’ve sent images and it keep getting the same generic email back.
I can’t do with the back and forth. It got me nowhere.

Nice but not perfect
I already had a new Steelcraft Agile Elite pram however I was unhappy with how little basket space that pram provided while in bassinet mode due to the seat being so low. I brought the BabyBee Rover thinking this would be much better, however it isn’t. There is a little more height available in the basket area underneath the bassinet but not $900 worth. I find the bassinet takes up soo much space in the car as it does not fold in any way. It only just fits in my boot (along with a few scuff marks to get it in) (Mitsubishi Lancer) the frame is a...
Read morelso quite awkward to fold, which leads to more scuff marks on the pram from the ground whilst fiddling around trying to do that too. The only reason why I chose not to return it or try to sell it on is I have found it handy to have 2 prams - one to stay in my car and another that can float around the house and go in my husbands car if needed. We use the Steelcraft Agile Elite pram for the house and going in and out of my husbands car as it is much lighter, compact and easier to fold. The Rover may become easier to use once we move on from the bassinet stage to the seat - but I will just have to wait and see when that time comes.Purchased in September 2020 at BabyBee online for $900.00.

From great to average.
It's a beautiful pram with simple functionality. Two biggest drawbacks: 1. The frame scratches way too easily. 2. The website doesn't accurately represent the height of the pram when seating toddlers. It's uncomfortable for them past around 1.5 years. Have a look at the photos of Emmy on the website for the height indication, poor kid is about to break her neck trying to fit into that pram.
Pram also creeks a lot and front wheels often have a mind of their own.
Overall I was really excited for this pram, but a year on and I'm not so sure anymore!

A good pram with a few minor issues
This is a good pram which is sturdy, easy to collapse and generally handles well. I find with the seat in the parent facing position the steering is a little more difficult and I can't manage with only one hand for long as I feel the centre of balance is a little off. My other minor issue is that I find the basket in not easily accessible from behind the pram, only in front. While not a huge problem, it would be great if this were accessible from both aspects.

Disappointed
Disappointed that this is what you get for an $800 price tag.
We purchased the babybee duo and had issues clicking off the brake system, and the basket not folding properly. When contacting customer service they simply told us that this is the way the brake system works, and that we had overloaded the basket. In other words - nothing we can do for you.
What's the point of a 3 year warranty if the supplier just argues that the fault is with us?
Very disappointed to pay a premium price, and receive a sub par quality pram.

Maybe I just didn't get lucky.
I was really looking forward to mine after reading all the great reviews. Wheeling around the house, yes great and the tall lady in the video demo makes it so easy to fold and carry but for someone just shy of 5 foot, I struggled to fold and lift and put into a small boot (in one piece). The first try in getting it in the boot of my car, I struggled to lift and fold at the same time and made a big scratch - which meant I could no longer return it. Also, the videos don't tell you that you can only fold away when the baby seat is facing forward. ...
Read moreMine also rattled as you pushed along the pavement. The hood doesn't extend as much as you would think and the open side panels that you can't close. Don't get me wrong, it's a great looking pram, ok for shopping centres but rattled along the pavement and other terrains like grass in the park. The brake is also not as easy to push down. Occasionally you need to move the pram forward/backwards slightly to get it to click in and out of place. The little covers for the safety belt kept coming off and was a pain to keep trying to put them back on and I have just done without them. I was really looking forward to my new pram but isn't as light and as easy to push as they show on the videos for a small person like myself. I would love a bit more extended hood, zip to close those open side panels on the hood, maybe 1 kg less in weight and not rattle so much. Still, does the job my baby seems comfortable in it and pretty good for the price. Bravo on shipping though. I paid extra for the express and received it earlier than expected.Purchased in July 2020 for $799.00.

Love it! Not for everyone though so make sure it ticks the boxes you need
It's a sturdy, sleek and all round nice on the eyes.
It's pretty bulky when folded though so beware of space you are needing to fit it. It does come apart into two pieces though so that's super handy for splitting it up to maximize space at least.
The suspension is ok. Definitely better suited for smooth / solid terrains. The wheels hold up well no damage after a year.
The peep flap doesn't have a fastener or magnet blat all so it blows open in the wind letting cold air And light in.
The extendable handlebar is super handy. Being able to...

Customer Service Poor
I purchased a BabyBee Pram. I emailed the next day and asked for the order to be cancelled as I had been given another Pram. I was told the order was suppose to ship that day but they would try to stop it. Obviously the Pram was sent because it is SO hard to ring the dispatch and ask for them to remove that. They can only email them and hope for the best.
The Pram arrived a week later and I declined delivery as advised. This shows on Australia Post tracking. By showing this, I clearly have never had any contact with the Pram, opened it up etc...
Read more and it is on its way back to sender. Now the Pram is missing, sent to Melbourne, then back to Brisbane and now just hanging out somewhere unknown, and I’m continuing to have Afterpay payments deducted. I contacted BabyBee customer service who tell me they will get back to me when they hear from Australia Post. I contact Australia Post who tell me that they can’t help me and the sender needs to deal with them and lodge a claim for a missing item. So I email BabyBee and explain our financial situation has changed and I can’t afford to continue to have these payments deducted and desperately need the refund. BabyBee never even acknowledge this. Obviously I’ve never touched the Pram and it is now their responsibility now that it is being returned to them. They need to lodge a claim with Australia Post, yet they believe it is acceptable for them to continue to charge me and refuse to refund until they hear back from Australia Post which could take days or weeks at the moment.1 comment

Disappointed with maneuverability,
Wheels are terrible to glide over anything uneven, even a very slight change in surface, this was my biggest issue. It's very squeaky which can be a bit annoying like listening to an old clapped out car, have only used on road and pavements. Features I enjoyed were being able to set the stroller or bassinet forward or rear facing and positioning of stroller incline/decline. The material is quite hard wearing also. But other features that need attention are the basket being too small and coming away from the pram when opening/closing. The canopy needs to be longer to cover bub when trying to sleep.

Worst Pram Ever- Do Not Buy!!!!
Worst pram ever. We bought this pram thinking we didn't need to spend a lot on a good one. How very wrong we were. Within THREE weeks, the basket broke, the front wheels would lock automatically so it doesn't turn anymore, the whole pram wobbled and squeaked, I could go on and on. The customer service is APPALLING. They have literally told me that it isn't sustainable for their business to give refunds even though the faults with the pram are major safety hazard faults. There is no number to call to resolve any issues. I have ended up taking it...
Read more to department of fair trading and it still hasn't been resolved. I have now been in contact with other customers that have had same issues (after the company telling us ours were stand alone issues) and taking it to a tribunal in order to get our money back. I have also been let on that their reviews are paid reviews, hence the good rating. Yet to meet someone happy with their Babybee pram. We buy prams for our first bub thinking it'll last the life span of us having babies and using the same pram throughout, however if after 3 weeks these are the issues I encountered, I would hate to see the problems years down the track. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra little bit of money and buy a pram that will last the distance and keep your baby safe. If you read through the reviews, majority are customers happy with the pram once setting it up in their house and using it in controlled environment, not many on the longevity of the pram and use of it outdoors in a realistic setting. Do not buy!!!!!Purchased in July 2019 for $850.00.

Nothing but issues
I have had nothing but continuous issues with my Babybee Rover. Straight from the box was a broken wheel and stained bassinet lining. My Babybee came without the safety strap on the handlebars which once reported they sent me and told me to try and tie it on. The seat liner continuously slides down and takes my daughter with it. The basket clips always comes off when folded and Babybee's recommended solution was blutack! Most recently the handlebar bag I purchased ripped and can no longer be used and they said they offer no cover or warranties on accessories so too bad so sad. I would 110% NEVER recommend Babybee Prams to anyone, nothing but disappointment for me.

Good enough pram
Edit: sold the pram as soon as possible, the wheels started rattling and pram was pulling to one side of the road. Very poor quality pram
Rover '19 was the first pram that caught my eye when I found out I was expecting. I live in a rural area and needed pram with all terrain wheels, 4 wheel suspension and good SPF protection. Was a bit worried because ROVER hadn't come out yet, so kept looking for another pram that ticked all the boxes. After baby was born in June we still decided to try ROVER. Poor Quality Product
You get what you pay for. There is a reason why the Rover is half the price of the other brands' products and that is because it is half the quality and lacks quailty and longevity that you get with more well established brands. I don't believe their cheap price is due to the cutting out of retailers, as there are several good quality products at the same price point as the Rover.
Pros:
- looks good for the first few months
- cheap price, although this matches the quality
Cons:

Exact same pram but cheaper from Baby Bunting called Panorama
I recently bought the Rover trying to support an Australia company but found the exact same product in baby bunting under another brand. I mean identical I put both prams side by side and the baby bunting one is $100 less. After reading the babybee website again, they are definitely not Australian designed, and they just import them from china. The lady in baby bunting told me yes other brands have it I guess I thought I would buying some unique.
Am I happy with the purchase, if you are looking for a cheaper pram that looks good, but slightly flimsy and bulky, then yes. However I wish I just saved $100 and went straight to baby bunting..

Read moree in Australia. They appear to have a number of "copy-cat" products that look very similar to other leading brands both in Australia and globally.Looks good, but functionally flawed
The suspension is good, and it performs well on different terrains. Baby is comfortable, although recline is awkward for sleeping with the knees raised above torso.
The liner keeps slipping down and won’t stay in place. The brake bar is in an awkward position and I keep kicking my toes.
It is still large when collapsed and takes up the majority of my car boot. Removing the seat prior to collapsing is awkward.
The covers on the harnesses keep sliding off.
It looks good and is made of good quality materials.

Thanks for your question!
Feedback from the 2019 model ROVER has been really positive (plus we just won the ProductReview award for best 4 wheel pram!).
The product team is discussing some minor cosmetic changes to the ROVER, however, any new model wouldn't be expected until at least the middle of the year.
I hope that helps, but please let us know if you have any other questions by emailing us at hello@babybeeprams.com.au - we're here to help!

Can you get a hook on the pram and hook your own bag on it?
2 answers
I think you can - yes. But I didn’t worry about it because there’s so much room underneath to put your nappy bag and the pram also comes with a detachable handlebar bag to fit phone, wallet, coffee, baby accessories in should you want them close at hand.
Babybee P.Babybee
Hi! Thanks for your question! We do recommend just using the provided handlebar bag on our prams - our ROVER has a handlebar weight limit of 1kg, and our DUO2 has a limit of 2kg. There are also lots of pockets and plenty of room in the basket to pop all your essentials and more! I hope this helps, but please contact us at hello@babybeeprams.com.au if you have any other questions - we are here to help!

- The lightweight design also made the Babybee a pleasure to handle on a daily basis
- The compatible capsule was straightforward and non-fiddly, with one reviewer commenting that it ‘clicks perfectly into the pram conversion brackets’
- Ease of assembly was appreciated by a number of reviewers
- For a four-wheeler pram, the Babybee Rover made small work of manoeuvring more left-of-field surfaces, including dirt tracks. It was described by one reviewer as being ‘farm-life tested.’

All this praise can’t go unacknowledged. Accordingly, the Babybee Rover has won a 2021 Award for Best 4-Wheeler Pram. Its highest scores were awarded for its excellent manoeuvrability and value for money.
